Please don't purchase any product form flipkart. They delivered damaged product and not return this after many complaints.
I order a nothing phone 2 from Flipkart on 3rd August 2023 after applying an exchange and the order is a prepaid one. I have not received the phone after 5 days. The delivery date was 5th August. As it is an exchange I backed up my data and did a factory reset on my device, now consider backing up 128 GB of data and not receiving your new phone so all your existing data becomes unusable and all you have to do is wait. Pathetic service to be honest Amazon is much better in customer experience. Also I placed the order via credit card and converted it into EMI my bank has already charged me but I have not received the device yet. Not sure even if I receive a refund it will still have a gap of around 2000 rupees and that to for the device I haven't received. I don't know how to justify this to my bank because of sheer carelessness of Flipkart
Purchased an earrings from Flipkart which is damaged, when I requested for return the product, Flipkart informed me return is not possible, they informed me to keep the damaged product, totally disappointed with Flipkart, I won't purchase any item from Flipkart
Very Bad Service. I was purchased a try cycle from flipkart.thedelivery the item one day late.the are delivery to me a defective try cycle. I was complaint the same day. The are sending message every day. And the say we will come today to take back the item. But not coming. Until 7 days the not came. After 7 days the are saying. Only 7 days the return policy period. It is finished you cannot return the item.the cancelled my return policy. Then i send again messages. The are replay for every messages. We will call you. But until now i didnt get a call. I t was one of the bad experience from flipkart.

Sir I just placed some similar order of grocery from flipkart on 23rd july, I didn't received two products lifebuoy and boroplush soap, confirmed with delivery boy at 9 pm, he said, morning will give me another boy, I still haven't received two products, so you tell why you didn't deliver all at once. Why did you go and order third party, either your delivery boy is a thief. Otherwise your distributor is a thief.
Want a worst services choose, 1 day will updated to 6 days for there self,for 50 km the delivery time is 6 days for logistics so want to waste time choose this and the flipkart dont proved you delivery to be fast they do it in delay it more

I brought a whirlpool 330 litre three door
The product delivered on 09/06/2023, installed on 13/06/2023 has transporting damages bottom, that is not visible, the right side legs pierced and have right side bend - whirlpool assistant installed it and after one week usage I observed leakage airflow through the bottom right side of the vegitable tray, thus condensing of water, that flow to the floor, I am not a technician, thus the Flipkart has full responsible, since I pay full amount to Flipkart. The issue I raised to whirlpool, servicer came and by cloth Wipeout water/mist, then after verification tell ok, I report the damage to servicer, he said it not covered in warranty, till the above defect /issue continues. Flipkart and it's seller has to be replaced or solve the problem/issue, since warranty covers only manufacturing defects, and technical issues, continuous chatting and calling with Flipkart assistant they continuously direct to contact whirlpool service warranty, then post notification your issue resolved, thus their responsibility is over, this way both Flipkart and whirlpool clearly clean their hands. I think that this three (Flipkart, seller, whirlpool) gaming a drama before me/customers, they cleverly cheated poor customers/me, who hit the goal I don't know. L am a customer investing my own hard earned money, in their view if any damage you make it/suffer, thus all of my friends, you cannot fall in this online flopy platform traps by showing lowest prices, either they ship damage items nor they have no responsibility to the product they delivered, thus I request all of my friends to purchase any products from nearby shops by viewing thoroughly, and the shop holder take the responsibility to safe transportation and installation of product, we don't worry for its maintenance even the price is slightly higher.
I've never come across a more deplorable online website. From the minute I tried logging in, I started facing issues. The deals were not clear, the customer support not provided. I only ordered from them because I wanted to get a google pixel phone, and UNFORTUNATELY, they are the only selling partners, else I would've NEVER ordered with them. After ordering, the delivery has been a pain. Their customer support is absolutely terrible - with no facility to connect over a call, and the messaging center being very poor with their responses. Overall, a PATHETIC experience with the site! I will NEVER order from them every again!

I frequently use this site, and ever since I made my first transaction in 2009, trying to contact their customer care has been a headache. Every customer support agent is unpleasant, haughty, and has little to no understanding of their job. They won't arrange a callback if I ask for a manager; I'll have to make another call. What is the outcome of my initial call or the time I invested in it, then? Why do customers need to call back so frequently? To the clients' great surprise, they do not have an email address or nodal office information. I will need to call the customer service number again for anything. I doubt that the proprietors of Flipkart even give a damn if users cease using their website. Many of our problems remain unresolved. Absolute crap. Very, very, very unhappy customer.
Had purchased a induction electric COOK TOP. On 26/06/2023 I got delivery. On 11/07/2023 there was a blast while I was cooking. It is a 2000W device and I was cooking at 240W but still there was a blast from inside the device so the glass broke into tiny pieces and it scattered all over on the platform. They say that it is a physical damage but it is actually some manufacturing damage. They are not ready to help me, It is a 1 year warranty device. No replacement nothing they say.
Flipkart has the worst customer support. They will just support you in telling what is already there in your app. No value addition. My 2 products went missed by logistics partner but Flipkart did not provide any remedy.
