Damaged product is sold in Flipkart and cheats people. They told me to take the damaged product return and did not take it. I defaulted on the payment and because of the delay in payment, I had to pay interest on it.This is the second time I have been scammed.I will never buy anything from Flipkart again

This is my last shopping from Flipkart.
I bought a boat Rockerz headset from filpkart.But the product had some connectivity issues.Customer care were not ready to replace it.After 3 days,they accepted the replace request & after 4 days (on delivery day),they cancelled the replace request themselves.Even they were not giving any valid reason. That is the behaviour and value that filpkart give to their coustomer.Even they are not giving return or exchange policy.A very very bad experience.Now Flipkart lost its valuable coustomer
Ordered a phone from flipkart and delivered a used product when concern raised not even bother to assist or fix the issue twitted there ceo not even bother to check

I bought Marq AC from flipkart, material received damaged with accesories missing, although flipkart is not accepting the return request, they rejected for return of AC thrice. Customer care representatives are careless and not cooperaing to resolve my issue. Made consumer forum complain, although they are indifferent to solve my issues. Dont buy anything from flipkart.
I have ordered Fastrack revoult fs1 and I received limitless fs1. It's been more than 10days and till now they aren't able to give me resolution whenever I m calling customer care they are saying to wait till the date is given. After every date I am receiving a new date and it's very bad thing. The worst seller and the worst support.
I think I am done with Flipkart. I am writing this review based on my experience. I order my product and Flipkart promised me the delivery within 2 days and there was no sale nothing was going on, so it should be delivered within 2 days (which is by 22nd June 2023) yesterday I have been told to wait for another 7 days( which is by 29th June 2023) I dont think so now in India it take 9 days to deliver any product if I compare same with Amazon they deliver on time or before time.So now Flipkart is asking me to wait for another 7 days and there is no compensation my question is because of there $#*!ry delivery service why should I get penalised why should I suffer either they give some compention or deliver it on time but I have been told to wait for another 7 days I am done with Flipkart and ask other too that they don't use Flipkart
Involved in fraudulent activities. Selling faulty and defective products and not ready to replace/refund it. By purchasing from Flipkart one should be ready to bear losses.
Sells defective products and makes customer go to service center to fix it even after it wont work on the delivery day useless af don't buy a single item from them

Poor service from flipkart. Last 5 days a product out for delivery is yet to deliver. There is no proper response from customer team even they doesn't know where the product is. Even they are supporting the logistics team.

Flipkart have given me a broken product.
I booked white color and received green box.
I bought a chimney pipe and i applied for return within return period as it wasn't meeting my needs. The return was rejected even after logistics called to pick up the order but did not pick. Post my return request product policies were modified just to prevent me from returning the product. They harrassed me with over 30 calls in over 4 days. This is as much as i could tolerate. I am done with shopping on flipkart.
I do not recommend purchase of furniture electronics from Flipkart, if product is okay everything is fine but if there is anything wrong with it flipkart will not support the customer rather they side with the seller.
This has to be my first and last bad experience with flipkart. Will not shop anymore with them and ensure i repeat it to as many people as i can.
Real reviews of flipkart can be found here, quora or mouthshut. Flipkart does not allows negative reviews on its website, moderates and rejects them.
I ve ordered a 55 inch smart tv and Flipkart delivers in time however installation they have postponed more than 7 days and no option to cancel
14 times called their customer support and got reply wait! Sorry for that but no installation after 7 th day

I have been in the net for the past so many years approximately more than 25.
Flipkart journey and access started in the period when the names Bansal and Ayyappan was there and I have a great attachment to this brand of E- Commerce. Particularly in the recent days I came across the Pay Later system which is a highly laudable system and it helped me a lot when my purse and the bank balance were bare minimum. This will help many small business owners like me who bill their customers to the bare minimum or who receive their business returns in piece masalas. Thank you Flipkart team for giving me this opportunity to be here.Hope you will Keep it up and set right any shortcomings in your app.

When I decided to buy a new bed, I naturally turned to Flipkart, assuming that their reliable cash on delivery option would be available. Cash on delivery has always been a convenient payment method, offering the flexibility to pay only after receiving the product and inspecting its quality. It provides a sense of security and trust between the customer and the seller.
Flipkart is a totally fraud company don't waist your money and your valuable time.
Dont trust on flipkart.
Flipkart like a Choor company
I have purchased a Commode chair from these stupid Flipkart.com on May month on 24th May and the Return date was 2nd June and so I have put a return request on 1st June by stating that it was not proper and so they accepted my return and said it will be done before 5 th June and then they said before 8th but surprisingly they canceled by return by saying it is canceled as in the policy it is specified that only it will be returned if it is damaged and for so many days they just played with me.
I strongly oppose such type of Fraud online Flipkart.com site and suggest everyone to try not to purchase from such fraud platforms.
They are really fraud.
