Waited for a month for a dining table set, order was delayed for 12 days after the promised date and then cancelled.
Reaching out to customer service or escalation team is impossible, they give callback but put you on hold and disconnect.
Incorrect information on the order details, says shipped a month ago at the end of the month the customer service says order is not shipped yet and seller doesn't have the product itself, after a month with wrong updates all this while.
Save yourself trouble and avoid shopping on this pathethic company.
Very disappointed with Flipkart's service. I ordered one home theatre which is of very poor quality but I can not return it, they are providing only replacement of the same product the sound of which just sucks.
I want to order another product of the same brand at a higher price but I can't because of the stupid return policy of the seller & Flipkart. As if I will have to listen to poor quality music the rest of my life because Flipkart doesn't have the refund in their Return Policy.
Very poor service and this happens only in India, they do not care about their customers. I will suggest every customer out there move to Amazon from Flipkart for a better experience. Flipkart sucks.

I made an order of Rs. ******* on 9-Oct which was delivered by 13-Oct status but till 26th-Oct I have no status of my order. Flipkart has different- different lie excuses but not a single excuse comes True. Ekast is the courier partner of Flipkart then why are you giving me false excuses? Just for the purpose of fraud.
Flipkart showing different status of my order, Ekart showing different status, flipkart telephone operator telling different and useless backed team telling different status... This is really very big puzzle for me that what is TRUE or all are lie...
I have ordered a wardrobe of hometown from Flipkart and it never delivered to my house nor any Flipkart customer support helps me.
They don't call and send message tried reaching you and i have requested almost 10 times from every possible where and since last 10 days no one has contacted me for this issue.
Flipkart has scammed me for 17k inr and i have reported to police too.
Raised plenty of complaints. Customer support is useless they don't provide a resolution are the reason for the Delay.

I am totally dissatisfied with your service and processes. Firstly I ordered this product (Little's baby diapers) on 7th Oct and the delivery date was 14th Oct and that was delayed by your side.
Which was again rescheduled on 21st Oct and now you have cancelled the order by your side without any clear reason.
And also you will be going to refund my money on 29th Oct as you mentioned. So you just make me fool for around 15 days for a single product to deliver and also returning my money after 23 days. If you are not able to deliver the product timely or you cancel the delivery by your choice then please don't take the orders. This is totally pathetic and disappointing. I Will not buy anything from Flipkart. Such a disappointment from Flipkart. If Amazon were there then surely they were gonna escalate and compensate with this kind of issue. For Your service I will give you ZERO star rating.
Also when I was trying to connect to your customer care then my calls were disconnected by your customer care team side, your customer care executives names were Richa and Adarsh who were disconnected my call without giving me any resolution. They had not even listen to me properly and just disconnected the call from their side without giving any proper solution.
If you are running your company with this kind of team members and services then surely you will loose your valuable customers.
Again I am rating ZERO for your customer service and delivery services.

I order studio hair brush & L'Oreal proffessional series, I received the parcel after 15 days of my order placed, when I opened the parcel I didnt received horible products which I never ever order, After that Forward it for replacement for twice it's get cancelled by their side for the reason given stock not available, but still the time I didn't received my refund nor any communication by customer care services keeps my call on holding
Recently I have ordered a Huggies Wonder pant combo, on flipkart big billion day.
As the big billion day has gone so far, no response from team, I am taking a follow up with the team but no one bothered to get it delivered.
As I Have also complained on tollfree but they are disconnecting calls.
Pathetic service, it's all about to make a customer fools on big billion day.
This is the worst online experience that I had while buying the product, the issue is not with the seller or the product, my issue is with flipkart and the hollow promises they provide, they are totally inconsiderate of what and when people need something, from 3 days my product is sitting in gaya and on the final day of dilivery after many call, they assure me that my product will be dilivered to me and they automatically extend it by two days for dilivery siting logistics reasons. As God as my witness I won't be using this site for buying any product because it cost me my job interview.
Do not purchase anything in Flipkart. Today i have received my order and the color mention on the web portal is entirely different from what i have received. The seller is "Quality love" who is based out of New Delhi (a true bastard)... shame on Flipkart to have these kind of sellers...

I have faced worst delivery service from flipkart. On 4th oct I had placed my order which was to be delivered on 13th oct but on 13th oct the expected date extended to 17th oct which itself should not done. On 15th oct the parcel reached the nearest hub(Yamuna Nagar)which is only 20km away from my home but on the very next day it was in gurugram again which is about 250-300km away from my home. I can't understand what the delivery service department is doing. Its 18th oct and still I haven't got my parcel yet. It was my first order from flipkart or may be the first and last order. Worst one.!
Worst Services the delivery is never on time they are just greedy for there feedbacks and they dont understand the emotional feelings of the person and they themselves cancel the order and then put blames on you worst expereince ever.

Worst experience, i ordered the product on 22 september(worth Rs 3149) it was supposed to be delivered till 29 september, you told me on 30 September that the product is cancelled by Flipkart itself due to some delivery issues and the Refund will be paid within 2-4 business days.
From then I have contacted numerous times to Flipkart's customer care for Refund, every time after discussing the issue they promise to Refund me within 48 hours.

I ordered I Kall K43 Mobile, when I received I found the screen was damaged and I placed the exchange request. But the sellers (Flipkart) is asking that this is a duplicate/ fake brand, so they can't exchange. As I had already paid for this item. So it's mean Flipkart is selling fake electronic goods, and now not exchange. It is not about money, it's about trust, it's about faith, it's about some feelings/emotions. But Flipkart never understand. Flipkart only understand about money.
