Stay away from this business. We had to cancel our cruise and subsequent flights. Celebrity and Delta very accommodating. Flighthub will cancel with huge fees even though the airlines are doing the right thing and rescheduling with no fees. You can't even talk with a person. Waited on hold for 3 hours and finally gave up. No place on site to email request for service. Want everyone to know that this is not a company to do business with.
My flights are too close together, I almost missed my connecting flight and today I am afraid I am going to miss this next one.

Easy to use, had no problems booking or picking flights. Still need to go on the trip but the booking process is all done.
I book and pay for the flight, turn off my computer because I made a mistake I thought it did not went tru, I made another booking. When I found out the first one was in I immediately call them to cancel the first one. It has just been 10 mins the person I was talking to said I need to pay cancelation fee for all 5 passanger which really cost a lot in total. She was very firm and will not consider anything only paying the fee or paying the whole m=amount in full and in waste.

I found it very helpful and was able to lock it in, as it can get tiring trying to find the lowest fare and convenient times for travel. Another site took me through the process that required all the information only to be told that the fare was no longer available and to refresh my search. When I did refresh my search the fare went up considerably. Flighthub kept me alerted with any price change. Satisfied!
