I placed an order on 28th May 2023, expecting next day delivery as advertised on your website. However, what followed has been a series of disappointments and a complete lack of satisfactory customer service. Firstly, on the day after placing the order, I received a call from one of your representatives. To my surprise, they were unsure about my delivery address, despite providing it during the order placement process. After providing the correct address, I was assured that the delivery would be arranged promptly, either by evening or the following day. However, since that call, it has become nearly impossible to contact Flipkart's customer service for any meaningful assistance. Every attempt to connect with a live person has been met with a frustrating cycle of automated responses and unhelpful IVR menus. This lack of accessible customer support has left me feeling neglected and cheated as a valued customer. To exacerbate matters, I received a message stating that I am unable to cancel the order. This situation has caused immense distress, as my elderly parents are currently without a refrigerator during the scorching summer of June. They are forced to travel long distances daily to purchase essential items such as fruits, vegetables, milk, and cold water, which subsequently become stale due to the lack of refrigeration. Considering the inconvenience, mental anguish, and financial burden caused by Flipkart's inadequate service, I am left with no choice but to request immediate compensation for the harrowing experiences my parents and I have endured. Moreover, I insist on a refund of the full payment made for the order. I implore you to treat this matter with utmost urgency and address it promptly. Kindly arrange for the immediate resolution of the delivery issue and provide a satisfactory compensation for the distress caused. It is my sincere hope that Flipkart values its customers and takes the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly. I expect a prompt response to this grievance, outlining the steps being taken to resolve the issue and the compensation being offered. I hope that we can find a satisfactory resolution and restore my faith in Flipkart as a reliable and customer-centric platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter. On return request no one came to pick the parcel until return policy in days once the period is over everything runs smoothly. They are cheating customers, very bad experience about the recent purchase of car vacuum cleaner, I never going to buy anything from flipkart

When request for return no one came for pick up and after 5 complaints and 20 days irritating me they declared timeup and said your refund is cancelled no one should use this site totally consumer exploitation
It has been around 15 days have not received my order and they don't have enough courtesy to answer the complaint

Flipkart is totally fraud online shopping website. Why I am telling that. I have order one product car phone holder on 13 may they have given me the timing on 14 may but it has extended on 16 may. Still I have not receive my product yet I call the customer care they on 17th may they have give me 48 to 24 hr but still I have not receive. I call many times there customer support team disconnected the call. I talk to senior after listening my problem they also disconnected the call. Now my money also with them and product also with them. Flipkart is website is full of scam. So i request to all consumer not to buy any product from flipkart other my case will be happen.

Cheater company. I have ordered material it shows delivered. But in actual condition not received yet. They mark as delivered without delivery, without otp confirmation nothing done. Not even delivery boy call us. I have complained many times not proper resolution given by them. They are cheaters. Don't use flipkart for online showing. Courier service is chor of this company.
I have order FTA set off box and received wrong product and return request sent,

My order was prepaid, i wasn't at home so the delivery guy said he delivered the product and took OTP however when i reached home the product wasn't there. I have purchased an analog wall clock and received on May 1st and immediately initiated return due to quality issue. Till date I am either getting false messages from Flipkart regarding pick up which has not happened so far and I am sick and tired of calling them, chatting online, escalated to grievance officer etc etc. They have crossed 2 deadlines of picking up the return and am given 3rd deadline! The associates are speaking different things which seems there is no proper answer they have for my issue, I just need my refund whether they pick up the return or not! Absolutely horrible experience as a Customer
Flipkart expects only positive review to appear on their portal. Accurate reviews are rejected. I purchased TV and the review never got posted.
Third class service by flipkart and not responding to any call request. Their agents not talking and saying not audible to you

I have purchased a product, but received wrong product, after several reminders same is not returned. My suggestion don't purchase any product from Flipkart.
I placed order 14th APR 2023 then the deliver date on or before 25th of the month. But while tracking on 16th recived to the my nearest hub. I was thinking that I'll get couple of days, but i wonder that on 25th evening without my knowledge, consent they just postpone to next month 3rd. When call to customer care they are giving reply irrelevant information and very ridiculous words. My query not resolve and still my product didn't recived and i paid full amount before that. It's a very very sad and worst thing i ever seen before.

Customer care guy, They don't even have the delivery guys number or any contact details,
If you escalate matter then do something and you will start getting fraud calls,

Answer: Worst experience with call center people working from home. I have receive damage product. After the request for call back. Bloody they call and putting call on mute for time. Customer should die saying hello hello any one there or not. Not in network area. Top of that saying customer is wrong. Wow. Fraud, cheater, lotoofying money
