Flipkart is stupid company who is delivering expired product and even after complaint they are not taking any action on this, no handling management system, vendor can delivered expired product also, no monitoring

The shoes I ordered never arrived but the money was taken from me and there was no response.
Even when I call flipkart customer care there is no response, how can I come and order the product?
Please no one come and place an order on flipkart because there is no response please don't be deceived by placing an order for a high amount

Recently I have purchased a motorola mobile with exchange of old mobile. They collected full value of New Mobile and collected Rs149 as pick up charges of old mobile. They have not collected my mobile and not paid my old Mobile Value of Rs.1950/-. I called customer care and they are all useless. Customer care has only one answer "Sorry Sir," "Any thing else we can help you"

Marq product listed on Flipkart website is very cheap quality. This marq machine will have lots of problem which you will oberserve within a month and they won't provided customer support. It's only there as a marketing gimmick. SCAM ALERT MARQ PRODUCT IN FLIPKART!

My product not replacement
My product seller gave a defective item, called customer care but the company did not give replacement, took full payment for the product, gave product defects

Their retun policy is worst kind I ever saw, they send broken products to their customers and do not accept them when we return the item to them. They do not have option for broken items to return. I strongly request not to purchase from flipkart

Flipkart ripped me off. I went to top 10 in vasai where they offered me Rs.1500 for the phone itself after physically examining it. Then I compared it to Flipkart who was offering 1650 for the same phone, what they neglect to say that there is a additional charges for not including the box & the charger for a phone which was bought almost 8 years ago. And just offered me Rs.650. I've been "ripped off" by Flipkart, after talking to coustomer services repeatedly, I was informed, they will not give me my phone back which I tried to cancel it's collection during its pick-up.

Waste of money... there is No In-time delivery.
They simply give messages everyday, sorry that your order delayed... If called costumer care they even don't no what is our issue...Very strange... Third class flipkart app and web... They looting public Money...

Ordered groceries from Flipkart. On the onset they said will be delivered in a week! But on the delivery day no one came. Next day got a call from delivery boy that he cant deliver that day so will come next day! As expected no one came next day too. If you want to buy online, NEVER EVER CHOOSE FLIPKART. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Very much worts service by flipkart after 22 days product should not delivered by flipkart and not any support from customers care.

The Speaker has been dead since i got it and it was reported as such but still my problem is not resolved
Even though I have complained many times, it is not being attended to, they are constantly closing my complain

This firm only harasses customers to the extent when asked for refund of duplicated product. Shaming top brands as well #boat be beware. I had the worst experience of this e commerce platform.
NEVER CHOOSE FLIPKART

Their delivery service only delivered half order but taken all OTP and marked as delivered. 5 times raising complaint to customer service, all kept saying we will escalate, but each time will update in the system 'Resolved". I found constant lies is their basic instruction, and even the supervisor said, there is nothing they can do and it is not possible to do refund. They acknowledge the issue with their courier but basically telling you 'we have your money' and we will not care. I will never ever buy from flipkart again.

Best fraud company award to give you Flipkart.

I buy new phone with exchange my old phone but they not pickup my old phone. And no one replay in customer care number.

Will never order from Flipkart... Flipkart is not taking any responsibility over their suppliers. Nor they are contactable... Just wasting time on refunds and replacement

I ordered a phone with an exchange option, the delivery agent inspected the exchange phone and denied exchange, as per policy I agreed to pay the remaining amount but asked him to wait while I confirm with the customer care. The delivery agent did not wait, literally ran away with my order, and on complaining to the customer care about the same, they deny all responsibility and tell me that the agent has updated that my pickup is cancelled so my order will also be cancelled. I accept that I had heated argument with customer service agents, but only cos, they kept repeating same things and denied any help, answerability or responsibility, rather asked me to either wait for 3 more days for resolution or order will be cancelled. And this is after I have made 85% of the payment and agreed to pay the remaining.
