I have booked the laptop, and it will take 5 days to ship and 15 days to deliver. I understand delivery is always a day or two ahead before the mentioned date. So I want to cancel the order and purchase from amazon.
I contacted the seller about how long will it take to refund since the product is not shipped yet.
They have no answer other than saying it depends on the seller. I asked for seller information; they said we don't have it.

I have purchased marq washing machine from flipkart 2019 with additional paid 1yr extended warranty, at the time of delivery the motor of washing machine making loud sound gave complaint, person came did some alignment and went, angain after some days it started making sound again then called flipkart customer care then they said your account is blocked and your is expired, customer support people tell to take any action if you can take.
Flipkart and marq both are from flipkart only but now they are not providing service, mail also no reply, warranty also they cheated where product warranty of marq 2 yr + 5 yrs motor + 1 yr additional paid warranty purchased and marq executed took money for visit home.

I had ordered 2 products via flip kart and payed using my debit card. But I recieved only one product. When I contacted flipkart their response was very bad. I have been contacting them for past 2 weeks but still my issue is not attended
It's worst company. Not any one responsible for deliver product.It is given only promise and says your product is delivered but it's totally fake. Product has been cancelled by company without asked you and if you inquiry then he told totally don't buy any product.it's cheating company.
Flipkart has proved that it's a fraud company. They have sent another used/second-hand product in the name of replacement so that they won't have to refund the amount. It's been almost a month and the issue is still not resolved. Flipkart doesn't care about customer's money. They care about their own. They keep sending used products.
I had ordered fitbit charge 3 however received fitbit 2. Raised compalint and return all went asked me to sumit id and other photos of the product. Did that. Without any intimation they resolved the request

This is very bad experience with Flipkart I purchase mobile phone from Flipkart on 06/09/20 and still on 28/09/20 today my product is not shipped I pay money in advance for this I want to cancel my order but they don't have any option for this and they don't refund my money also I continuesly calling to customer care but they also nothing do for this this is very bad costomer care service. They take money within a minute but for refund they required no of days so be careful if you paid money in advance.

I use to shop from Flipkart many years and was really good customer... but at the end way how I was treated from Flipkart is bad and show that they don't give vallue of thier customer and customer help is pathetic and horrible.
I got delievery and was asked to pay. I did my payment via pay link provided from Flipkart courier service instakart. Paiment was successful ( I did it many times and it's routine, nothing new) and coruier saw my paiment but start ask me for OTP which k didn't get and I cannot generate myself of course. So he was very rude with me as well as his manager ( I asked to call to my moble as due covid situation I don't want come near courier and speak from his mobile). So at the end courier left took money from my account and didn't give me my orders. I complain many times to customer care but I got only sorry from them and no action. Money debited from my account. They not accept it and I said I can give u prove and screed shoot or my bank statement... but they believe unprofessional courier and really no vallue of customer. It's horrible and pathetic.
They not accept that they took money from me and don't want to clean with thier coruier, which see my money but unprofessional don't do any action to refund

I bought a saregama carvaan of amount 6360-/ and it is defective, it is not opening and l also bought a bed table and it's been 1 week only and the table is broken all the screws and pins and nails are broken i prefer all of u not to buy anything from this company... it's the worst company ever
The service is worst... harras customer. Delivery is so late. Can not resolved the solution. Dont buy any product this app
Guys it's a humble request don't purchase anything from Flipkart. Its a pathetic website. They take decision on behalf of customer and doesn't even consult a customer once... it takes more than 10 days to deliver a product... highly disappointed... my first and last order from this third class website... I request you all ( who is reading my reviews) please don't purchase anything from here rather switch to Amazon or Myntra...
I have face issue since one month but my refund gift card is not received till now,
Again and again all commitment is fail. I am very harassments from flipkart services.
