I spent over an hour speaking with a representative, trying to secure a phone-in online deal for a round trip flight. After spending over 1 hour speaking to the representative, my booking was canceled. I later found out that FlightHub canceled my order because they don't accept Discover credit cards.
I wasted so much time on this. It is not stated anywhere that FlightHub does not accept all forms of payment methods. When I asked if I can get the $499 honored at a later time, I was told no.
What a big waste of time.
Missed 7 of 9 connections that Kiwi.com had booked for us. They refused to even help or refund any money. Purchased better tickets with better routes from Flighthub and had zero problems. Thank you flighthub!
This was my first experience booking flights with Flighthub and I would like to warn everyone to STAY AWAY from using this company!
First they made a "mistake" on the ticket that I purchased and decided to cancel it, while still charging my credit card. Then when I asked to book the same flight, they raised the price! Even though on their website the ticket was still at the original price that I found. And when I asked to get my money back, they said between 24 hrs to 10 business days! This entire journey took 2.5 hours, 3 people hung up on me, including one of the supervisors (Rachel), while I've kept my patience and have been polite and respectful.
I've learned my lesson, and I hope this review saves someone from going through what I experienced.
After paying extra for flexible flights to change my return date, I tried changing my return date since I'm on exchange and I didn't get the job back home. It didn't work and Flighthub wouldn't reply my emails, calls, Instagram DMs (they block all comments now btw but if you scroll down, you see everyone commenting my exact situation. Don't support fraud, buy elsewhere! I now have to cancel my return flight and buy a new one for $1000+
I got problems making my reservation using flighthub, in one first try the web site frozen and from my side I didn't finish my reservation, I call customer service and the solution that the person gave was made a another reservation, so I made a second reservation and after I realized that I was charged twice in my credit, now when I call customer services the only solutions that they offer me was use the two tickets or cancel paying the fees of cancelation. Worst customer service possible. They take zero responsibility to actually help a customer. They are trained to give you 2 answers, we can cancel your ticket, or you fly the same day twice From the moment I clicked purchase, I have regretted it. I called 5 min after my first reservation and the solution of the first agent that help me was making a second reservation. Incredible that I have to pay the cancelation fees and I Will looking the way to complain officialy and get a more congruent solution. Someone know what can I do?
Fred who helped me book the flight was very deligent and quick. He made sure that everything was correct and allowed to me speak. Such good customer service.
I called Flight hub told the person their online price from Toronto to Fort Lauderdale was $379. She told me she will check see if she can find something to match that price. After a few mins she said she found a flight same price for the time & dates I needed. She confirmed the flight is for Fort Lauderdale I even told her the airport code FLL she assured me that it was. When I got the confirmation via email the flight was going to MIAMI. I WILL NEVER USE FLIGHT HUB AGAIN.

They will spend as much time as they can proving you wrong, making you out to be in the wrong, and will never admit any fault of their own. I actually considered cancelling my ticket, but was worried I would never see my refund. Dealing with FlightHub has been possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay far away. From the moment I clicked purchase, I have regretted it. The price ended up being different (yes I understand pricing is dynamic). I found out by trying to book seats with the actual airline that they booked part in US$ part in Cdn$ causing me to spend additional funds to book my seats. They refused to send me an email with confirmation of the second flight as the # was different. I had to spend time with the airline to have them do it for me. I had been using flight hub for 2 years already and they already changed my flights 3 times. Once they ask you to confirm the change of flights you don't have any other options ( cancel or use other options) so you are basically in bad shape if you already accounted for enough time during the layover. Hotline is more than happy to help you but won't be able to explain to you what to do if you are not satisfied with the flight change.My advice don't accept any change of flight. Looking at the 1 star review, i am not the only one in this case.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Just like so many others have said, the insurance is apparently only for 24 hours after booking. Who does that? We bought 6 tickets and one of the names had two letters transposed. They wouldn't fix it. Told me to buy a new ticket because we don't have insurance, but I thought we did. Thankfully, the airline will let us change it within 48 hours of the flight for $25. Disgusted.
They are SCAMMERS and will not let you cancel your flight even if you are months in advance. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Buy directly through airlines.
Booked a flight tried to cancel about 3 minutes after hitting the button. Original destination Jackson Hole, Looked at the itinerary, Jackson, MS. I've been to both they are on different planets.
Long story short they wanted $150 to cancel, Luckily AMEX flagged the charge as fraudulent. Ended up canceling the flight through American Airlines and booking my original destination.
Web site is awful.
Actually typed JAC (Jackson, WY) in the web site after making a correction and resubmitting destination changed to Jackson, MS. But, the page still had lodging options for Jackson Hole and Yellowstone.
AMEX was right this is a fraudulent company. Run, run like the wind from these yahoos.
By the way customer service is somewhere across the pond where English is not primary.
I made a booking by speaking to their agent and I specifically asked that I need to have a checked bag, agent assured me that there is a check bag included. When I got my tickets it said no check in bag I called airlines to confirm. There is not bag included and I will have to pay extra. They are doing anything to take your booking and customer services sucks. Big liars. Stay away
I bought an extended cancellation policy for 34$ when I bought the ticket and when I called to cancel they said that was only valid for 24 hours
I was stupid enough not to have looked into the reviews about Flighthub before booking with them. Most of the reviews were so bad.
I just booked a flight with Flighthub but I was forced to cancel immediately because their website somehow managed to change or "magic" the date of my return flight to a later month: I entered June 17,2019 but it "magically" appeared as July 17,2019 after giving them my credit card details. This travel company is tactically fooling and fleecing their clients for more profits. Be warned of unscrupulous practices of travel agencies/companies who always manage to scam prospective travellers.
I booked the tickets from flight Hub and flight got cancel all i ask for it refund but customer service telling me to ask the credit card company. When i call the airline they are telling me they have all ready authorize to fully refund the money to me but flight hub is not paying me back. The amount is around $4400. This was one of the scariest flight for me and for many others. Sunwing had to switch planes from 737 Max to a plane from Eastern airline. The plane looked dated with tapes everywhere on arm rests and ceiling. After an hour of delay at the airport and about 2 hours sitting on the plane with no explanation we finally started to move but then we had to stop because the power on the plane went off. We were told that they need to recharge something. When we asked to switch planes, we were told that we can get off but had no guarantees that we will be able to be placed on another plane because all Sunwing flights from Punta Cana were full. When people started to panic, the pilot decided to open the doors of the plane and asked all of us to leave. Not many explanations were given to us as to what will happen. 15-20 minutes later we were asked to board the same plane. Since we did not have other option, we agreed to board but of course we were all praying for a safe landing. The videos I have show people were panicking as they started to call their loved ones. Not a cool move from Sunwing or from their sister American company Eastern Airline who were not sympathetic at all. We arrived at 2:05AM instead of 10:45pm.
I bought a round trip ticket to Austin from Orlando for June 1st. I canceled within 2 days. I was told they would not refund my ticket and would only offer me a future travel credit of $17 (I bought the ticket for $210), and they said that I must use my $17 credit by August 3rd and must travel to the same destination. This is a company of major cheats. Their customer service is a super joke. Will keep writing bad reviews and reporting them to whoever can help bring this cheating company to its knees!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
