To i am calling to totally 10:30 hours to E com service for my product delivery but delivery boy using bad language i am saying him regularly this is very urgent shipment for me please deliver it today any how but he had said me i am can't deliver this today because we have heavy load he said to me if you want call anybody so call him but I can't deliver it today and that he send me notification on my registered contact number delivery not possible due to customer refuse to accept this material why? Bought a TV worth 23k, received faulty unit I initiated request for replacement and waited around 15 days but no clue, even Flipkart was helpless to give me a date of product replacement. Finally had to cancel the order now I am waiting for my refund that only GOD knows if I will get or not.
Will never order essential services from them. Horrible experience. I had ordered a whirlpool fridge of 300 liters. After checking other sites. No price difference, the delivery was most attractive in one day. 29th April. I believed that and fell into the trap. Got ready in these covid times to keep my new fridge but in vain. After a day of anxious wait. I got a message product in delivery hub, but the delivery will happen on 5th May. I raised an issue. That attracted very sweet calling employees who kept apologizing and asking for feedback. The words are not of any use if the promises not fulfilled. I gave them a chance and decided to wait till 5th may. The message promptly came wait till 6th. Gave them one more chance and I get the message wait this 7th may. I was left with no option but to cancel, and feel cheated. When I cancelled it said we will deliver by 9th May! Are they playing the fool here.? My money is stuck with and wait to receive it now. If you are ok to wait endlessly with no value for money or time. Only then buy from them. Its never again for me. Just hope to receive my money back
I joined them in January '20 making an account with twenty thousand rupees... they started cancelling my orders in the month of April giving the excuse that it was bulk order... but I was was ordering only one piece at a time... now they have blocked my account stating that my purchase is not for my personal use despite having around *******rs In my account... how can they decide what is for my personal use and how can they dictate a customer what to buy and how... they are fraudsters... dont deposit any money in their account... they will cheat you... their customer care services are of no use... worst app
Had very bad experience after purchasing Whirlpool refrigerator online through Flipkart.
Purchased the product Whirlpool 325 L Frost Free Double Door Bottom Mount on 31st March. It was a gift to my brother in law for their home ceremony.
The product delivered on 2 April and installation done on 6 April.
On 10th April we observed the freezer not working and contacted services center on same day.
The technician turn on 13th April and told there was leakage in freezer gas tube. Till this my return policy with flipkart expired. Now flipkart is safe.
Now we are going through all the pain to get the part replaced, after struggling one week got call from dealer to bring the faulty Refrigerator and collect the replacement because the product is not purchased from them.
Why do we have to struggle for the product which
Not even used for a week and which is still under warranty. Online purchase is a risk, never purchase such thing online, go to direct dealer and buy.
The product worked only for 3 days that means it was internally damaged or refurbished.
Worst service maintained by flipkart, i have so many times facing delivery issue and sent the wrong products

Flipkart sell fake items n low grade items n miss on delivery and dont refund, dont buy on products on flipkart and you cant trust the f**king customer care they disconnect the call as they here the refund word

I am purchased a catwalk ladies sandal, that's really duplicate product, then I was open the parcel product looking very well. So I threw all packages including bill, after two days, I was just trial the sandel inner my home, The skin on the top of it was all gone.
When I called the company about this, they said they could take it back. But repeated two or three times, but they did not recover. Later they said that it could not be recovered. I can prove anywhere that this is really a duplicate item

Answer: Worst experience with call center people working from home. I have receive damage product. After the request for call back. Bloody they call and putting call on mute for time.
