Flipkart is a bunch of CHEATS & FRAUDSTERS. The biggest example of their unethical values and no integrity is the fake reviews the post on their website. If you place a good review on the website, they will allow it, but if you put a negative review, they will turn it down stating that it does not meet their review policies. I read their review policy very carefully and posted several reviews being compliant to the same, but all negative reviews were turned down.
There are numerous examples but I will share a very recent one. First, they did not send the order for 18 days and then asked me to place a new order at a higer price committing that the balance amount will be refunded to my bank account and also asked for the Bank details for the same.
Now I am being told by the escalation team that the amount will not be refunded and will be processed as Flipkart Credits, which I don't want or was promised.
They don't maintain good support with the customers. Try to inherit how to give good services to customers from AMAZON.

I ordered one birthday gift from flipkart at 2 november. They promised delivery on 12 November. Then change to 16 November. But 16th also not delivered. They cheated me. Birthday is 17 th november...
I ordered two products costing ( 746) at a time but got only one, when I returned it, half money was only refunded in gift card, I called to costumers care and they said rest of the money will be refunded soon, but after few days validity expired, if suffered totally loss my money had gone to hell, worst aap. I suggested not to use it.
Been shopping on flipkart for many years now. Never had bad experiences. Returns are also hassle free. I would avoid buying electronic goods from flipkart though, they have no return policy, only exchange.
I earlier wrote regarding replacement and refund for ikall k320, they might have seen review here or on their site itself, they themselves phoned me then and assured refund. Lastly they picked up my phone and the next day they refunded my amount. At last after so many times calls and lastly writing review this happened. Thanks for review sites.
Bought a panasonic eluga. The first day of unpacking it started heating up. It was hot to touch. The company was contacted and at the end of five days we are told the product price cannot be refunded

Such a worst service from Flipkart, I have received a used piece of IPHONE in the Big Billion Sale. On the name of Big Billion Sale you guys are cheating the customers with the duplicate products. It's really shame on you guys. Better to stop this cheating service and cheating game, or else one fine day we will start processing legally for all the issues with Flipkart.
I had ver bad and horrible experience with flipkart. NOT a trustworthy online platform.
Recently, in the big billion sale. I ordered a Samsung F41 mobile phone (OD**************). This particular model of Samsung is exclusive to Flipkart. So flipkart itself is selling with with a fake seller name.
They sent a defective product. I almost immediately requested for a replacement (as there is no refund policy). After 4 days and continues followup the replacement was approved (23rd Oct 2020). The replacement was supposed to reach me by 30-Oct-2020, I kept calling flipkart and they promised, I will get it before 30th Oct. But on 30th Oct, the shipment and delivery date changed to 7-Nov-2020. I am a not sure if flipkart is even going to replace or again change the delivery date again on 7th Nov. This is CHEATING and UNETHICAL behavior. I will never believe flipkart now
If you want to buy defective items at the same prices as the actual good quality items and get mentally harassed and mentally tortured by Flipkart.
Then only Buy from Flipkart. I faced this a lot.

Had ordered iPhone SE during the so called "Big Billion Days" sale by waking up around 1 am and got a very good deal. On the day of delivery the seller cancels the order and refunds the money. When called customer service they say that the phone is lost in the transit and please place a new order. R U kidding me? Being awake at 1 am to get the deal and now the phone is 6K more than the deal price.
Answer by the customer service and the manager is "we are sorry sir". I understand your concern. No you really don't care. If you had a good customer service and could gain the confidence of a customer you would have asked the seller to send a replacement. You really don't care and please stop playing the B. S. games.
People really need to start thinking about this fraud company which is making millions of dollars with no help to the customers.

I jave ordered a mob on 17 oct 2020 and they promise to delivered on 19 oc 2020 but not deliverd and they are again promise to delivered on 21 oct 2020 but not deliverd and i called in customer care so many time but not give me a single ans for setisfication answer. Worst services of all. Been ordering things from Amazon all these years, thought to give Flipkart a try this time and I regret it already. Ordered a Redmi 9i in an exchange offer, after a delayed delivery of 2 days, an arrogant delivery guy comes to our place, checks the phone (which is supposed to be exchanged at a rate of 3200) and tells us that there's a crack(which is actually just a minor removal of colour) and then instructs us that we need to remove the toughen (nothing being mentioned while placing the order). After a struggle of an hour, we removed the toughen and he comes again tells us that we have to pay 1900 rs. Just because he doesn't believe that it is a removal of colour. And finally, we gave up and had to pay the full amount for the phone which was supposed to be bought at an exchange rate. It is just another scam by Flipkart to full customers, don't trust it at all. Never gonna order from Flipkart again, will also not recommend to anyone else.
Ordered product (Tablet PC) on 16th of October. Promised delivery 19th October. No updates from customer service and the product has been dispatched to wrong city, then rerouted to Mumbai after that package untraceable.
Funny thing 2 other products originating from same warehouse in Mumbai delivered at my doorstep 1 on time other with 1 day delivery.
