Flipkart gives us a worst service don't buy any electronic goods in Flipkart because they don't deliver it and the customer support has answer for the product delivery I have ordered a AC on 2nd September 2020 delivery date was on 3rd September but still it is not delivered and when I ask the customer care support they don't have any update and saying that to wait that we don't have any update this is the worst service I had
The worst experience you could possibly get from a online shopping platform. I am traveling abroad and I ordered 3 rain jackets and only received 1. I reported the problem 15 minutes after the delivery was done and the agent (who does not know how to do his job probably cause of the lack of proper training)put in the wrong request. I requested for a manager callback a guy who doesn't speak English called me so he said someone else will call me back. After a day someone who speaks English called me and he didn't want to take any responsibility. He first blamed the agent for putting in the wrong request and that he had to cancel the request and place a new request. After cancelling the request he stated that the merchandise is no longer available and ended up blaming the seller for their incompetence and Flipkart can't do anything about it since it is the sellers fault. I purchased through Flipkart and not the seller (but I wish I had purchased through the seller directly or a different website). I have nothing to do with the seller and I don't care who they are because I purchased the merchandise through Flipkart and paid Flipkart for it. He finally ended up saying the same thing over and over again blaming the seller and that Flipkart won't do anything but just request for a refund. I am leaving in three days and I still don't have my merchandise or my refund.
I ordered a bed from Omnitech Retails on 13th Sept was supposed to get it by 19th Sept I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT & it's 23rd today. When I made a complaint Flipkart told me they will get back to me by 29th that means FLIPKART wishes me to keep paying for the installments BUT THEY WON't DELIVER THE PRODUCT. What they will do is they will JUST UPDATE ME ON OR BEFORE 29th September. Highly unprofessional & they are together in this cheat fraud with Omnitech. They are not even CANCELING the order as THEY CAN'T IGNORE THE POLICY but they can IGNORE THE DELIVERY TIME. Then they don't know any policy. Please don't ever PRE-PAY flipkart they are just here to LOOTO YOUR MONEY. They think we are NOT EARNING they think our money is just to be wasted on their fraud sellers & them.

My first experience with flipkart was so bad that I stopped ordering anything from them. Am using Amazon. I ordered two sandals and received only one. The expensive Rs 2500 never delivered. I called them. Exchanged so many emails. No use. So pathetic customer service. Not at all trained to handle customers. I should have complained against them in the consumer site... it happened few years ago... if any of you loose any money because of all these online sites, please lodge your complaints. I am doing that now. We should know our rights as consumers.
Worst experience with his flipkart, always get a damage product, no proper pack and if tried to return the item its get reject
I have ordered matig make medium size nitrile gloves. But I received local supply and different size. Totally useless for me. Flipkart cheated me. Totally unhappy. Do not buy any such s product. When call customer care, they said it s non returnable.
Fraud and cheaters can be the another name of flipkart. This was my first time i ordered one mattress for my bed and by mistake size didnt match i requested flipkart many times that please exchange my mattress with the right size but they didnt exchange that. So this is the worst online site with most pathetic return policy. I mean i was not asking for money back i was jst asking for exchange. Flipkart is the worst worst online shopping site bcz they hardly care about their customer.
These guys are cheaters.
They charged a hefty amount for a product and sent INCOMPLETE ORDER.

Flipkart is forcefully gathering personal identity details. They make it mandatory if we are returning the product purchased from them saying it's company policy. If it's a policy it should be done while creating the account or while purchasing product from them but they let us do the shopping and if we want to return some item they make id proof mandatory leaving no option for the customers except proving the id proof as our money is with them
I would give -5 if there is an option.
Fed up with complaining to customer care which is totally waste time.

As mentioned within 11 am of 31st Aug product is gonna dlvr.
Even i requested foa faster delivery. Leave abt faster deliver i have not evn rcvd my phone on 31st aug also. Evn after TEXTING(need help) sooooo mny times. Calling, complaining to so called "customer care" which is no use at alll...
on next day. Dlvy date is extended to 5th Sep, again called, texted and complained as allways no use again

This time when i called support team said "The problem is from Seller and logistic team as they have not updated any details"
And They have no idea where the product and with whom it is.

N best part is customer team is now(11 th sep) asking me to cancel my order if i can't wait for 24 to 42 hours.
I had ordered motorola fusion one plus mobile exchanging my older phone for rs 3350. I was aware that my older phone had issues and it was in bracket 1550 as per flipkart policy, but during placing the order there was no window to select the bracket or explain the issue.
The delivery boy when he came to deliver, without even investigating properly he rejected the old phone and was not ready to deliver my new phone. We had to pay the entire amount because we had already paid online the new phone amount- old phone amount.
This is fully a planned scam by flipkart. If you have your rules mentioned for exchanging products, follow it. Else just remove it. You are not worth for it.
This a matter of ethics and manners more than money. To be honest, i have discussed this issue a lot many times with different customer support after my product was delivered, getting hopeless help or answers from you guys. The same i do not want again.
I am not sure if you are even reading it properly, if yes, understand that flipkart cheats on the customer and it is no more recommended.
Flipkart has become a place for cheats in the last few months of covid. I bought a wardrobe for rupees 9073 on 25/06/2020. Order number OD**************.
1) the product was not delivered, i was assured by multiple customer care executives that flipkart will NOT be able to deliver the product after a month of repeated calls post order, they have not given me any reasons for the same.
2) i have not got my money back.
3) after complaining for 2 months and lodging a complaint with "consumer forum" flipkart i have now been told i will get back the money when the furniture return to its source. Even though i bought it from flipkart, and it is ryt now in flipkarts warehouse! I have not been given any time table.
4) flipkart tracking shows the order seating in a warehouse in Tangra, Kolkata for last 1 month which is very near to the delivery address, flipkart is not allowing me to pick the order up from the warehouse either.
5) its a sad state of affair for Indian law and order that flipkart can just steal a consumers money without any punishment or
Fines.
Do not make a request for online purchase through the flipcart
I purchase online, whose expected delivery date was 21 August but after passes of one month my order is still waiting till date

As promised delivery in 10 days still not delivered delivery date it shows 14th August but today till 8 September its not delivered after multiple follow ups they always say sorry name from flipkart should be changed to sorrykart... And today service representative calling us and saying this order could not be delivered because of technical issue please cancel this order and raise new order...
Lower quality product eCommerce customer service are far better than FlipKart. Everything in flipkart is a big fake game.
Waste app doesn't give the product u buy and asks for bank account details for returning the product worst app
