Not only did FlightHub refuse to refund a ticket, when one of the airline carriers canceled and the flight home was still in place (according to their policy, they are responsible for a return ticket booked through them), but the air carrier that canceled refunded someone's random Mastercard and said it was to FlightHub. I have yet to see my money. My credit card company indicated that they have received many complaints.

Robbery
June 29, 2019

Slightly over 2 months ago I spent over $2500 on plane tickets with Flight Hub. Shortly after purchasing I was told they had cancelled my flight and would return the money within 10 working days. I called Flight Hub the day before flight they had cancelled to clarify, and was assured that I would get my money back. This was never returned and after two months of getting my bank involved have given up hope. If you are, or have any friends who want to purchase flight tickets soon please do not use Flight Hub.

Flight Hub is a rip-off!
I purchased a ticket from Winnipeg to Montreal back and forth almost 1000$. I called to modify the dates because I did surgery and I wasn't well recovered... They told me if I choose to modify the dates I will lose all my money and that I have to purchase a new one. I tried to talk to the supervisor, he didn't do anything to help me plus he was supporting the agent to whom I spoke first. He was so rude and he hung up the phone on me. I felt so insulted and almost cried. I feel I have been scammed.
I used to always book with Expedia and they were the best of the best. This is my first and last one with FlightHub. Please, people, be aware of this.

Currency confusion
June 24, 2019

Today I had an unsatisfactory dealing with FlightHub. I am a Canadian, booking from Canada on a Canadian airline from one Canadian city to another Canadian city and would expect to be dealing in Canadian funds. Let me be clear: I am NOT UNHAPPY about the price of the flight. Rather, this is a general complaint about websites, FlightHub included, that are not transparent enough about the currency in which their prices are quoted. While some have an option to switch from US to Canadian currency, the choice is not given to you in an obvious way. For example, FlightHub (flighthub.com) has a little US flag in the top right hand corner of its site, but it is small and easily missed. Others have some notification in the 'terms and conditions' or in similarly obscure locations or in very small print (reservations.com). Other sites have no indication. (profusionshops.com) - I had to email them to ask. Again, I'm not upset by the price I received from FlightHub. I just want to know what currency I'm dealing with because I have both a USD credit card and a CD card and would like to use the one that relates to the currency being charged so that I am not paying a transaction fee to the banks. Today, I called FlightHub within minutes of the transaction being completed to see if I could change the card - possible only if I cancelled the reservation, which would trigger a penalty. In this day of global companies and digital communications, I would ask that companies give their customers clarity with regard to the currency being displayed.

I spoke with 3 separate customer service agents on separate days to refund, change the dates, get a credit, or anything for a flight I could no longer make. Each agent told me different options and different prices, and the third agent took 15 minutes every time she put me on hold to look up flight information that would have been easily accessible. Finally she advised that I call the airline (who I was later told could not legally make any changes to the booking, or provide any credits), culminating in 3 hours of wasted time.

Would not book with them again.

They put the wrong name on my boarding pass, which is different than my passport. They refuse to change it. The airline says that Flight Hub has to change it. Flight Hub is telling me it will cost 1500 to change my boarding pass. THEY made the error. They put me on hold for 2 hours. I then tried to get another ticket, they said to would cost 3000 for that. They put me on hold for hours over the last 2 weeks. They told me that they would change the name for $150. So, they sent a confirmation... I check the boarding pass... THEY NEVER CHANGED IT. THEY LIED. Now, I'm stuck, trying to get home to Italy.

I made a reservation from Atlanta to Orlando for Monday June 10th to return on Tuesday June 18th only to find out on Friday June 14th that I would have to have surgery on Tuesday June 18th. I immediately decided to book another flight to go back to Atlanta on Wednesday June 19th the day after my surgery. On June 19th as I proceeded to check in for my flight I had learned that my flight was scheduled for the previous day. Which means that they scheduled me for 2 flights at the same time on the same day. Who does that? I called and explained so that this could be corrected, even offering my doctors notes and I was NOT helped at all. Flight Hub has lost a loyal customer and I will be sure to post my experience everywhere on social media and not recommend them to anyone.

