The website and ability to book was straightforward and easy. My brother booked a flight, and when I went to book the same flight, it was under another carrier. I had no ability to choose seats, etc. Where the one star comes from is the customer service. Not only did the chat individual (probably a bot) seem to have multiple conversations going on, she could not answer my question and could not connect me with a supervisor. I was supposed to get a call back and never received one. Extremely frustrating. Terrible experience.

I paid for a higher level ticket so I could reserve my seat on Iceland Air. But now when I want to choose my seat (a) it was very difficult to figure out how to do it, and (b) it seems I need to pay another $11, then another $25. I chose my seat but wasn't able to see whether it's confirmed or not. Very unintuitive and also seems like bait-and-switch. I just went through the same process on Delta and it was very simple and no hidden charges.

This site was first to show up on a Google search for Iceland Air and redirected me to a booking that seems anything but legitimate. Not realizing the error on my url, I booked a flight that may or may not exist!

Customer service not able to assist with anything (and it is difficult to understand the strong accents).
System did not allow us (customers) to enter our legal middle names
A friend had to cancel to correct a name error (and was charged to cancel because customer support was unable to make the change) - she chose to book with the actual airline.
I can only hope that my flight experience is acceptable. But the booking process was sub standard.
Certain that I won't book on this platform again.

They will steal your money. Recently I booked a flight thru FlightNetwork. Within hours of booking, FlightNetwork cancelled the reservation without giving any reason. Meanwhile, they had already charged my credit card for the flight insurance and seat selections. They refunded the flight insurance but did not refund the seat selection fee. This was for 4 seats and amounted to $160 which I have yet to receive back over 2 months later. This system is broken and the risks involved with situations like this are just not worth it. Don't use FlightNetwork or any other third party sites to book flights.

I typed in Scandinavian airlines website somehow ended up on flight network website. I felt deceived. I was so sure I was on the correct carrier website I realized after finalizing the booking that I was on the wrong website. I called Scandinavian airlines they could not locate my reservation. I was sure I was scammed. I called flight network, and they refused to issue me a full refund. They charged me $88 to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor and it was refused. Their airfare was more costly than booking directly with Scandinavianairline. I really felt tricked as a travel agent myself. I would never go to a third-party vendor. I cannot recommend this company.
When a customer requests to speak to a supervisor, they should have transferred me instead they refused.

THE WEB SITE FORCED ME TO RESTART MY RESERVATION 3 TIMES. ALSO IT SEEMS INSANE THAT THERE ARE CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING - IE SEATS, BAGS, GETTING YOUR BOARDING PASS, ETC. IT REMINDS ME OF SPIRIT WHICH IS A TERRIBLE AIRLINE
