Pathetic Experience

One of the worst experience I had with your company, no one is ready to listen to the grievances and they are just here to sell the products only. Irrespective of the number of requests made to return the product, you people are least bothered about the customer and that too when its your fault. You could have written under the specification column about the compatibility and other issue but you are here to sell the material not to hear. Moreover, the surprising element was, I was asked to contact company directly for any issues pertaining to the gadget, if that is the case then why the hell I would choode your platform to buy instead I can directly buyed it from the site.
Pathetic customer care department, useless team and third class service.
Very poor experience!

Very poor experience this time. I ordered poco mobile on 21 Aug 2020 and they delayed too much, I was making calls for delivery. At last I cancelled the product on 30th August. But till today 5 September 2020 they have not given me my money.
When I asked them to provide seller name, address and contact details, they said it is not available. How ridiculous and stupid reply.
Means anyone can come and sell on Flipkart without disclosing his identity.
I asked to provide refund policy then they said there is no refund policy, refund policy is of RBI. What a joke it is.
I will chase them at every forum to expose the drama and cheating.
I also demand refund with interest and compensation for painful experience.
Now I need money but they have kept my ******* with them.
Why don't they clearly mention on product selling segment that payment is taken in advance and it get processed in a second but refund is processed in many days after many follow ups because of RBI guidelines. They are cheating people.

Cheating machine

Flipkart is a app cheat u by not give your refund money, once I ordered a hair straightener and they not delivered the product after four week of time I cancelled but I didn't received my money back. While I connect to the agents they always give u wrong promise that (one business day) and still my refund not given to me.

Flipkart is not able to trace the shipped product. It is not able to re ship the product to its customer, more than 20 days passed, ordered product not delivered till date. Flipkart, s advice to its customer is to cancel the present order and re order the product.

I did order butterflu arrow 500 mixer. I reciveed damage products. I did return order. And products issue retrun by company person. But i am not received my money till now. 10 -15 time i did cl to customer care... Bakwas company service during this period... Plz don't buy in online products...

Worst system
September 1, 2020

I had order a product from this site. I received it with different design and size. Then replaced it and replaced one also different in size and design and torn one. Then I requested for refund they are asking me account no and ifsc code. After that they asked for an otp. How can I provide them account no and ifsc code with OTP. Simply bizzare system and products. Waist of time and money.

Dear All, Please meet Flipkart these folks sell stuff and do not accept the returns when the product is faulty. I had ordered a mobile phone. Upon checking, I learned that it has inferior camera quality and has other issues as well. I requested for return and it got canceled. They sent a technician to check the phone. The technician ran a check himself and agreed that the phone has major issues. He then pushes fake updates that the phone is working just fine. When I spoke with the Flipkart executives, they assured me that the phone will be returned and the refund will be initiated. To my surprise, It got rejected and the case came back to square one. All this happened 4 times. Yes, 4 Times. Here is the order ID OD**************. It is not about money, it is about what you are being promised and you do not get that. NOw i understand why i am an Amazon India loyalist. Did a huge mistake by ordering on Flipkart. #Flipkartworstservice #DigitalChorbazaar #Nofairtradepolicy #BoycottFlipkart #dontbuyfromflipkart

I bought oppo A9 mobile from Flipkart and order date was 19th Aug 2020 and Expected delivery date provided by Flipkart was 26th Aug 2020. Suddenly expected date has been changed to 28th Aug 2020 on 26th Aug.
As per new proposed date my phone should be delivered today but unfortunately no one even tried to delivered it.
Product is at hub nearest to since 4 days but no action has been taken even after I had made 4-5 calls to Flipkart support team.

Worst customer care from Flipkart. Ordered laptop on offer. Delivery severely delayed beyond three weeks, Custcare calls me and asks to cancel order&place new order(w/o offer). Commits via email to refund price diff upon product delivery.

As requested by Flipkart agent (Mr. Sujith B) on 18th August 2020 via both email and phone, I had cancelled my old order (order # OD**************) and placed a new order for the same product at a higher price. My new Order ID is OD**************, and it has been delivered to me. Intimated Flipkart immediately. After a week of no response, Now they bluntly REFUSE TO REFUND the price difference! Cheats to the core.

I ordered phone on 10 August 2020 expected delivery date 20 August tilll date 27 August flipkart unable to deliver the product. And talking to customers services they just told you will receive the product today itself upto 7pm just fake information. Not providing the proper solution i told to contact call to senior manager they refused.

Flipkart is fraud app

Flipkart is really very bad app, i suggest u all not use it, i am not saying it on air but i have a very bad experiance with it,
Just i ordered 2 serum of costing 1100 approx and made payment online even after it 23 days approx have alredy been passed but they didnt deliver product to me still now.
They only use your money even without intrest.
When i called customer care than each time they gave me next delivery date and till that date i again didnt get the product.
Even they hold my call for 40 minute and even after that no resolution provided to me.
Very fraud app have no value for its customer.
Just use amazon or other app bt dont trust on cheater flipkart.

Flipkart or FAKEKAAT!

It's time when Flipkart should change their name to FAKEKAAT!
The Errors in the TAT have now reached their ultimate limits, not 20%, neither 50%, not even 100%, in my case it has been around 200%. What kind of service are they running even after having their own delivery partner E-Kart? My Order for ASUS Gaming Laptop Order No. OD************** placed on 21st-Aug-2020 was supposed to be delivered by 24th-Aug-2020. The tracking status was getting updated until the product reached from Farukhnagar Motherhub to Gurgaon. After 9:30 AM on 22nd-Aug-2020, the status stopped updating. I checked continuously till two days and on the day of delivery when I called the Customer Executive, they started manipulating by saying that the status might now have got updated due to technical issues or something and the order will get delivered by 7 PM, but just before 7 PM I received an update saying that the delivery has been delayed and the now the new expected date of delivery is 31st-Aug-2020. Now the customer executive with number *******500 called me when I requested but did not listen to me and cut the call. I think Flipkart and E-Kart should shut their E-Commerce and Logistics business and start pulling Rickshaw, at least that would reach the destination before Flipkart and E-Kart do.

Flipkart services reaching lowest levels. Screenshots attached for further details where even after 10 days of promised delivery date customer service not able to provide updated delivery date and only applogising. Name of company should be changed from flipkart to sorrykart
