Guys, You can buys from anywhere but don't buy from flipkart. If you want to deal with grocery you will will do big mistake. They show you big benefit but you don't get nothing. Flipkart services like meesho services same.

I am Samridhi Sabharwal. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy flip 4 with which watch was free with a minimal amount of 3000. At time of pre booking I called an executive he told me that a voucher would be available when phone would arrive at my door step. Second time I called customer care, when phone arrived they said that voucher for watch would be available when replacement policy of phone for 7 days is over. Then third time I called they told me to wait for 24 hours. Then forth time they told me they have launched a complaint against the voucher not showing. Since then I have made 15 calls twice daily.

Facing such bad experience I am boycotting flipkart because amazon was never a problem.

Flipcart cheated me. I returned one order but seller can't give me money and said to me that I don't have change. I call many time but he can't give me 249rs. This is really not fare

Very very fraud company h flipkart mene flipkart se 6 kg arial matic purchase kiya tha 31/8/2022 ko. But delivery boy only 2 kg arial matic mere ghar pr de kr gaya, vo bhi ek lifafe m. Aur jab mene return dali to meri return ko flipkart n refuse kr diya. Aur ab mera account bhi band kr diya h please flipkart se shopping mat kro.

They are not providing solution, they are selling products with 1 year warranty but they don't have company's customer care details.

Worst cosmetic products please don't buy they show something and send different items please have refund policy for all items or else don't sell if you'll are taking money from the customer wherein the customer can't use for what's paid.

I have been calling for 7 days, no solution, just told me to wait for 24 hours and sent me a different product. That means if you don't communicate on your own then your money is gone., Sach a pathetic FLIPKAR service... Plzz do not purchase in flipkart

Purchased Solasafe SPF 50 plus sunscreen gel from Flipkart on 23rd Aug 2022 and it got delivered on 30th Aug 2022. When I squeezed the tube for first use, found discoloration and different odor in the product and after applying it it got rashes on my face. As I am using this product since 6 months by the advise of a dermatologist of a famous Skin Clinic in Kochi I could easily identify the smell and discoloration.
Above all there was no Manufacturing or Expiry date in the tube.
When I called Customer Care it was told that they can't replace or refund the amount spent. I wonder how Flipkart can be so unprofessional with their Customers who choose skin care products.

I decided not to buy any product from Flipkart, also I will advise my relatives and friends not to buy or trust Flipkart.

Not delivered product on delivery date and giving extension again and again without permission and that to they attacked custmer by saying fast delivery means worst service.

Please don't trust grocery products. They give awesome discounts but the products are not delivered on time and with missing products. Also they don't refund you if the products are missing. This is the way they recover for the discounts they give. Flipkart grocery is never to be trusted.

Amazon is a good company. Flipcart is a bastard company. Thief company all employees are not work properly

I wanted to buy a good torch, with a good battery back up, long range light and of course a durable one. As I put my search on web, Amazon, flipkart and indiamart appeared to be hijacking the entire search. To be brief, I short listed on a torch with 8000 mah battery, steel body, 1 km to 1.5 km of light range and 150 watt power consumption available at flipkart. It took me hours to finalise all this. My consignment reached me within seven days. I paid the delivery boy as COD and he left my place. As I was busy with some guests, I opened the parcel after a few hour. The torch in the packing was much inferior to the specifications. It was from a different company. Of course they say that they will take back the item, but I will have to wait for at least a week to get my money back into my account. It costs a lot of time, energy and attention. It takes away your peace of mind. You also get late in getting the things you need. All this courtesy flipkart.

Very very bad service Better than this, they should shut down their company, stop the system of home delivery.
