Guys First of all il say that don't purchase any product from this lousy third grade site called Flipkart! I was an old user of flipkart and i have been fooled by this falsey site several times. They sell me damaged products and then they deny to return or refund it back! They ate my refund money too and that case has been 1 year it hasn't been resolved yet and they never bothered to call me for that issue ever i myself had to call them back every time and then eventually that matter has vanished and Flipkart dont care!
Last product i did mistake buying from flipkart was an Mp3 player turned out to show poor performance from 3rd day! Its ear phone sucks from day 1! You cant even hear the sound of music properly! The ipod stops working after 1 min of play and even after several time of charge its same! So basically you cant listen music which its suppose to do! Useless product.
As flipkart gives false assurety that they have 10 days warranty i called up on 10th day to flipkart to return the product! They have updated 3 days early date payment of product from the real date of payment and tell me that my warranty period has finished! Even though i have sent a screen shot of my purchase summary from my flipkart account that clearly shows the true date of my purchase payment but flipkart kept denying the fact and my calls and they deny to reply or help me for this! And this is not the first time its been several times over and over again same old behaviour from flipkart same lousy unprofessionalism! Your money goes your product also goes your time goes you get fooled if you buy even a pencil from Flipkart and that's True! So Please don't purchase any product from this FRAUD SITE FLIPKART!

I had placed an order(order id - OD**************) on 2nd March 2018 for grocery. Till 9th March I kept on getting message for rescheduling of the the product delivery. Now on 9th March within the delivery time frame the seller had trying calling me but my number was not reachable for that 5 mins(Delivery slot was from 7.30 - 10 pm, vendor tried calling me at 8.30 pm and I got cancellation message soon after that) so he sent a report to Flipkart saying customer not rechable and flipkart cancled the order instantly. I want to know is it a way you serve your customer? If it can be rescheduled multiple times from your end, is it not your duty to make a 2nd attempt to reach customer?(Though their vendor is ready to deliver it on 10th March, Flipkart didnt take any attempt to cross verify with vendor to confirm) A very bad service provided by you #Flipkart... not expected... not going to place any further order and I will make sure no oder is placed by friends and family with this feedback untill I get the same order delivered
My name is Prashanth and I ordered Milton Duo DLX 1000 ml Bottle orange color from Flipkart on Jan 23,2018. Although in a review customers who purchased it they mentioned about fraud doing by both seller and Flipkart. They sent me a silver color bottle and i placed return complaint. I did not get my product until today. Today date is 16 Feb 2018 so total 24 days got over. But on Amazon, i did not face these kinds of issues. Friends, please do not trust Flipkart.If you want to buy go for Amazon. Even dont go for snapdeal. They are big cheaters.

When I am in India I buy online from this store. They provide good products with a return policy. Payments are in safe mode.
Flipkart Team, From last month I am following up with flipkart regarding my account is not able to signin, But till now no action was taken. Please try to resolve my issue asap. I didnt do any mistake why I am not able to login into my account in flipkart.
I had ordered a Table Lamp from this Company, their seller was Preeti-Products. And within 3 weeks the off on switch malfunctioned and the response I received was simple sorry as this product passed a couple of days of Warrant period and flipKart cANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, So Gulp it and face the loss. All Indians beware, flipkart is loosing its reputation by having substandard sellers and they are not responsible, Typically like TMART and Likes of It.
I have been using flipkart for almost 4 years now
But now they have problem refunding the money of the product that was not even delivered to me.
Flipkart wants 10 days to refund my money.
I just want to ask one question.
When I want to buy a product I pay the price of the product immediately or rather in advance when it comes to online shopping.
Then why should I wait for even 10min for my money to be refunded when the order has been cancelled.
Is flipkart ready to pay interest on the amount paid during purchase if they want to keep my money for 10 days? The customer support are the most intelligent creatures here whatever question you ask them the answer would be some copy paste material that too generated through a bot.
Never expected the service of flipkart would be so baad
One of the genuine and biggest shopping site in India. The delivery is on time and they response to all your queries. If you want to return products, they are very approachable and gives you refund.
Had a pathetic experience by ordering from flipkart. Ordered a Kurti top from them. They delivered a wrong item and on top of that they deleted my account as well, so that I cant even create any return request for the same. Its a fraud company. Please dont buy from them and get fooled.
I had a bad experience with Flipkart on purchasing a washing machine:
1. Late delivery
2. Improper updates regarding delivery
3. Wrong update showing cancellation after delivery when cancellation is not requested
4. Wrong update showing product is returned with date and time when product is still there in my home.
5. Non-availability of demonstrator/installer even after 5 days of delivery
I ordered a headphone of JBL which was delivered on time but was not working properly. They listened to my query and solved it and provided me with a new headphone within 2 days.
I ordered a laptop from flipkart my date of receving is 28of october 2017, customer support excutive assured that the product will definitely delevered on 28 of october 2017. On that day i called customer care of flipkart they said sorry sir today package will not delever they fooled me many times sir aap ka product 27ko hi delever krwa denge sir 28ko promise date h us din hoga aur aaj khte h ki aaj toh nhi ho payega chutiya bana rhe h its a very bad company yeh log customer ke liye sochte nhi h agar yeh product mai amazon se mangwta toh same day diliver ho jata. Customer care executive of flipkart excutives fooled me many times.

Customer support will only offer a replacement when the product description is wrong and buyer is losing money. Brought this bag and found that this is not as described. Only a 3 year baby can use this product with its toys of few grams not for Kilo holdings.
Poor customer support said sorry I can only replace same peice but not refund. Our policy. Quite understandable as even theives jsutify there own policy. Poor flipkart burning cash and not turning single rupee profit is a no match for Amazon or snap deal polciy and with such oor losses they tend to have policies cheating poor customers. Have consoled that this is my gift to a loss making poor weak company but first and lost gift. No more flipkart
