I suggest that please don't buy from Flipkart. It has the worst customer service. My product hasn't been delivered even they didn't provide any information regarding delay.
I order almost 10 items on big billion day. They allow to choose flexible date according to your availability.
I already paid for all those products. After waiting till delivery date I didn't call for my 4 products and after delivery date flipkart messaged that your product has been cancelled by seller.
I just want to say that they are making fool to customer in the name of big billion day sale.
You pay but did not receive product after 1 week you will receive refund but what about the time you spend to track and waited for your product. Will they return your time... Noooo

I have placed one order (Order ID: OD**************) on Flipkart 22nd Sep 2022. Colgate Strong teeth (500gm*2) in 5 quantities. Out of which 2 quantities I received on 25th Sep 2022 but marked as delivered 5 quantities.
After that I raised concern for the 3 quantities, then I received 1 quantity on 28 Sep 2022. Now I am pending with 2 quantities.
I contacted customer care 20 times, but they are unable to solve my issue as well as unable to transfer my call to a senior person.

My recent experience with flipkart was unpleasant. I had ordered an iphone on good discounts wherein I specifically informed the delivery guy to please get it delivered after 7pm, since exchange service was included and my presence was must, but he showed up at noon for couple days that lead to auto cancellation of the order. I had raise multiple queries on this and the resolution was to re-order, which I did by paying additional ₹4k compared to my initial order as the initial discount offer was closed.
For the 2nd time again I went through the same experience. The delivery guy showed up at noon although he knew my availability because of which re-order got cancelled too. In addition, i ordered phone cover that got delivered on time, when I complained to the deliver guy about my phone order issue, he acted rude and just left. It has been worst experience shopping online on flipkart and I never intend to shop again here on irrespective of what discount rate it offers. Worst customer service, worst delivery guys. Overall I had worst experience.
You flipkart are nothing but a fraud... i always used to prefere flipkart over other but now i am not gonna purchase anything form flipkart. I had ordered a pair of t-shirt, one black and one white, but i received both black... I applied for return, pickup boy aaya hi nahi aur mujhe message aagaya ki product damage hone ki wajah se return reject kiya jata hai. Disgusting... They are just a fraud... I request please dont loose your hard earned money by using this fraud platform for shopping..
I have ordered Iphone on 24 th SEP 2022, the delivery date is 25th SEP 2022, but they said you have to wait for 2 more days and finally today(30-SEP-2022) they cancelled the order and saying our logistic team cancelled it, so we cant get the product delivered.

Flipkart have started the scam to show the huge sale on Big Billion.
When you purchase a product on a good deal. So they will not deliver to you for any nonsense reason.
Scenario 1: If you are not available. Then you discuss with delivery guy. That deliver the product yo my neighbour. So they said Ok. And they will not deliver. And then ordee got automatic canceled.
Scenario 2: The delivery guy will not reach to you because for their own personal reason. And Ask ypu may i reschedule the delivery. Then it was not reschedule. You order got canceled.
Moral: when you get a product on good deal. They will made the a such scenario So that order will get canceled.
I see mamy Poco pants L 44 pcs size it's was show on 699 amt then after offer price it was 549 their mentioned 21% offer but problem is your are cheating when I am open this offer its was show amt 649 mentioned 7% offer only so you are cheating 100 rs why you can do like this what ever you give offer then you can give us don't make fools to customers don't do again
I am fed up with flipkart. They are giving flipkart pay later option to us and when we use pay leter option they generate wrong bill. I am a flipkart user since 6 years and every month i do shopping from flipkart 6 to 7k, last 1 year ago they give me pay leter option i use this option and time to time i gave the payment. But last 4 month they generate wrong bill to me when i call to them they correct my bill and i pay actual amount to them but now it's been 45 days i continually following up to them they didn't response me properly. Flipkart block my all services( cash on delivery, order issue). It is not my fault, i am not responsible for any extra charges... I try to contact with IDFC BANK( pay leter) Mr. Sudhir, Ms. Sugarna & Ms. Ruchi i mailed all the proofs to them they give me a link and said you can pay here. I raise my complain in flipkart & IDFC bank both, both are not responding me. 0 rating to flipkart & IDFC
Your business is growing at a phenomenal rate and I wish you all the very best in your endeavor. However, I no longer wish to remain a plus member at Flipkart since my KYC (expired on 6th September '22) has not been renewed (unable to renew/update from my iPhone due to some glitch) as promised to me by several sales executives over the past few weeks.
As a result, I have lost trust in Flipkart's service and ability to deliver on promises made to its plus members.
It's disappointing to not have been able to use Flipkart Pay Later services because of such a barrier. As a result, I won't be renewing my KYC and have activated my Pay Later services from Amazon India since today. I've also shared my feedback on Flipkart's feedback section. Hope to see an improvement in this area for future customers.

Guys do not but TV or extended service from flipkart and jeeves consumer service.
They took my TV for repait 2 month ago. Their return policy is maximum 30 days. But they still did not give my TV back. Everyday I call and only answer is we will call you back in 3 days.
