I was harassed by flipkart for more than 25 days regarding my furniture warranty policy. They denied to help and threw my valuable time in garbage. I'm along run customer and using flipkart since decade. Customer care executives are very ill informed. They have auto generated some msg which will come after every conversation which r useless. And every time there will be a msg that issue got resolved which is completely untrue. I'm fed up with flipkart service. I will recommend everyone pls don't trust flipkart on such costly things.

I order man smart watch on Facebook messanger they deliver me ladies watches through flipkart and flipkart not giving me mobile number of these elligal peoples who book my order and not replace my watch it's a punishable act once I talk with messanger Facebook people they said wrongly they send order and they want to take refund amount in there account which is a crime and flipkart team telling me this Facebook lady book hundreds of watches they are not shairing her full mobile number with me her mobile last digit 6369 flipkart team told me as a responsible indians. They should share us the criminal lady or man full number in detail that's a huge crime which I face today be careful never buy any product from fraud website company of india known as flipkart they are protecting elligal peoples

Flipkart has provided the forged product. I will never recommend anyone to buy from Flipkart. This is the worst experience from Flipkart

In a couple of week before I have saw that in my flipkart Paylater showing 4001 due and the due date is 5th of April and If I am not paid this amount that will affect my credit score as well as additional charge will be added. Actually am not using any single amount yet from the flipkart paylater.So I am calling to flipkart service desk for the same and service desk person first check my order for checking like is there any amount found in the order list or not but they not found any such order list and they told me that might be there is some technical issue in our end so I will raised an incident on behalf of you and please wait Max to max 12th April and the issue will get resolved on or before deadline.Flipkart Paylater team also calling me every day as well as every 1 to 2 hr difference for a day and they told first you make the payment and if you are not using the same then the amount will be refunded.So i have also make the payment with additional 200 charge as for late payment.Then I call to flipkart team but team told me that as idfc first bank provide the service for flipkart pay later you can contact with service desk of idfc first bank and I also call to idfc first bank but the customer care told me that we are only provide the transaction details and we are not aware of this so please call to flipkart for the same.Actually what ever the order I have done yet that is in the mode of cash on delivery or online transaction and yet am not using any single amount for the flipkart Paylater.If I am not using any amount from the flipkart then why it shoh like 4001 due.Still i have also paid the amount.I just want my money refund.

I bought a top from flipkart and due to smaller size raised a request to larger size replacement, next day pick team came and picked the artical with out giving the replacement mentioning that will receive in a week time and post follow up when delivery team came agin he was asking the return iteam which was already picked and he refuse to give the replacement, sick and tire with follow up I cancelled and put a request for refund, till date CC team says back end is working on resolution nither I get refund nor replacement product, Never buy any product from flipkart, very bad services. Horable experience. Product which is returned how to give proof?

Waist site selling very poor quality as compared to rate very low quality. I never buy anything by this site in future.

I ordered one item they delivered wrong item waisted my lit of time. I asked for return.there automatic system decides return date without asking customer and at help section they are just useless. Now when on their fix date of customer is not there at home then how return will be effective

Their poor customer service is so disappointing that they will never look into the matter and without any reason they reject your request for pickups and returns. And they display on their own that the customer issue is resolved but in reality they never act upon their words. Poor and frustrating experience with FLIPKART! I will never recommend Flipkart!

Flipkart is the worst service in India Only fools the general public….I ordered something and it was delivered to me with plant root added and if you complain, there is no response. Better shop from some other shopping site

Flipkart is a useless online market. Never order from them I did my first order from them on 3rd and till today 13th I have not received the product, every time they have a new story for not delivering and now they have audacity to ask me to order again as they have some issue on their side, they say my details are wrong only 2 days back the delivery person confirmed everything and now the customer support says a new story...PUBLIC PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE AND FRAUDULENT SITE THE ABOVE IS MY EXPERIENCE IN MY FIRST ORDER...AFTER SEEING THE ABOVE IF FLIPKART HAS SOME RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT THEY SHOULD CALL ME AND GIVE THE SOLUTION OR REASON WHY I SHOULD BE SUFFERING BECAUSE OF THE IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR OWN SO CALLED POLITE STAFF, WHO TALK LIKE PUPPETS AND PARROTS, WITHOUT ANY HEAD OR TAIL OF THEVREAL ISSUE...FLIPKART SHOULD STAP THIS SERVICE SEND ALL THEIR STAFF FOR PROPER TRAINING

Worst experience with the order...lost 5000 did not receive order and it showing delivered...never use it again

I have purchase i phone 13, but flipkart not deliver on time it's going delay without any notice. I have so many time contact with flipkart customer support but they are not solve my problem. So please guys don't shopping with flipkart try with another shopping site.

I havey order 3 tshirt in price 204
An i havey done an conform order. After 2 days Flipkart cancel my order without my permission this is wrong an after Flipkart increase the rate of t shirts. Why Flipkart not give me t shirt bad service soo bad plss don't buy any thing on Flipkart

Pathetic after sale service from the smartwatch seller "Noise" and "Flipkart". After buying 3 watches, 1 of them needs to be returned/replaced for a legit reason but the return was not accepted even though they didn't follow the "open box delivery policy" and delivered without showing the product.
Suggested multiple options to resolve the issue but none was accepted. Finally will buy some other brand from another platform. Will not recommend neither Noise nor Flipkart.
Flipkart failed miserably to secure the customer rights and money. Talked to 5/6 customer care representatives and they closed the chat without providing any solution for the problem. Should've selected product brand and e-comm platform more wisely.

None of them resolved issue, and asking same query again and again.

I didn't expect this from Flipkart.

If you are not able to deliver please cancel my order, I can understand that, but doing nothing is horrible.
