Very bad delivery, many times items delivered to other people, when ask about the delivery details, customer care agreed about fraudulently but we can't help you. Very bad and never want to purchase from flipkart.

I have placed order 20th January 2022 and expected date of delivery 27th January but expected date of delivery extended up to 31Jan 2022 and no call from customer and retailer side.

Bad product very bad service flipakrt all is very very bad product giving and not accepting replacement

Flipkart experience is very disappointing. Would use it only if Amazon is not able to offer the required product. Would had been happier if Flipkart was as customer centric as Amazon allowing two equally good options to us as customers. Really disappointing!

Hum jab bi Apne order kya hai ye kbhi bi APNI delivery time or nhi krta hmesha late krta hai, enkonkya pta ki hme kitni emergency Hoti hai Apne order ko Lata hwa, Maine jab bi order kya hai hmesha hi enki delivery late Hoti hi,, or beshram kah deta hai ki hum apki or kya help me skta hai

For a refund i am waiting for last 20 days, airlines refunded that money to flipkart and i got those details in mail from airlines side but flipkart didnt done nothing for this, very bad service, dont order anything from flipkart very worst services

Don't ever buy anything from flipkart. Horrible replacement policy. Order placed on Dec 24. Pick was originally for dec 28. They kept delaying and here come Jan 5; flipkart cancelled our replacement order by themself and blamed on us. Multiple multiple calls were made, everyone says different things. All we asked to replace the order from L to XL. Never ever shop from them. Now all i want my money back. Thanks alot for harassing people like this.

This service is very bad service. Flipkart not solved the solution only answers wait and Flipkart service is bad and do not buy the product for Flipkart.

Really a nice product. And value for mone and best product for middle budget byer. Good sound quality.

Please don't buy costly products for flipkart worst quality maintained online shopping company so be careful really I will suffring for buy products I ll booking one brand flipkart send another brand with wasted too much time,,,,,, worst customer care services weast time just time pass loos talk

Nykka has now a competitor in bad customer service... FlipKart! Try the customer service department and you will cry in frustration! When you have to return an item they will ask you for brand packing, though the item never came in a brand packing in the first place. And all of this takes all day, you bang your head becuase their phone lines are unclear and their service agent speak in an a diffrent accent. And still you are where you were to start with... nowhere!

Its the worst experience i have ever because every i get the late delivery and unresolved soln for this
