Flipkart is not understanding the feelings of customers as I have order the shirt. I was waiting for the delivery and 2 day before automatically they cancelled... When I called back they replied to order again... And I can't wait longer for the product... What kind of bull$#*! I don't know. Even they was not talking even politely... They don't have sense to talk. I'll never order from this app.
Or nor suggest to order from this app.

I had ordered Realme9 Pro+ with exchange of my Redmi7A. This was for the 2nd time I had ordered the same model with the same exchange model but IMEI was different. My Redmi7A is extremely good condition but the delivery boy reduced Rs. 800/ both the time without any valid reason. I am done with the poor marketing and gimmicks played by Flipkart.
While on Amazon I had ordered another phone with the same model i. E Redmi7A & they proceeded very smoothly & without any argument & trouble.
I would like to advise everyone reading this not to fall for Flipkart cheap marketing tricks. Be careful about the

The T. Shirt quality and cloth is very nice. It arrives quickly. The dress is matched which I ordered.

Bought one asus laptop with ******* but received a damaged product. Now they are not replacing it. Never ever trust them. Says something and does another thing. Customer care is pathetic. Amazon is far better than them.

The customer service is very rude. They close the ticket without solution and even block the customer so that he could not write any review.
The product quality are very poor. They just polish the old product and sell it at new price.
I am never gonna buy using flipkart again.

Flipkart is becoming worst day by day, they don't stand on there promises and then customer service is another Ultimate, they disconnect when you ask any sensible question I dunno wat a common citizen should do. Is someone taking responsibility over this?

Most horrible experience with flipkart.Not even a single product delivered. Flipkart cancels the order after making you wait for 10 to 15 days. Very unprofessional.

I have ordered 02 Split AC, in both AC received copper tubing & wiring missing, then Harassment & torture started by flipkart, no solution, customer support pathetic, just buying time and me list completely, finally purchased missing components from market. Delivery service is very bad. Always fail to deliver the items on the time and its not the one time. Its their habit now. If you are planning and time concern dont go to buy the product from the Flipkart.

When Flipkart cancelled my purchase of a laptop, they informed me the refund would appear as credit in my bank account in two days. After twelve days the refund has not appeared. My bank informed me that Flipkart has not properly processed the refund. I have contacted Flipkart several times & on each occasion, they said the issue has been resolved. I doubt they read my emails or look at the screenshots of my bank account. By the way, it is impossible to phone Flipkart. The good news is that my bank told me the money would automatically return to my account after 30 days. Anyway, I will never buy from Flipkart. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced.

Very bad return policy. I am not buying anything from flipcart.if there is negative rating then i will give negative rating. Some other website are very good that flipcart

I have ordered the blue tooth of real me wire less one. Their size was too big to fix in the ear and on off was on the top I wanted to exchange them with another company and they were telling go to company to get them repaired. I called the customer service but no good response.

Totally worst service. I have bad experience with flipkart because I have ordered a material from flipkart on the 9th Jan 2022. Original expected date is 18 Jan 2022. But until today (31 Jan 2022) that material was not delivered. On the 14th Jan one of delivery guy called me and asked the OTP without delivering the material. I have told when i receive the material then only I can share the otp. After that no body call me for deliver. I have raised compliment through customer service but they also not solved the issue. So I will recommended to all try to avoid use of flipkart for purchase any product.
