Horrible experience from Flipkart, it's like they stole my money and sent faulty product. It's a 65" TV which we bought.and when we raise the complain of screen issue within time limit, no resolution provided. And updated resolved complain status without our knowledge. Such a bad and pathetic inhuman act.
Do not buy any phone in flipkart... I was bought f23 Samsung last week phone was hanging and screen comes out automatically and now a line in display raised complaints many times but no response from flipkart. And they won't replacement device. Its a smart theif and scam online purchase from flipkart
I am Shivani Sharma, one of your customers. I have ordered one mobile phone - Vivo Y22 (Metaverse Green, 128 GB) order ID is OD************** from Flipkart but received a boy's lower. I have been complaining since yesterday but nobody solved my issue and today they held my call for 10 minutes. I returned the product from my side but it is showing Return Rejected. It's my humble request to kindly refund my money as soon as possible. I have to buy my phone.

I had ordered the blue colour dress with the order id-OD**************, I got the black colour dress, pathetic quality with different colour, have made 2 times return request, the moment I got my dress the same day raised return request, they are keep rejecting my return request, I am not getting any call from a delivery partner, nor Flipkart end, I am keep requesting to take back your product and refund my amount, yet they are not helping. Worst service proud work.
Dont buy anything from flipkart. Fake item delivery. No email id. No customer care good response. Save you money.

I have ordered table on Oct 3 Rd today it's 21 St on 10 th of oct it's showing delivered to me but that was not real scenario i have contacted coustomer care but there is no proper tracking details with them it's almost 20 days still they don't know the solution if a goods or thing is dispatched from seller each and every details be tracked but iam wondered with Flipkart even they don't have such details for this issue iam just gonna wait for 26 th Oct and iam going to file case on Flipkart in consumer court I'll get my all the money with the intrest soon and iam going to make this issue highly rated for Flipkart, guys iam requesting to solve this issue soon if not be ready with consiquences
For all the hype u tend to generate for yourself you seem to have neglected the very core of your business... your customers! Wrong items are being sent, returns takes days and any exchanges, if any, are generally goofed up! I had ordered a pair of tan suede loafers, which was defective and had requested an exchange. What I got in exchange was a black pair. Which I had to return and ask for a refund.
Delivery issue, not delivered correctly to mention date and also not yet delivered after one week. Zero rating

It is really scary how the refund works. I am fighting for my refund more than 2 month. The deluvery was with missing parts and damage on top of it. Item returned and following up. Every time some new person call and simply closing our compain.
Started their journey for becoming another Naaptol and Snapdeal. Really disgusting. Sending defected items and rejecting returns or replacement. Now working as agent of cheap products sellers.
I ordered a product on 7th oct and today i got an email they canceled the product, because it's out of stock. But when i checked the product one more time, now it's showing available and but price are high. So I'm feel they are cheating with customer and providing lower rate and once we booked the product they will cancel and again ask us to reorder in high price. So i would request you to take serious action against them.
Now a days Flipkart services is very bad service, the customer care all complaint will take they will say wait for 48 hrs, after three days also same will repeeting. Solution is not happening