I need to change the dates of my flight & was told I couldnt because of restrictions. When I explained this restriction was not listed when I made my reservations I was told to contact the airline directly since it was their policy. Delta informed me that since Flighthub is a third party reseller, they would need to work with me. Instead of working with me they again said no because of the restrictions & claims it is in the Terms & Conditions (which it is not). I am now pursuing other means to resolve this dispute. ALL CONDITIONS MUST BE TRANSPARENT TO THE BUYER

My 3rd or 4th time with flight hub, they always have the best price, the site is very well organized and when you need to make a call to ask a question you get a quick professional and courteous response.

I booked a direct flight to Comox with my 85 year old mother and the flight got changed back in February and I was never notified. I had called Flighthub 2 times prior to my departure and not once did they tell me my flight had changed. I found out the afternoon before of our flight that our flight was leaving 3.5 hours later than it said on my itinerary. I only found out because Flighthub told me to call Air Canada and find out why I couldn't check it. Air Canada then informed me that my flight had been changed in February and instead of flying direct we were going to spend over 7 hours with aircraft changes, and layovers flying to Comox and over 5 hours flying back, which should have been less than 2 hours with a direct flight. This was no picnic for my 85 year old mom who has mobility challenges. Flight Hub nor Air Canada wants to take responsibility for this. Trying to get through to a real customer service rep with Flight Hub doesn't exist, so don't waste your time. I will never book with Flight Hub ever again, and I would say buyer beware if something goes wrong or if there are changes to your schedule. FLIGHTHUB WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU (despite their written claims on thier website), AND FLIGHT HUB DOES NOT CARE. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. And YOU WILL NEVER GET THROUGH TO AN AGENT.

I booked flight to Europe, and when I realised that I would be paying extra for each suitcase, I cancelled the tickets.
Then I booked another set of tickets through FlightHub, wile having FilghtHub operator on the phone with me, which I paid ~~30.00$ more per ticket, and the only reason I paid extra was that those tickets included 2 suitcases per plane ticket. As the operator said the confirmation email did include the URL to AirCanada site showing that for me with no status with the airline, and the fact that these were economy class tickets I was still; getting 2 suitcases per the ticket. Showed up at the airport, and no such information was relayed to AirCanada. As result I still ended up paying for the luggage.

I spent two and a half hours on the phone with FlighHub support, which is two and a half of hours wasted which I will never get back.

Recommendation:
If you think you are getting certain things through FlightHub better than through the originating companies, think again. You are going to pay for stuff you will never get.

Useless!
June 9, 2019

We booked flights through this company and had to make a schedule change to our flight. They say it takes 24 to 72 hours to do this. A week and a half later we are still getting the run around. It's like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Stay away from this company! They now get zero stars from us ( had to give at least one to get the post to go up)... and we will never use them again!

Borderline robbery
June 7, 2019

I am highly disappointed with this company, as they charged my credit card almost $ 1100 dollars, for a transaction that failed and was reported as an error. It has been over two weeks of me trying to get my money back. As I have received no email or notification of the charge/ purchase other than seeing it on my credit card statement, in which I phoned my bank and they confirmed that they charged me. In trying to handle this matter I have been placed on numerous holds and gotten disconnected without being reached again even though they had my contact number. I have also sent numerous emails stating and verifying the false charge and still nothing. They had said I should get a refund within 2-10 business days which i patiently waited (as that is a long time to be inconvenienced out of $1100, but i did wait patiently and still nothing) and its have been basically 12 business days and still nothing. Every time I call I have to go through the same process and explain myself each time. Asking me redundant questions in which were already answered. I am still currently trying to get this reversed and since they were no help am now getting the matter settled with my bank. This is basically robbery has I am fighting for what is rightfully mine. I am being charged for something where no service or product was rendered, having to jump through hoops being placed on hold which after the 10th time feels malicious in nature. I feel as though they are not taking my charge seriously and are robbing me of my money. They also insinuated that I was trying to scam them. I am writing this review to warn others of this as they should be careful when booking or even attempting to book something with this company ( as is my situation). If I could I would give 0 stars.

