Took a hp laptop from flipkart on 11-06-20 during lockdown and also extended warranty powered by jeeves.

My laptop stopped working 2 weeks back and I went n showed at hp service center on examining they told me mother board faulty and a woophing estimate of rs *******.
After days of follows today they told me water entry in laptop,

I have shown my laptop at HP authorized service center, they never said any water entry problem - I have shared the estimate also made by them -- they told me mother board fault

It took jeeves team one week to come at my place to check my laptop

Lots of wrong information on call

And so many follow ups by me personally on email

After all this - now you giving me lame excuses - that my laptop has water enter...

1. Made a big mistake took a expensive machine online

2. Another big mistake - took jeeves extended warranty- which is of no use

3. I am surely going to sue - flipkart and jeeves for interpreting wrong information, laid back attitude when it come to service

Worst delivery date, the dates givena are beyond 1 week and even after that the product isn't delivered on the right time

During BBD, I have received an offer wherein I will get an air fryer at Rs. 1. However, after making multiple complaints, multiple calls, multiple emails, and what not? Those are experts for mental torcher and harassment. I will never recommend Flipkart to anyone. Their customer representative is also very rude. They have nothing to do with your hard-earned money. They just want their profit and boost sales in any condition. If you will see social media and consumer forums, they are flooded with complaints of Flipkart.

I ordered two phones from Flipkart and my order was delivered on 31st of October. Now to my surprise there was only one phone in the pack and both of them were marked delivered. So I raised an issue with customer support and approached their social media team on twitter on 1st of November. They first promised me that issue will be resolved on 13st of November. Then they emailed me and asked for my Id proof which was weird but I provided it to them. I submitted my Aadhar card via email to them but mail got bounced back. After that I again approached them over social media and submitted my id proof over there. From 9th of November to 22nd of November they never updated themselves on the issue. It was me who approaching them everytime to ask for update and in response their social media team would call and ask the same stupid questions like weather the package was tampered or not? And I have answered these questions more than 10 times and I received promises that I will get update in 24 hours but nothing even happened. I am fed up and I just want to share my review so that other people dont get scammed by them. I shall be posting my formal complaint in consumer forum as well but if a company is doing such scam then people in general should know about it. Their support is very poor and they may take an entire life to go on second stage in resolving the issue. The first step will always be 'was your order packed properly?'! Doesnt matter how many times your answer that question but they will never have it in their records.

Never buy any thing from flipkart. It's been twice now. Very bad service and experience. Bought a dining table. No installation, no follow ups, no response. Such a big organization and such a bad service.

A friend told me recently to check doubly before buying any high end electronic product on Flipkart- the reason being that all the features/claims it makes about its products on sites are false and exaggerated.
Experienced this when I brought the Oppo A53s in Flipkart Diwali sale after getting carried away by its false reviews. On receiving it I was shocked that the screen display and brightness was so poor that I could barely see it in the sun and daylight. Also the phone kept hanging every 2 minutes. When I called Flipkart, I was told the problem was with the model and they could not do anything. I told them the model did not match with their description. After endless calls, they agreed to pick uo the phone for return. But instead sent a technician who maintained that the phone was still alright. Finally received a mail recently that the phone would be picked up for return. However the wait is indefinite. They are now not even accessible on their customer care. Now learnt from friends that Flipkart has taken several people for a ride in its Diwali sale. Am stranded with this useless phone. Can anything be done about it?

Never delivered timely and when you order the product after few days they cancelled your order...

Worst service on online
Purchased Nestle Coffee and the the jar was damaged and was to be replaced. The pick up came and refused to take the jar and then the Flipkart showed that I have declined to return. What is the logic?
Now they are not responding at all. Poor and Pathetic.

I ordered lots of plants from #Flipkart on 5th Oct. All were packed shabbily and were dead when they reached. A guava plant I ordered was never delivered. I complained and today it's 10 th nov. And they have neither delivered the product nor provided a refund despite following up every day. Their customer care is a sham which can provide no help at all. Never never buy from a cheta like Flipkart.

I have place order on 20 oct 2021 luminous battery. Delivery date 24 Oct 21
After date we didn't receive products and it's showing deliver and I try to contact with care. They just keep postponing... And one receives vendor. They saying u have to collect from there shop later no response from anybody
Today also they postponed to 24 Nov 2021
Almost one month going to over but no products
So bad and third class experince with Flipkart.

When I will get products. I don't know

Mera naam shahrukh hai maine kafi wait kiya boat 132 ke earpods ke liye tab jake maine usko order kiya kyuki kafi time se vo out of order chal rha tha kyuki vo meri favourite ipl team kkr ke logo ke sath the lekin jab maine order kiya tha toh ifeel happy but jab mera order aana tha tab vo aaya nhi jab maine customer call se baat ki toh unhone bola ki next day order aapko receive ho jayega lekin jab next morning mai so kr utha toh maine apna order check kiya aap pr toh vo cancel show ho rha tha jab ki maine order cancel nhi kiya toh order cancel hua kaise. Ese service maine kisi bhi online side pr nhi dekhi flipcart pr ye mera first or last order tha or mai logo ko suggest krunga ki flipcart ke alava kisi bhi site se shopping kre lekin flipcart se nhi.

After complian, my product MarQ by Flipkart 8.5 kg Semi Automatic Top Load Blue order ID OD************** not reapair not replace... and customer support not resolved my issue...

Flipkart site is selling the worst products, poor quality products, and no cancellation policy. Beware of purchase products from the flipkart site.
