They already delays my every delivery and this time even after the last delivery date I haven't received my product it's already 2 days late the delivery boy didn't pickup any call keeps rejecting and luckily once he picked and tell my he will come till 12 noon and now it's night still he didn't reached and not picking up calls

There is no option to give less than this. Very cheep and creep company, I haven't received any response from them since last 6 days. I don't know how irresponsible they are. They were not able to fulfill customer orders? I ordered 6 items from 17 days ago, and promised date was 17, but still those items are there hub and they did not acknowledge that mistake and also did not give delivery.

After 20days flipkart have canclled my order without my consultation. As i had got the best offer on the big sales. Now they are asking me to wait for deepawali offer. I see there is different of INR*******/- which is total loss for me. Please dont support flipkart

Worst application.worst service.worst customer care...I had called customer care today regarding refund of Order ID - OD**************. But improper response.I didn't get amount refund correctly.when asked they said I got...but I can see clearly in my application I not got. Called customer care 4 times...there response as this...1.told to reinstall application.2..disconnected my call in between 3. Who doesn't talk 4. Disconnected my call when unable to give resolution to problem..

If you need product based on your schedule or emergency. Don't order from Flipkart their customers care is not good. They will give you fake promises and lose comments. Amazon customer care is getting better day by day

I got a FAKE Whey protein product from flipkart which i ordered on 17th of October 2023. I have an official email from MuscleTech stating its an unauthorized product and do not consume it. I have attached the email conversation for the same.
As i have purchased the product from Flipkart so Flipkart would be responsible for this, and are liable to refund my money back. The product is still in the same condition. I have not opened the product yet. Flipkart supposed to take action against the seller

I received a broken product on 7th oct within 2hr I raised Return. 2 pick person came and refuse to take up return.I called customer service 5 times no help and from backend they cancel my return. So Its wastage of 1900 bucks. Product is as is and it cannot ve used by any keans

Not professional. Flipcart don't even check what is the real order and what is going to be delivered to the customer. After delivery if there is no refund or no exchange. Than customer is looser coz there is no way to get money back or exchange. On top of all this open box is worst service. If someone who is aware of the order plz do not collect the order. Coz later there is no service or help for return or ask missing item. No matter the value of order.

So plz be carefull

Pathetic service, i am gonna delete my account from Flipkart,not recommended. Since last 5 days waiting for parcel to be deliver. Daily give new dates. So many customers care calls but no one know why product is not delivering. Amazon is much better than Flipkart.

Ekart is fully supported by Flipkart delivery person do whatever they wants they cancelled delivery of product without contacting the customer and on that Flipkart say only one thing I sorry sir but what is done can't be fixed,wft service is this then why would I waste my time for this fcking stupid answer

I wish there could have an option of giving 0 as review but unfortunately we don't have. They took my money stating that they will deliver in time. But no delivery done in time, then they asked to provide them with 3 more days and it will be resolved yet no response post 3 days and now they are just keep updating time but no answer and resolution. These e commerce sites are getting into the nerves now a days. Not only this, they update false tracking as well. Pathetic service. I swear not to purchase anything from Flipkart anymore. I ordered Glen cooktop, promised delivery date is 11th Oct 2023, till not yet delivered.When I enquiring with customer care constantly given different timeline for delivery.
First of all big billion day is biggest scam for customer.They will give not cash on delivery option.Only prepaid.once payment done they will not bother about customer.
