I am not giving any stars here. If anyone wants to book the flights DO NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH FROM FLIGHT NET WORK! As believe me if you do. In the case you need to rebook-cancel or something else. It's going to drive you crazy! I have been waiting for more than 4 hours and made calls several times. The end of the day my problem still not solving yet. No body knows what they are doing. My suggestion is do not ever book the flight through from here..
I'll advise everyone not to ever use flight network. I'm sitting here regretting my decision. My flight was impacted by covid and so i got an airline bonus rebook my flight. Aside the long wait times when you call, flightnetwork is unwilling to book to flight for me. I was told i'll get a call in 24-48 hours however 1 week after that i never got a call. I called back and stayed on hold for 2 hours then i got someone to help me. After all this wait time, i was asked to hold again while they calculate the price of the flight. I was told the hold will be 2-3 minutes. After 30 minutes of holding, they cut the line on me. This means i have to rejoin another 2 hour queue and hope that i get a decent agent who is willing to give me what is rightfully mine. After waiting for 6 months plus chasing flight network to book my flight for me with my own credit and not getting any help, i've decided to stop beause it's obvious flight network is just another thief who shouldn't be allowed to operate at all. I can share proof of everything for you to see and advise yourself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY!
The cancel the flight because of cvid19, i am calling them and waiting for more than 5 hours on the phone and what they do is transfer me to another agent, last one asked me when i would like to travel and after telling her, she asked me to pay again, so they want me to pay $1200 again. This company is a big scam
Getting used to multiple cancellations during covid some airlines better than others but generally get a credit at least... Unless of course you book with Flight network... here is what to expect... Paid 368$ for 2 flights one way connection total refund was 230$. 138 dollars is lost no idea why with no reasonable explanation given... Than they want 45$ rebooking fee to use each time you book with two separate airline... so actual credit value returned is 140$. Numerous phone calls to all parties were futile my experiance is Flight network is profiting hugh during covid cancelations... hope they go bankrupt with disgusting customer policy's

Do not book with this mob you get mislead, cancel your ticket, whilst the airline still selling tickets for same flight, hold on to very expensive flight refunds with no specific time frame for refund
Worst Experience! I booked the return ticket & one side tickets was canceled due to covid-19. Emirates is saying i can use tickets upto 720 days and this Flight Network are saying i can use tickets upto 365 days.
They are not refunding my money.

My flight (Booking #SPTZ4G) that was booked through Flight Network (FN) was cancelled. FN claimed it was cancelled by Turkish Airline, but when I checked with Turkish Airline, they referred me back to FN.
I have been trying to rebook my flight or get a refund of my money, but my attempts to get through to FN have been an excruciating exercise in futility. First their number is busy. When you finally get through to them, you are transferred from one department to another. Eventually, when someone answers, you are told to call another department at a different number. And when make that call, the number is either out of service or eternally busy.
They do not return your calls. They do not respond to your emails and if they do, the response is meaningless, as it provides no clue as to how you can resolve the problem, except that you should dial their "Customer Service" number again.
FN seemed to be running a scam. They are taking customer for a "ride" and they seemed to have deliberately made it difficult for you to reach them for a resolution or a refund. They need to refund monies to persons whose flights have been cancelled due to no fault of their own.
I am NOT going to allow my money to be scammed by FN and will not rest until they respond to me in a meaningful and thoughtful manner.
I found the platform nice and easy to use. However, when it comes to getting support the team is not friendly and neither helpful. There is room for improvement right there.
Absolutely terrible. Will never use it again. I was charged for re-booking my flight that was cancelled back in March due to COVID19. Received an email the following day that the flight is cancelled. Called and they said they would get back, which they didn't. Called again twice after that and was hanged up on both times.
Instead called the airline directly and was able to change my ticket no problems.
Thus, these people are nothing but thieves. Not legit. Poor customer service. Zero stars.
Never use this site, also part of Fly Far - worse service and support I have ever seen with over 14 flights a year over the last 5 years. Stay away.
Cancelled a flight to YVR from YYZ due to COVID and received an email credit with a 150$ cancellation fee.
Credit was refencing the old booking code, long story short spent literally 2 separate attempts with 3 hours on hold - no response and no way to apply the credit for a new flight 4 months later - so disappointed. This industry, especially Flight Network is just super flawed when it comes to customer support and service.
Be warned. Don't spend any money with this company. Looks like your getting a deal until something goes wrong. Then it's just like getting scammed by a criminal. They don't pick up the phone, hang up, won't let you talk with managers, and nobody Seems to know how too answer any questions I've had. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Please don't waste your time with them. The way I have been treated by Flightnetwork with my tickets being cancelled by the airline is unbelievable. They should not even be allowed to exist
Read recent reviews. This company essentially STEALS your money. Flight cancelled due to COVID... then you'll spend hours on the phone, get no response (I have spent over 6 hours on hold). You'll send emails and get no response (I have sent multiple). I'm out thousands of dollars and I'm not the only one. Reportedly Canada allows this. DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!
I've never experienced such astonishingly poor customer service, an impossible refunds process and difficult to navigate website. They also refuse militantly to respond to any attempt to get in contact their office. For your own sake, never use Flight Network.
In Google Travel, when you look for flights and click through to a site to book, usually the dates carry over. This is not the case with FlightNetwork. They choose a random date and it is up to you to fix it, though the flight times will stay the same so you have to be very careful. They charge a fee for a "Fleixble Ticket," but cannot and will not change or cancel flight reservations. They charge a fee for "Support Package Premium," but cannot and will not do anything for you other than to tell you to call the airline directly. Airlines usually cannot make changes to flights booked through a travel agent, so you're stuck. It is cheap, but it seems more likely you will be screwed than satisfied.
I have had a very horrifying experience with this company where they've digested $3285 USD hard earned money of mine. Our flight cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic as the destination country closed it's borders so now they say they have given me a future credit to book tickets. I have been calling them more than 100 times in the last 3 months and have written several emails but have never got a response back. Even on calls, I have to wait for 4-5 hours before someone picks up and they flatly say they've no control over my reservation, can't book a flight as it's unavailable and what not. One of the executive even had the guts to tell me such insensitive things that I don't want to write here which really made me repent my decision so much to do business with this shady company just to benefit from a little bit of discount they had offered at the time of booking. Now, I don't know what to do, the flight was to make my old parents 70+ fly back to their home country and they have so many underlying illnesses that their health condition is really getting affected. I have no control over their future credit which I don't have any proof of as they say I have to depend on their agents to book a future ticket. They have never given in writing whatever they tell you over call. Mistake of a lifetime to do business with them!
My flights were cancelled due to COViD. I elected to accept a "Travel Bank" Credit for the Westjet Flight. I also wanted a refund on my European Flight. Flight Network sent a request to the airline and I subsequently received an email from the airline that my refund had been processed. About a week later I checked with Flight Network to see if the refund had been processed. They said wait another 5 days. After 2 weeks - no refund on credit card so tried to check again. This time no record of me or flight ID etc., no refund. Credit card dispute to resolve.
