I received the etickets within minutes and am extremely happy with Flight Network. Also ticket prices are the cheapest - even better than momondo or cheapoair. First time booking with Flight Network and the overall booking experience online was OK. My issue was all the charges that I incurred outside of the actual ticket price. They have a fee for everything they do which to me is ridiculous. Because of the ridiculous charges, I will never book a flight with them again. You learn from your mistakes. STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHT NETWORK!

I believe i was tricked into taking cancelling insurance on my trip. You advertise your rate at 11$ for trip cancellation in big letters but you put a small printed message at the bottom of the page that says per person per night. I thought the insurance was 11$ that is why i took it. I had no chance to review the cost of my trip with insurance, as soon as i pressed confirm there should be a screen with the payment review before it became official. I called right away to cancel but was told that the best you can do is 50% off. I don't want this insurance. I feel like i was tricked. I will be contacting the better business bureau as i feel this is not right.
I accidentally checked one of the boxes for insurances which I did not want. I called the service center immediately and the agent was quick to refund it. I was surprised to see how they were listening to me and cancelled the insurance option without bothering me!
Saved us $30 each from first party site. Easy to use. Website is a little dated appearance wise but perfect functionality.
