My phone exchange offer was not fulfilled by your delivery guy. It was clearly written in the offer that the scratch phone will also be kept. If this is to be done, then why are the offers taken out? The order was not cancelled by me. It was a very bad experience for me. If the product is not sold properly, then why are the offers on the app? It was said by you that your wish will be resolved but it has not been done.
Cancelled my same order twice for the same period after waiting long time.

Don't buy any products on flip cart bcoz I had ordered redmi 5G camera gaurd when it was received I found third class product and approached for refund they are telling non returnable policy product so iam anoyed of this type of irresponsible issues from flipkart. Purchased Vox MObile from Flipkart on June 22 and the speaker problem was there and after that I placed return request they assured me that the purchase amount i. E 699 will be refunded in my account but that they rejected that and said no refund only replacement option I agreed with that but that also they didn't replaced and after few days they called me and said that we will refund the purchase amount provide your account details I again provided that but again they did the same. So please don't use this site its not at all genuine.
3rd class cheaters. Amazon is very very good. In flipkart they show something and send something else. Big cheaters
Among all the e-commerce sites, I must say that Flipkart is the worst of all. The service providers are highly unprofessional and all the sellers mentioned on Flipkart are literally cheats and frauds. Ordered a television worth 35K and instead got a TV box full of crap. Raised refunds concerns but customer care just turned other ear and paid no attention. Later Flipkart locked my profile too and I couldn't login anymore. My case is now pending in consumer forum court.
I'd recommend all, if you have no love for your hard earned money and if you love stress, humiliation and disappointment from online shopping. Even then don't choose Flipkart. This is the worst fraud company of all times.

Flipkart has one of the worst customer support, they give us a call and don't even acknowledge for our concern, they just read those inbuild/ready made statements and cut off the call without solving the issue and close ticket with status resolved

All customer should notice this matter. The cash order will come fast and online payment if you done for a product they will make it pending or delaying the order. Very bad idea Flipkart. It's not the fault of delivery boys who is giving the product.

Also we are in Chennai they don't even have tamil speaking people in customers care... very worst customer care I ever seen in my life... Worst experience ever! I faced while ordering front load washing machine, on March 18 2020, and during lockdown the product was not delivered, even after canceling the product on Apr13,2020, flipkart assured they will return amount on 23 apr, 2020, but from my transaction I don't even have a details even i checked with HDFC bank, it was not an issue with bank, but flipkart ignoring me since 2 years where they are not accepting that they done mistake, even they didn't return anyamount back to bank, I was tottaly frustrated about flipkart even I am a regular customer, why our indian startup Flipkart is ignoring our customer, I lost *******/- what other common people will face?
