Pathetic Service by Flipkart. They were sounding like a taperocorder then to provide a convenient service to their customer.
I bought 2 phone from flipcart lenovo and elite and both were having same issue,, heating problem was there. They replaced my lenovo with the other one and when i complaint about it that i am facing the same heating issue then i was told thar i have to go to the service centre for the correction as they dont have the policy to provide service to their customer more than one time.
And 5 days back i bought the elite phone, i faced the same issue and this time i myself initiated and said kindly refund my money in my wallet so that i can buy something else from flipcart only they refused for the sake of their policy and said its not policy u will get one time replacement only and that too their are not ready to give an assurance that the replace product will be satisfied or not. If not then i have to go the service centre only.
And started sounding like a tape recorder that "its against our policywe cant help you in this".
I will not suggest anyone to buy anything from flipcart as there are better sites who provides better service to their customer, no matter what is the default.

Please Don't Purchases products from Flipkart.
Look at this... Thia is my lenovo k6 power temperature report.
I had requested for replacement but jeeves technical had make wong submission about this report after 5 days of my replacement request so now my replacement policy has over and Flipkart said now you want to go for service center.

Want to keep you informed that I have purchased Levnovo Phab 2 plus from flipkart last week. I have paid the money online. When I have received the phone I found that its not working properly and its getting hanged every now and then. I have put a return request and later on one phone mechanic came to my house (His number is **************/*******586) and he informed me that there is a problem with the phone and that need to be sort it out. I am attaching the slip which that mechanic asked me to sign along with the photograph of that mechanic. If you check the slip its clearly mentioned there is some problem with the phone.

Later on when I have called flipkart they have said they can not process the return neither they are ready to give refund and asked me to contact Lenovo service center. I have asked that there is a problem with the phone flipkart have to look into this but the customer care executive named Mr. Subham informed me that they can not help me any more because the phone mechanic has informed flipkart that the phone is working fine and customer is happy.

I am a old customer of flipkart but I never thought flipkart will treat me like this way after paying the money where I have all the substantial proof.

My brother ordered a Phone with them on 7th August which later he cancelled due to more good offers on other sites. Its been a 20 days after that no refund has been issued yet. Upon chasing many a times, what strange got to know that the seller has not issued refund so flipkart can't do anything in that Really? What it mean sellers on Flipkart are on Top and the Boss and Flipkart is just a kind of shoe to them which they can easily wore and remove. Come On Flipkart, be responsible and accountable.

The Seller IndiFlashMart is the one I am talking about. We were told last time that we will get our refund by 20th August 9Pm but now its 25th August no response yet. Customer care people are even worse and they copy and paste always. From the system they sitting. They have learn one thing to say" Sorry but your refund will be initiated soon and we have no more Information". Really a worse shopping experience. A big co. Like Flipkart how playing with customers money.

Even though tried to speak with Seniors who never be available on phone to speak as they never have time for answering questions about where is people money? The bank has even started charging EMI for the same Item which never bought originally. Still chasing with Flipkart but no answer yet.

I would say one thing better not to buy with them if you also don't want to be involve in this type of Scam. Flipkart and their sellers are part of this Scam. They many a times sent wrong products and even soap for Phone which I heard and saw in news.

They have mentioned in account order page of Flipkart that " issue Resolved" but no money has been transferred yet.

Be Careful Guys. Save your Precious Money.

Flip cart is a fraud website, they are cheating the people. I was purchased one laptop worth RS *******, when I was open the box seal opened all ready, and old box, ofter opening the box laptop display damage and laptop was dead, I was charged full and then also no react, I was requested to refund but they don't agree with return, they said only our technician will come and check the product, but no technician come till here, 4 days over, I was called them several times but response is same, they not our favour. I was requested them begged them but not changes in their answer, but now a days flip cart is a big scamming website, they are playing in the peopls emotion and needs, pls don't buy anything from Flipkart, it's a fake fake fake...

I was calling/mailing to flipcart from day one for replacement my product as it has issue but no response and their customer case only missed call me, after that text me "apolizise for not being able to call you". They are not wants to replace the product. Even they are not mailed me, not mailed me. Very bad and pathetic service of flip cart. Never suggest to anyone to purchase any product from here. Have to complaint on consumer court. They are not serious about clients.
