I loved how convenient it was to get a good deal but at the end of my booking a Manulife insurance window popped up right above the finish booking button. I accidentally clicked add the insurance and it just added it on to my booking and charged my credit card without even confirming the amount. I understand why they do this, but still irritating.

I enjoyed the price and the fact that you get the bottom line price. Site is easy to use and easy to follow the step by step purchasing what you want and the ability to book other things such as rental cars hotels etc

Easy site to navigate and sent me updates to remind me of my upcoming booking. I appreciated the flight options and to use my MC as some carriers do not allow for that option.
