Very fuddu site Flipkart... all service fake... fake product with service... please don't purchase anything from flipkart

I have purchased a laptop here, it's very disappointing on delivery, delivery dates are keep changing..

I have ordered Shoes from Flipkart worth rs. 3829 and they have send the used and dirty product and its been 20 days passed that i have requested them for return but they are not even ready to respond my calls. Interval of 3 days everytime they just raise new complaint but no action. Guys please stop shopping from Flipkart. It's better to move to Amazon. It's best

Seems like Flipkart and Ekart both are unable to control the delivery boys as well as their bosses. Happens repeatedly at Guwahati city. No one seems to bother. The business might close soon, who knows?

This is bringing to your notice that, I have ordered mobile on 16th June -2022 to gift to my brother on his special day, which plan was totally ruined because of your bad service. Mobile supposed to be delivered on very next day which is not yet delivered, this would be the my first and last order with the Flipkart and am not going to leave this simply getting all the documents are ready to file a case against your esteemed company in consumer court.

My experience with flipkart is very very bad.My son ordered two packs of 500gms bournvita. But got one pack of 500gms. After lodging complaint, they are simply telling stories since last 20 days. Very cheating people.

I ordered 4 items but received 3 and when i raised a complain they assured to refund my one item's cost. But after 2 days they said issue resolved and missing item has been delivered. How come they say? They have not delivered and said delivered?
They did not refund my money. THEY ARE LOOTER AND WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Worst, i would never recommend anybody to buy anything from this website.

Reject and want my id proof that i am their customer they hurt my dignity and prestige. Send me wrong product with missing attachements. This is a blunder mistake to provide customer wrong product and denied for return. Online shoppingbrights provide a customer to raise voice for illegal offence.

Avoid flipkart and go with any other service if possible.
The terms and conditions mentioned on the website are not even communicated to their own delivery agents and they are very much idiotic in their behavior. The whole system runs on their delivery agents and customer service is there only to give you pathetic answers. They would even marked your issue to be resolved even though they have done nothing regarding it.
All the steps given in terms and conditions were followed by me. The steps given by customer care also were followed by me but end result was negligence and their utter disregard for customer
Their customer service also disconnects the call after hearing the issue and telling you to hold till they find their solution. Ending the call is solution offered by flipkart

Not refund not return your order. Please biacort flipkart. Not by to Flipkart. Very bad experience with flipkart.

I ordered 2 products recently and I didn't recieve the product but it's showing delivered in flipkart app and I am facing problems last 20 days. The customer service is not able to solve the issue they are giving the extended dates. I will not recommend the flipkart in anyone. Very poor service, worst person there is not any responsible person who solve the issue. I really tired for this worst service

Never use gift certificate on Flipkart as they never refund you money into GC or wallet. There app will show refund processed but it will never reflect.
I ordered a sweing machine on 21 Apr to be delivered on Apr 28. Due to some logistics iasue, same was delated on told me to wait till May7. Still no product received and after getting fedup i cancelled my order. Bank refund was processed in 2 days but GC used for part payment was never refunded. Upon multiple tweets and app support callbacks too they are not refunding the amount and saying its processed. But cant share the info where the amount is refunded too.

Its a good site to shop too till everything is good. As soon as you need to return and take refund, its a nightmare. Lost my money but will file a consumer court case. Amount is mere Rs1814. But, their harrasement pushes people to limits.

Stay away from FLIPKART and be safe...
