I purchased a mobile from flipkart & though the brand issued a DoA certificate flipkart simply were negligent & wanted to avoid this issue & kept giving ready made answers so as I should get frustrated & forget the whole issue.
FLIPKART will not honor even brand DoA then what type of service & value add we get as consumers? In local store we can touch & feel the product & they take Ownership of after sales NOT DEFINITELY PATHETIC LIKE FLIPKART.
Nearly almost 25 days done i didn't receive my product and every time they are giving fake statement you will receive your product soon. They think customer are fool. They didn't take any action and they are telling us to go behind the nearest ekart place. This is the way they treat the customer. Very worst customer handling
The customer assistant is very approachable and very understanding, she also help me in completing my task! This is really legit look at my withdrawal today!
Flipkart reviews are fake, they post only good reviews.

I sold my phone to Flipkart on their Sell-Back policy on 11.08.2022. They took the phone on 12.08.2022. In exchange for that, the guy gave me a small coupon on which it's mentioned that "Now sit back and relax! The amount in the form of FlipKart Gift Card* will be credited to your Flipkart Account in 24 hours" till date 23rd Aug. 2022 02.48 am not yet received any credit.
I have complained FlipKart several times but there has been no resolution from the company's side. Their helpline are not cooperating with me and delaying the matter day after day so i had to complain it here finally.
Every day I get a new message stating that your query is escalated to the concerned team they will call back and resolve the issue the next day between 09.00 am to 09.00 pm. Then the next day a new message comes with the date changed to the next day. This is repeated again and again for the past 11 days. (Dates told to me was 14, then 15, then 16 then 17, then 18, then 19, then 20, then 21, then 22, then 23, now also have the message for 24)
Also Daily I call Flipkart 3-4 times and speak to the customer service representative for more than 30 minutes at least every day. They give the same rebuttal stating that Escalation team will call back the next day
Looking forward for a resolution as soon as possible and a compensation for my time loss and harassment.
Plz don't buy anything through flipkart.
My money not refunded from 2 month. Plz don't do any mistake

One of the worst ecom company. Supplies their own inferior product than the ordered one. Replacement took their own time after paid online. None of the customer service executive can help, every time you have to explains the complain history from the scratch for every executive.
If there is an option to give negative stars please tell me. Sharing personal experience - Wheat flour was delivered after 17 days of order and that too in a carton which had flour coming out of it. Highly recommend not to use Flipkart services even if for free! Rest is your choice.
I bought A Micromax note in1 a mobile.
The front camera does not work within a month from purchase. Received used mobile from Flipkart (warranty screw stickers are damaged) so unable to repair it under warranty.

I brought vivo t1 mobile phone on exchange against samsung M02s. Payment given through online after minus my old phone price after that I was paid ******* rs somthing and today on dated 15/08/2022 delivery boy delivered phone and getting my old phone he pass my phone and told me his system show 4900 ra collect. After that I told him I was pay my payment why so i give you money but they told me system show and i will call Flipkart customer care but they are very foolish person they disappointed me. I will throw this issue all people and social media.so pls avoid Flipkart they are giving bad service
There is no customer support email id. When asked over mobile, they have told as *******@flipkart.com but the mail got bounced from *******@flipkart.com
I have not ordered but a product was delivered to me on cash on delivery. When nobody from my family has ordered, I wanted to return and get my refund. But flipkart without answering, taking me for a ride. Most untrustful organisation
Ordered a geyser for my 80 year old dad. It was supposed to be delivered on 4th August but has not been delivered till now(13th August 2022). Nothing being done by Flipkart. They wrote on 7th that they will resolve within 3 days but nothing was done.
Very very poor delivery and no on date delivery but only saying on date delivery.Not only one get delay every order get delay.
Guys, who ever reading this review, please don't buy products from flip cart, no guarantee, they deliver on time, and you don't find any reason, nobody tells you reasons, and contact numbers, worst tracking system