Disappointing
June 7, 2019

Wow this place is out for your money. ABORT!
Me and my family spent 10,000 on flights for the summer. We thought we where getting the best prices since we have been searching for months. We booked the flight via Flight-Hub, as well as purchased the additional "travel insurance" which is completely a scam as well since its just insurance for an addition couple of hours which they indicate in fine print. A couple of weeks come by and the flight has dropped 300 dollars in price! Since we purchases the travel insurance, we thought we could easily switch the flights and get our money back. But instead said they would charge us extra. SCAMMING US FOR ALMOST 1500! Advise you guys to go somewhere else and get real insurance on ur flights.

Booked a flight for five of us through flighthub. Within 10 minutes I got an email that my reservation was cancelled. We were booking well in advance so that was not an issue but a day later I noticed my credit card was not credited for the cancelled flight. Their fine print says a refund may take up to 30 days. So now my card is sitting with several thousand dollars charged on it. Two days later I booked through the airline directly not flighthub the exact same flight date and times for a few dollars a person cheaper. Hmmm not sure why they cancelled my flight... so 32 days later my credit card has not been credited by Flighthub. After a very long wait on the phone, I am told that they made an error and to expect to see a credit in about 10 days or so... about another 45 minutes later an two more people they commit to credit my account right away. I am not sure I would have ever gotten my credit if I had not been so insistent. My experience was certainly not very positive in any respect and in my opinion I would not risk my money and family vacation by booking with this company again.

Huge Mistake to book flights with this company for compassion fares especially. Should have gone directly with Airline as pricing would have been better, 2 free checked bags with Air Canada plus can change flights at no charge up to 24 hours.
We were unaware how great Air Canada and WestJet are for bereavement flights and booked with Flighthub. Needed to move my flight up 3 days as my sister in law died a couple days after my Dad. Simply wanted to use same itenerary but 3 days sooner. Well, what an ordeal. 7 phone calls later, 7 emails to verification department and at least 5 hours on hold with agent, no success. I had to provide both death certificates, my Dad 's birth certificate, then they wanted my birth certificate and then I had to resend all documents twice. The 5th agent then wanted more documents that my Dad was really my Dad! My married name threw them off! Finally after wasting my entire day with no outcomes, I was told I would hear back in 48 hours if they could change my flight or not. The first funeral is in 48 hours.
No condolences offered, the worst experience and so stressful during an emotional time. So much to do with funeral prep and totally wasted my precious day Would never deal with them again! After 8 hours, I called Air Canada and they helped me at no charge. Thank you AC!

I purchased 2 "nonstop" tickets. I get my confirmation only to find out that it is actually "1 stop". I call the airline and they tell me that it is a mistake on Fighthub's end and that their systems haven't updated, because it is a 1 stop flight indeed. I call Flighthub and they hang up on me 2 times and then proceed to tell me that there is nothing that they can do. I spoke to Vina or Veena the so-called supervisor that was so unprofessional and literally told me "F**CK OFF" and hung up the phone. I am shocked, I WILL NEVER EVER give them our corporate business again. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

I wish there was a 0 star category because Flight Hub needs one. We just booked a non stop flight through Flight Hub only to find it has stops in it. When we received confirmation from the air carrier that our flight was NOT NON STOP we phoned Flight Hub. The said the only way we could cancel our flight is through the air carrier but the air carrier said it was not their fault because their website represented the flight to be one stop and not non stop. It was Flight Hub's website that was incorrect. Flight Hub refused to do anything about it. You have no idea what you are getting and since they refuse to stand behind mistakes and misrepresentations in their own website then you have no choice but to book through someone else. We spoke to Vina, a supervisor who told us go ahead and sue Flight Hub if we wanted to, and then hung up. Flight Hub may appear cheaper but you never know what you are getting and cannot rely on their website for accurate depictions of their flights.

Booked a flight in January that was scheduled for departure in May. My connecting flight was cancelled and only notification I received was a blank email with subject: change in your itinerary. I tried calling them and was put on hold for 20 minutes. In the end I hung up and decided to check my booking online. There was NO CHANGE. I assumed that the message was sent in error as there was no further communication from flight hub or the airline itself. So I leave Vancouver, get to New Jersey and find out that I have no connecting flight! To top all that the customer service representatives are useless. Only answer they gave me was. " Sorry ma'am, we can't do anything about it cz you boarded the flight from Vancouver." If I knew about the cancelled flight I would have changed the whole itinerary and not board the first flight and then get stranded at the airport!
Will never use or recommend flight hub again.
