First of all they almost took 8 days for delivery and before i placed order they showed me next day delivery but after i place order they send me order after 8 days, after delivery i almost 50 times called them for installation but they always did fake promised and still my ac is not install,
Worst company worst delivery worst staff... Please dont go with Flipkart..

Flipkart started cheating everyone. No response on complaints, no return of products, and customer care executive are like goons, we have to hear what they're saying not ready to hear our complaints.
Trash products not only one product in general Flipkart itself is trash company who is looting poor people of India, I ordered 3 oximeters for my different family members, all of them were defective and i scheduled return for the same the day i received it but it was never picked up by flipkart. I contacted flipkart they opened case and closed it 5 times in rows but it was never picked up for return. I lost around Rs 5000 in this defective products. Flipkart complaint is complete fraud they open case and close it without any explanation.
I suggest everyone in general please stay away from Flipkart because they are even worst than local sellers who don't not accept return in a day or two. Flipkart return policy is total scam. Ideally all the consumer should make a group who were defrauded by Flipkart and lost money and should file joint consumer complaint against them. I am open for to file consumer complaint against Flipkart.

I am writing regarding order # OD**************. I have placed an order on 29th Apr 2021 for Wood Shoe Rack which was supposed to deliver on 10th May 2021 but delivered on 12th May 2021.
Thereafter installation was scheduled on 13th May 2021 but technician has not visited my home hence I started to follow-up with FlipKart support and they scheduled installation on 20th May 2021 but product found faulty during installation and technician placed return request from his end. Thereafter the product was picked on 22nd May 2021 by FlipKart delivery/pickup guy but they had not updated the status on the same date hence order was moved to canceled automatically(since product return day was valid only for 10 days i. E. till 22nd May 2021).
I started to follow-up with FlipKart customer support on 24th May 2021 and wasted at least 10 hours on 12-14 calls but every time they committed that your amount will be refunded in 2-3 days. Now FlipKart's management team responds like Indian political or judiciary system and provides a new date every time.
Such a pathetic Ecommerce company in India and that's why Amazon is on top. I will go to consumer court if I will not get my amount back in the next 48 hours.

I was ordered a Armani watch for my daddy (Order ID - OD**************) I would like to inform you that it was surprised for me totally EMPTY in the Box, inside it was nothing a Holo box, however box was not tempered like little bit damaged miraculously your delivery boy wasn't picking up my call after handover the Box your delivery boy was run away,

Such a irresponsible idiots are sitting at Flipkart and all people are fake as their products are. These people are selling local fake and defective products and stabbing the money like hell. They deliver the wrong product and ask us to submit our aadhar card or pan card for background verification. I do not understand who the heck is Flipkart to verify my personal records for a product return and the best part of a company which is now part of leading player walmart is. Their own representative doesn't even know who they need these documents and he is just there to read what answer comes in the system... Ridiculous team and I feel pity for walmart to taking Flipkart as there team.
If they don't have any answer regarding our help they cut the call.

Worst online purchase site. They are faking people. There is no proper return procedure, delivery persons are irresposible and unmannered. If there is any problem in items delivered customer care donot respond. They tell that there is no policy of lodging a complain. If you raise a request, then alos you will get anwer that there is no such procedure.
Purchasing an item from flipkart means taking a risk and pudding your hard earned money into vain. Please anoid the site. They are cheating.
I have order cooler on flipkart and it got delivered on 9 May. Cooler stop working on same day. I try return product but it give some technical error from flipkart. We contacted flipkart and everyday they ask us to wait 24 hrs but no resolution. Today is 22 May still they are asking 24 hrs and I am not sure when my issue resolve. From this we can see how is flipkart service.
It is regarding my ongoing experience with flipcart buy a faulty Whirlpool refrigerator ( wire lengh too short and old dull piece).
I am trying to return the product and get refund from flipcart. Initially they approved it and gave a date of pickup(in around 10 days) and suddenly they cancelled my return request and I was not informed also. I call their customer care, they could not give justification how and why it was cancelled. So I put return request again through app. Again I got message, it will be picked up in next 10 days... This way they are avoiding and delaying my refund. I want to teach lesson to flipcart so this company will not dare to cheat we customers with our hard earned money. I will fight for this. Also I request all to not buy any product from flipcart for next 2 yrs so that they will understand the customer power. Our family will ban flipcart for atleast next two years and will not buy any product from them.
