I am a plus user and I have purchase iphone from flipkart on 2nd oct and they gave me delivery date of 4th oct but till today I didn't received my product. On 4th expected delivery date changed to 6th oct and today is 8th oct. Called many times to customer care but they always says sorry for delay will get my product ASAP but I am keep on waiting till today. I don't know when will I receive my product. If they cant deliver on given date they don't need to mention that date because it's like playing with hopes. Whole day we are waiting for the product and eod we received message for not deliver. Really upset.

I recently purchased Samsung F62 from flipkart and had opted to give away my Redmi Note7 as offered by flipkart' buyback policy. The value for my old phone after IMEI verification was INR 5400/-, and I paid rest of the amount online while placing the order. However, when my new phone arrived and I handed the old one to the delivery guy, he started looking for any possible scratch or damage which he could not find. In the beginning the delivery agent alleged that there is chipping in my phone near charging port, when I asked him to show the chipping he alleged that the chipping was a mistake rather my phone is bent, however he was unable to show the bend too. He asked me to pay another INR 2800/- in cash if I wanted to give my old phone, which I refused.
The whole event seemed like the delivery agent wanted to find any defect in the old phone, on failing to do so, he alleged about something which, again, he could not prove.

Don't by in BBD sales. No one working properly. Very worst service's in Andhrapradesh. I am uninstalling the app

Flipkart ka customer care support sabse third class hai, agar ye log customer ki problem resolve nahi kar sakte to support ke liye baithe hi kyo hai. Aur vo bhi aisi problem jo unke hi side se huiii hai, muze karna tha dusra product cancel aur unke side se dusra ho gaya. Vo bhi jo product shipped huaaa tha vo cancel kiya aur badme bolte hai ab cancel ho gaya abhi hum kuch nahi kar sakte, aur msg pe bata rahe hai aapka product shipped nahi huaa. Kya chutiyappa laga rakha hai. Sabse faltu customer support hai Flipkart ka.

They rob and fools the customer very bad service in return they always refuse return says go to brand authorised centre they will take responsibilities of product after u get it even the products u received may damaged

I initially had a very bad experience with Flipkart, but after some years, I thought company would have changed and thought of giving them another chance. But seems like company has gone from bad to worse.

I ordered a product on 10-Sep-21 order id OD**************. It was supposed to be delivered by 17th. But they didn't deliver it even after a week. I raised an issue, and they told that issue will be resolved at any cost by 23rd. Means i had to wait for their leisure time. I did wait. But again product didn't arrive. 23rd night at 9 PM, when I chatted with their customer care, I was asked to wait till end of day. What the hell. I told then it was already 9 PM and not 9 AM. Did they expect me to wake up till 12 in the night as it was already 9 PM. Then with lots of difficulty I spoke to one of their supervisors. Obviously this guy refused to transfer to his supervisor.

The supervisor assured me of issue resolution in two days of time. I told her that I would prefer to wait rather than cancel the order and go through this painful process over again. Next day morning, I got an email stating that my order has been cancelled and my amount has been refunded on 01-oct. What the hell. How can my amount be refunded on 01-oct when mail came on 23-sep? And see they way they have manipulated their systems. I am unable to even reopen the issue. Shame on Flipkart.

Details of this order can be verified through order ID I mentioned earlier.

Now I am sure of never going back to Flipkart ever in my life. I am sure other customers too would have faced similar issue. That is the reason, even after having such a huge backing, Flipkart is loosing to Amazon in India. And I am sure with such an experience, Flipkart is soon going to run out of business in India.

So friends, please check for other marketplaces. They are much better than Flipkart.

I order Flipkart customer care number O838,8O8,7424... using the app for the first time. At the time of registering on the app I received an email that I would get a flat 300 discount on my first purchase. I understand that I should get the discount by default on my first purchase. I placed the order, but did not get the discount. Now the they are saying I was supposed to claim the discount by

If u r planing to buy products from Flipkart bases on reviews then caution the reviews will be fake. I m talking u because I trapped by Flipkart and his brand ( realme). I purchased c11 with rs. 8800 bases on reviews (I found 90 percent positive reviews) but when I received then found it have poor quality of camera, battery hitting etc.

Now Flipkart said we can not refund instead replacement as per our policy.

I have ordered the Deuce Mini table tennis table and Flipkart said that it will be delivered on 10 August 2021. On 10th it was not delivered and so you gave me 16 August. On 16 also my issue was not resolved so they gave me 17 today. In the morning I called 2 of your executive and they hung up my call in between the conversation. And one of your executives changed the issue resolution time to 21st August.
I tried to cancel the product from my end because now I am frustrated but while canceling error message always pops up that try again and this happened for 2 weeks. I also asked Flipkart executives to cancel my product and give me my refund every time they keep on saying that "Sorry for the trouble. Our concerned team will look into it and the issue will be solved in the next 24-48hrs". And after 48hrs I have to do the follow-up because they are too busy with their life and they don't have any motto to keep customers happy. Today it's 27 august and I had still not received my refund of 9998/-. Also, today morning when I connected with the executive they have given me the 1st September resolution date.
Flipkart doesn't even have any mail id or phone no of the seller."

Im not intrested to give a 1 rating also, its really a big fraud company, i have ordered memory card but it is supportable, im asking for refund, they have taken all my bank details and just like that they are disconnecting, i have spoken to many peoples deepa, koushik, tanuja, abi, and manager each and every time i need to explain my issue, there is no proper response from customer care, yhey dont even know to solve a customer problem, please dont order anything from flipkart

This is worst platform to buy anything and I suggest to everyone to don't buy anything from this platform because they give product with wrong information

FlipKart cheated me on this product. Seller didn't set the Rakhi that was shown and after complain they again sent the wrong product. I order two at two different addresses both places they sent wrong rakhi. For one order flipKart refuse to return or replace for the other order they replaced but replaced order also was wrong.
NOTE: flipKart fully backed the seller for sending wrong product and refuse to refund my money.

I purchase one ac carrier there is instalation issues.so I try to compliant to flipkart persons by phone. He is speaking in hindi. I don't know hidi. I request in English.the person spoken walgar words in hindi. I have call recording audio how can I report this to flipkart. There is no e mail I'd to flipkart.
