I don't know why there is no refund policy or even a store credit. Like I am placing a return request on the day it was delivered still no advantage. The return policy is useless.
Other sites provide way more services.

Flipkart is a fraud company they give the wrong products and deny returns. Don't buy anything from Flipkart otherwise, you will be cheated by this company
I booked shoes asics ff2 tanis to 19th of January that was delivered on date 23 of January. I was not there.my brother picked the delivery. Than I came after 5 days than open the box.shoes was missing during opening the box I shoot the vedio. Then I complained there is no action. N my request rejects. Hear is the vedio n photos. Then u decide what rating I give to flipkart
Quitting Flipkart after nearly a decade when they suddenly cancelled my return request on more than 10 products (coasting more than 5k) 'only' after my policy date expired. Called and called and called till they avoided me...and guess what called me back at 3 or 4 am in the morning (as if we are following US time). Flipkart, thank you for this disappointment after all these years... M done shopping with you and pary you fall like hell... You cheated me.
Very bad service by Flipkart... really a pathetic company working in our country having no mannerisms to give atleast a feed to to his customers regards the product...no responsibility niether an accountability toword their work...what a shame...n unacceptable
Really man the reason they have provided they logistics and shipment department not taken kare of such products get damaged and they cancelled order their own and not informed to his resp customer...reply the support executive sitten tonl call customer ar only puppet...useless and failed to connect with his superior senior person... And not providing detailed incident on mail after a humble request.but no straight away they denied

I have purchased a sofa bed for Rs. ******* and was delivered on 9th Jan 2023 but the colour and finishing is not as shown in the picture, the functioning is not proper. I am chasing the customer care from 9th Jan 2023 but no response every time they have common dialogue "Sorry for the inconvenience and we will try to solve the issue". Every time I raise a return Technician visit is assigned and from last 3 days 3 technicians have visited and every time they visit they say there is nothing wrong with the product. As a Flipkart customer no response or solution available from Flipkart. I have received an email from Pramod Pisal(Relationship Manager) If any issues I can write an email. I have sent emails to him but no response.
I would recommend AMAZON for online shopping as there customer services is excellent and the return policy is outstanding.
The technician visited today and said its a Manufacturing defect still they cancelled my return and refund.

Flipkart's customer care department should be renamed as seller care department.
Whatever be the issue they would talk on behalf of the seller. They defend the seller always and not the intrest of the customer. If you face a problem, they will make you to run from piller to post.
This has been proved several times in my case. Hopeless and useless e com service especially it's customer care department.

I've been using Healthmug, 1mg etc. online medicine app for long time. Believe me Flipkart Health Plus is totally rubbish and time wasting app. I uploaded a priscription of 3 months medicines, made on Neurologist's latter pad, computer printed and signed by Neurologist. Still I got call from a useless BHMS doctor from Flipkart. Everything was clear with him like, what is the disease, since when, etc. and on call doctor even told me that, everything is fine. After that he canceled some medicines from my order without informing me through sms, call or email. If there was any problem, he would have cleared me on the call itself.
Flipkart must stop making fun of the customers by cancelling their orders from behind like this. And when I called customer care, the executive was speaking only his rubbish lines like machine, not even listening to me.
I never thought even in my dreams that, Flipkart will give such pathetic services. Gonna uninstall Flipkart Health Plus at time.

Order # OD**************, placed on 23rd Oct-22 for two Malabar Gold and Diamonds Gold Pendant JWPD041_Y 22kt Yellow Gold Pendant costing Rs. 5052 (for 2 pieces). Post order delivery date was given, 27th Nov-22, which itself was too late (more than 40 Days). Later order was not delivered on 27th Nov, and they changed delivery to 04th Dec. And at a sudden on 28th Nov, they canceled the order stating it is out of stock.
However, the same item is available on the Flipkart page for a higher price of Rs 5916 (for 2 pieces). They are simply cheating people, by clickbait and holding our money for months, and then simply canceling the order. It's plain cheating common people. Flipkart has been doing this kind of scam to public.
Pathetic customer care department, horrible service. Numerous such orders were cancelled in Diwali sale also. Their license should be suspended for cheating common people.
I had ordered an Asics shoes from flipkart when I took the delivery of that order it was found in the box full of garbage there was no shoes in that box when I put my payment refund request on flipkart then that request itself again and again rejected.
