I have purchased wardboard and that product was damage and bad quality so I have applied return policy and it was done during that time after that time and then after when pickup date was coming they reject my return request without any reason or intimation then again I called to the flipkart customer care and they set pick up date again but again on pickup date the cancelled and it has been done more then 5 or 6 times and all the agents are fake who working behalf of flipkart and they lie to the customers and they delivered fake things so every agent are froud in flipkart and I will suggest to everyone not to purchase any product from flipkart go with different option like amazon and ect and for more refrences I have attached that msg which I have been received behalf of flipkart.

Its been more than a week that I have ordered the product on Flipkart. Still its not delivered. Everyday they reschedule the delivery saying they looking into concern and the customer care executive also ask to wait for another 48 hours to get the delivery. There is no update or even on the Ekart logistic site every day they just update the expected delivery date to next two days. The worst service ever!. My money is stuck and product is not delivered till date.

Flipkart is unable to solve a small issue with a product & executives are taking too long to understand the customer issues, I dono how Flipkart is recruiting these type of people & executives are providing wrong information about product without knowing the product details. Then how Flipkart will solve the major issues. So I don't prefer to use the Flipkart for future purchases. Waste of time in spending with Flipkart. Totally disgusting Flipkart.
Guys Flipkart is a very cheap and fraud side. I purchased a watch but in that case the product was missing how the flipkart is not getting any responsibility to refund my amount
I Order a Redmi 10 T Mobile, and My delivery was supposed on 9 May2022, I just travel 90 Km to collect my Mobile at Delivery Location, Delivery boy call me and ask to Reset my mobile which i need to handover as buyback, I did same, and when delivery boy came at address he said that he forget to collect my Mobile from Hub and ask me to collect same by next day either their hub is only 2 km from my Delivery location.
We purchased samsund galaxy f23 from flipkart.
It was a reject quality second quality phone.
We purchased this phone by April 10,2022 for
Rs *******. Now they reduced the price to Rs *******. Because of its low quality in receiving and downloading data. Flipkart is partnering with samsung
to sell this discarded useless phones.
Flipkart is the worst website. They do scam fo customers. Please dont buy anything costly with like phones and electronic items. They will never help u with refunds. There application is worst. They will block u in a way where u cant talk to talk to them and also they freeze u from sending emails. I lost my money by placing order with them. Flipkart is fraud
Very bad experience after purchase service. I purchased android phone from flipkart and phone started heating after 30 min of use. I decided to return / refund the phone but was not able to do. I called the customer care they said firstly return the product then technical team will visit to look for the product, but procedure for all these is not very clear to the customer and the customer care executive were also not very clear in whatever they said to us. Very bad experience till now, my product is not yet refunded or returned
I want to let you know about my issues which is facing from past 3months onwards... I ordered 2products on feb 19th, 2022... In my cart it showing its delivered but I didn't receive my products. Multiple of times I contact to the customer service executive. Finally 1day got respond from agents that they refund both products but I got only 1product refunded.
I told every agent clearly that I opted paylater option please as soon as possible clear my issue so that I clear my paylater. They are not solved my issue within the time. They mention penalty in paylater.
I clearly told to agents that if I got any penalty then I won't pay additional amount and I didn't get both products refund amount. Later I didn't get any response from any customer service executive. Every day I got reminder calls to pay paylater amount but no one solved my issue.
On April 24th 2022 I ordered 1product due to flipkart paylater dues they cancelled my order. And that order is most important for me to planed my trip.
Flipkart customer service has been most pathetic experience. The agents call as per the call back service either hang up or goes silent for hours together.
Even I'm busy with my works every day I can't explain same story with multiple number of agents right. Got frustrated *******@Flipkart agents. They simply listening all the stories later hours of time either they kept in hold/silent mode or disconnected middle of the conversation. If they are not interested to do job please requesting you to take actions.
At any situation I want my order by April 28th only. As a flipkart plus member your support team completely disappointed me. Hope you understand customer problems and their frustrations.
Some days before i just ordered for one regional kada,. That is not up to mark or not the orignal one, because i bought that one second time, the first time the kada is orginal and same that is showing in image. I just want to return, the flipkart accepted the request, but today the delivery boy can't wait for 4 to 5 minutes and he just hang off the mobile and didn't pick up the call. Totally made a bed experience about flipkart. Please trained your staff flipkart.
Service from flipkart is very poor.
If you try to post a negative review about a product, most of the time Flipkart will not post it on their website.
They will try to keep only postive reviews on their website, so they can cheat people by selling poor quality products.

Flipkart has set limit for maximum number of returns. I called customer service many times. They call me back and put me on hold and disconnected thrice. So be careful if you are thinking of returns

I had redeem my super coins in flipkart 1st then i was asked to pay a nominal amount to encash the offer i didboth later i received coupon code to purchase from leafstudios when i applied the code it was showing as invalid code i complained to flipkart customer csre that i got a invalid coupon code i appreciate about few executives tried sincerely to solve it seriously but it didnot materialize and it kept on dragging till the code expired

Dear all I just wanted to share my recent experience with Flipkart. I recently purchased a split AC from Flipkart which they delivered on 7th April and assured me that within 24 hours my AC will be installed against which they are charging me 1900 rupees. But till today (10th of April) I didn't received any call from them neither they are allowing me to install it via third party by giving an excuse that my warranty will be voided if I do that. I called them several times on their TFN and each time but either I'm not getting response or they hung up my call in middle of conversation. Flipkart services are disgusting and on top of that their service executives don't know how to speak or resolve a problem, all they know is hung up a call when they are speechless. Amazon is far better than Flipkart and I don't think Flipkart ever gonna touch the level of Amazon services in next 100 years.

I had brought an ear pod in Flipkart but i got a bad response from them as they did not deliver on time.
When they delivered unfortunately product was missing with torn box as soon i filed an issue in the app but on the next day the rejected that later on again i rised the issue but i got the same response, after few attempts suddenly they blocked my account in Flipkart app then i tried all the possible ways to contact Flipkart executive but they didn't respond properly in the last they said i won't be getting my amount or that product.
By this i was cheated by the Flipkart online delivery agency
Useless customer service, unprofessional people always on the chat. I tried to tell every almost same issue. Still no body no what they need to do. They didn't resolve the issue. I suggest never order through this flipcart website. Extremely useless website.
