The website and ability to book was straightforward and easy. My brother booked a flight, and when I went to book the same flight, it was under another carrier. I had no ability to choose seats, etc. Where the one star comes from is the customer service. Not only did the chat individual (probably a bot) seem to have multiple conversations going on, she could not answer my question and could not connect me with a supervisor. I was supposed to get a call back and never received one. Extremely frustrating. Terrible experience.
