Friends, don't will buy any consumer products at flipkart, they're one of the bad service provider in online shopping, so please don't waste your money friends. Every money is comes not easy.

Very bad service. Whenever i tried to talk to customer care executive they are saying that they will transfer my call to senior but disconnect my calls 4 times a day.
They don't value your money and time. Worst service ever.

Flipkart provides Worst customer service. Don't buy anything from Flipkart... they will keep bothering you while taking return. Delivery boys are worst. They don't care even if your reason for return is logical. I ordered a mop, shoes and they refused to take.

I purchased a LG OLED TV from Flipkart Delivery was prompt within 24 hours. But it is now 5 DAYS still TV is not Installed. Very poor service and the worst thing is no communication.

ONLY FLIPKART product containers are GENUINE - the content of containers however is NOT!
Following items in my order of 30 products (almost 4000rs) placed on June 2022 were diluted with 10% of actual product and 90% water. Imagine my shock & outrage when I opened the products to use!

**AGARBATTIS were drenched in water - probably happened when the other products were being tampered with.**
I had a dozen calls with their so called customer service executives - and this never got resolved - all they could say is 'we will get back to you' and after that the 'return' window was conveniently closed. Flipkart customer service is THE WORST!
FLIKART products are either being tampered with at their warehouse or by their delivery executives.
SHAME ON FLIPKART!

As per my experience flipkart sale scrap products. Take money advanced for just showing good product but delivered scrap (not usable) product and no response even. Support also no good at all.

Order placed on 24th Jul'22 & delivery was confirmed on 30th Jul'22 but I didn't get my order yet. No updates from customer support, not getting updates of my queries/complaints. No official email id is to sent our written concern. No cancellation policy, No refund policy. It seems that they have taken my money and I will not get it return. The gesture of non response is completely shown as a FRAUD COMPANY.

I ordered a product from flipkart but flipkart cancelled my order after two week telling me the order was damaged during shipment(Careless staff).
Flipkart wasted my time by providing me wrong information and I have to face harassment. I had placed an order in 26th july, 2022 which I had to order delivery by 30th july. The delivery could not be done on 30th, so I was given time of 2nd August. Then after waiting till 2nd august, I was promised the date of delivery on 5th August. After waiting for a day on 5th August, Flipkart customer said that today delivery is not possible and the date has been extended to 6th August. I waited patiently because I had no other option. Then I called Flipkart on 6th August, flipkart executive keep me assure that, my order will not be canceled and delivery will be done.And on day of 6th August I got a message that my order has been canceled from Flipkart. When I contacted them, I have been told that we cannot do anything in this, the order has been canceled. When I requested for order again, he said that it is not possible. I had placed order at the time of offer so I will not get that product again. That's it. They wasted my time as well as i feel they did harassment with me. They deny to provide me with any compensation for the pateince and wait as well as they cant do anything about the fact that the order was placed at offer value.
And they have lousy customer care who frequently apologies and tell they understand the issue(which they don't) and provide me with useless and incomplete details

I have ordered "Bumtum Baby PullUp Diaper"
On '21-jully-2022'. Today it's '4-August-2022'. It's now 14 days still it's not delivered and it has been cancelled by flipcard telling that it has been delayed and cancelled

Hellow guys see if flipcard can't able to delivery the product even after --days, why the hell they are advoticing that product mentioning the date of delivery, what the hell these flipcart company and service providers doing in this E- business.?

Flipcard has selected a "useless Seller" of "Bumtum Baby PullUp Diaper". He cant deliver the product within date and taking 14 days and still he has cancelled it from flipcart side. See the capacity of this "useless Seller" of flipcart.

All guys, housewives I am requesting you not to order "Bumtum Baby PullUp Diaper" from flipcart. Flipcart has selected a wrong, "useless Seller".
U will not recieve this product okay. Don't waste your money by ordering this product

Maine OnePlus 10R purchase kiya Flipkart se but mere ko sabun mila aur Flipkart me complain krne ke baad v kuch nhi ho rha. Ye fake company hai. Yaha se koi kuch mat purchase kro.

I purchased smart watch and that went off after few days and I replaced to flipkart and got it new within few days, very great service.

I was booked arks massage mat of blue color. But in first i receive child car from delivery boy and in replacement recived plastics spoons and till not yet my refund money too. I dont know in future my refund accepted or not or not but i am not trusted on flikart in future. I resquest to everyone dont buy on flipkart.

Now a days flipcart doing a fraud I booked an order when I book the orders the delivery time show 2 days but when the delivery days come they cancel my order and reason listed that product delivery is not available when I booked flipcart took my order and now they do not delivery my friend told me that kind of online fraud but I took experience this on flipcart big name and fraud work pls do not make online payment first on flipcart booked only cod when you book any order

It is a most dengerous, irresponsible, most correptive, most not ethic, no responsibility, irresponsible most dabna company I think it regular customer fast from 15 year's but my family members r angry with fliffcart company they r satisfied with Amazon company is very good return and refund policy and give 100% a very good i comp

I haven't seen such poor shopping, always have to call about the same issue. Delivery boys don't talk well, When you complain to customer care. Then they only say that you will get the issue resolved The customer care does nothing, and the delivery boy goes his own term And the seller would send anything, the parcel ordered is different, these people send anything. I will not order anything from this rubbish app from today. Better than this, Amazon takes care of its customers. Half star is too much for this app

I order a product from flipkart on 9 th july, but product not yet delevered. Customer serivce and courrier service very disapointed. I never buy product from this platform.its already late. I am going to cancel my order.

21 St July i ordered from Flipkart grossery busket and did the online payment but the delivery boy stolen my product and put there delivered and he also behaved very badly with me... i launched a complain against this to Flipkart service but they didn't took any step and doesn't return my product... and they r the thief who opened a business to steal people money by not giving the product.
