I have placed an order for Redmi 9 (Nature green, 64 GB) and the proposed delivery date was 04.02.2021. I have been waited for the item till yesterday (04.02.2021) after that I have seen the status like order cancelled. When I check with the customer care they told me that due to logistic issue order was cancelled also asking for the new order. When I have placed that order its rate was 7999, Now it is Rs 8299. So this is clear case of cheating by providing an offer to the cutomer and finding some idiotic reason for not delivering the item. Such a platform like flipkat this is not the good deal. I do furnish my dissatifaction against your poor customer delivery service and wrong committment.
I am a Army person, I was order a smart watch maxed 162 on 31 Jan 2021 for Rs 3413 vide order id No OD************** however the same after reciving my order i was opened package and then i was seen items missing in package.
I have been taking follow-up for my query since saturday but still they are not responding...
And issue gets resolved by themselves without solving / notifying the issue to the customer...

This is to state that I ordered 3 shirts fr your company on 29th January'21 worth Rs 1099/-. I feel terrible to state that the products received were not the ones I ordered. So it's a request to either replace the order or refund the money.
P. S I am attaching the video file of the product received. Kindly look into that and oblige.

1 bluetooth purchasing from facebook mentioning for branded that's the reason ok with continue to the purchase. Arrived from 24th january. I get open the bluetooth totally scartched. I will call inform to the return policy. Flipkart Delivery (chennai Pooja Delivery Agency) Manager Santha kumar ok will collect to the kit for the Delivery persons. As of now 7 days completed. Call & informed to the manager Santha kumar many reasons telling Daily. Today picking a call from Sales Executive fight with me. Sales Executive telling how many people's am giving to help. Am not supporting to customers. U Directly contacted with Production Company. Kindly Requested Don't buying Online Purchase.
Flipkart service is very useless. Despite being a plus member, they are also harassed. Their problem is not resolved for three to four months.
I have just received the product only three days back. I just checked it for whether it is functioning or not, and it was working fine. I found it quite decent and user friendly on first look. Though I have not checked its accuracy, my readings are matching with my general readings. Let's see how long it works fine. Good thing is this comes with 5 yrs warranty. So u can use it with peace of mind.
Guys b careful while placing Orders on Flipkart. I bought a 6litre pressure pan from Flipkart which i got delivered on time but while agent came i handed over cash 600/- short n informed him to wait till i withdrew cash so i can pay entire amount of 2000/- on the way i got a link n paid for the product. Nowvi came to delivery agent he refused to give my money back n in the process i wrote to both Flipkart n their delivery agent to reverse credit of excess payment of 2000/- but they don't care really for their customers. Hence i lost 2k. So my cooker costed me 4000/ in place of 2000/- learnt a lesson to go buy from local shops then buy from cheats
Maine apna ek order flipkart se cash on delivery ki mera order 20 December ko mere home town m aa gya but delivery boy ne abhi tak nahi diya or bolne ka tarika bakwas fake commitment.
Flipkart has admitted having unauthorized sellers on their platform. The warranty promised on the Flipkart page is false. It could be as low as zero months and you'd get to know only when you try to register your product with the manufacturer. Flipkart is unwilling to help in any way so you will just be running from pillar to post for a resolution. Buy items worth the amount you are willing to throw away in case the product doesn't work. Better still pay 2-5% more at a shop near you to be sure you have a genuine warranty.
Well when I got the package there were only 3 books but I ordered 8 books. I want to return it and get the money back. Please get this? Package back. I have the package packed in the cover and now I really don't want it. I have added my Aadhar card back and front. Now I think that this is sufficient amount of ID.
Was sent a completely different item, customer care keeps delaying, system isn't updated and they keep putting me on hold. Horrific experience. I shop a lot online but no shopping portal has been this unorganised.
I ordered 3 "Toy Joy Stunt360" through Order ID OD**************, amount to Rs. 1275/-. A package was delivered which had face masks instead of the 3 toys ordered. I reported "Wrong item delivered". A Flipkart delivery agent came back with the 3 toys but insisted to return 3 toys (already delivered according to him) and refused to take the face masks, and left without delivering. Now I get a notification on flipkart.com stating "Return not possible by Seller as per Return Policy". I have been a loyal flipkart customer since it's inception and feel sorry to see their quality deteriorate to such an extent. I couldn't even go past their call center executive to a senior person. Would flipkart except me to order again!
Flipkart selling very Worst & Low quality products in the name of Marq. Recently i bought laptop on this brand which is dead within one month & they are not providing any kind of services. Flipkart Stolen *******rs from me and they are doing forgery in online market. Flipkart will do a scam in very short time. Flipkart doesn't know how to earn money with efforts they know only robbery from Poor peoples of India.
My footwear item was picked up for exchange and then the seller cancels it after receiving the exchange item Flipkart instead of refunding my money keeps on making spam calls 5 days in a row asking irrelevant questions so that I leave the issue out of frustration which I did eventually though i lost my money for no fault of mine Flipkart just fleecing customers
They dupe customer and don't have an iota of customer service - delaying timelines at every instance and not keeping their word to the customer.
I am frequent user of Flipkart for ordering products and even though some times it has the prices comparatively lower to others and great exclusive offers but usually the variety of products available and comparatively less too and over that there delivery is very bad because sometimes their deliveries can take up to 2 weeks.
I had ordered a Sat, 31st Oct with ordered number on OD************** and my product was supposed to be delivered on 3th November and so far i haven't received, I was assured delivery date of 3rd November, I have been following up since then and not getting any clear response from Flipkart.

The mrp of rs. 363 was written instead of rs. 167 of Dabur vatika hair oil 300g. Then discount of 32% was offered. 32% on 167 is rs. 113.6. I paid 245+ 60 = 305 rs i. E. 191.4 rs. More and rs. 138 more on mrp. So they have cheated the customer by providing fraudulent mrp.
They should mention the correct mrp and should give 32% discount on correct mrp of rs. 167.
