OD**************, delivered the wrong product and the one order showing unavailable immediately after the order was accepted, may be the product sent to me not getting sold so the use such practices and making customer foolish, when the issue raised simple answer was the actual order product is not available and can not be replaced, it has to be returned and the money will be given back after 9 days. The purpose of ordering product gone for toss and ruined.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from flipkart, don't liked them so I initiated a return request. Shoes have been returned from my side to flipkart 10 days back and I have still not received a refund. When I contacted the customer care they said that this is the problem with your bank contact your bank. I contacted to bank and bank said contact flipkart. Flipkart is not ready to help me. It's about Rs. 4500. Flipkart is providing so pathetic service. They cannot even help the customers. I am very pissed off now from their this act. You guys really sucks and I have all the recording I am going to public on social media so that everyone now's what u guys are doing over there even when I ask the agent to transfer my call to manager or the senior over there they said I am only the person who is responsible for everything I am the manager I am BDL and I am process head I don't know what kind of service you guys are providing I am going to publish it on social media youtub and also doing a legal procedure for this. I will suggest everyone dont buy from it. Its not flipkart you guys must change ypur name and make it F*kkart.

I bought redmi 3s prime, which in itself is a poor product and generates so much heat that one could boil eggs with it (experienced on the 1st day of use). When reported the issue with flipkart, flipkart says that they will replace the product with another redmi 3s prime.
Why in the world would I buy another 3s prime when I know it can blast on heavy usage? I just wanted to have a refund instead of replacement of the product as I was not at all interested in using such $#*!ty thing anymore. Flipkart confirmed that theye would not refund but reaplce. I asked them to give me an option to buy another mobile worth same price or anything other product expensive than this one, but they denied every single time. Next thing that would happen is the mobile would blast on my face to which flipkart would again say a SORRY and provide a replacement of the product. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM FLIPKART.

Flipkart and Amazon they both are comparable in terms of offers, products and delivery. The only thing which makes Flipkart one step ahead of Amazon is their refund/replacement policy. You got a faulty device which you had ordered and you want a replacement for that? Just inform them send them a request to replace it. A representative will come with a replacement and he'll check your faulty device and he'll hand over the replacement which on the other hand with Amazon it's annoying. They want you to send your faulty equipment first and then after inspection(Not sure how they do it) they will send you a replacement which takes twice the time that Flipkart takes.
