Absolutely unacceptable service. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would do that.
I booked roundtrip flights from Toronto to Vancouver for October 23rd - October 30th. I am travelling with another person and due to differing circumstances, we decided to extend our trip to October 31st. My returning flight was with WestJet (an airline I know is offering to waive the fee for 1 change per ticket).
I attempted to use the self-serve option on the website to change my flight (the exact same flight times and route, just a day later), which I was under the impression should have been at no cost. I submitted the change and agreed to the additional $3.00 charge for the differences in flight cost.
I submitted it and was told it would be 'under review' - making it seem like they needed to be in contact with WestJet. I received an email about 20 minutes later stating my 'quote' was ready to go, and a link to click on to confirm the changes. Click on the link and it says it's expired. Attempt this same self-serve change another 3 times. Same thing.
I finally call and request a call back. Agent said she would try to manually change it and I should receive an email within 48 hours to confirm the change. No email was received. I called again and was told the same thing (both time I was told the charge was $3.00 because of the slight differences in price). Still no email.
I called again today, beyond frustrated - and after finally getting a hold of an agent, was told she could manually change it but it would be $50.00. I'm sorry - why is this the first time I'm being told this after speaking to 2 separate agents previously?
Asked to speak with someone higher up to waive the charge, was told there was no one. Was told to go through WestJet directly to try and change it for no fee.
BEYOND frustrated. If I could cancel and not have to deal with FlightHub anymore, I would. Will absolutely never be using this site again - hoping it gets shut down. Completely useless.

I always use flight hub. It's great! They have a good interface that shows all flights, times and prices.
Booked a flight from Edmonton to Vancouver and got a good rate. I like that they show you the taxes and fees plus the total amount so you're not guessing. Checkout was fast and easy too.
Accidentally left my browser tab open for a day or so in between looking and purchasing through google/westjet. Both flights went up by $130! Hopped over here on a different browser, and got the price I had before. Thanks!
Update: I needed to cancel due to COVID-19. No chance to talk to a human. No information for contact on site. Calling in brought nothing but more filtered menus and a long wait time with no human interaction likely. Plus, their COVID-19 cancellation policy is to charge customers $75 per flight per person just to cancel, which is more than anyone else. It's not like a human being is actually working here to be paid for processing my request... I will not be booking again with this service, and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
Phoned to ensure that the flight I was booking was actually going to leave. Person was no help. Continued booking and price went up $90.00 while booking.

I purchased the ticket for my son from overseas. I found the right flight in no time. Relatively easy to navigate. Payment transaction, no problem. I just found it a bit strange why I couldn't send the ticket directly to his email.
Need lower wait times for calls. Agent was great a bit of a language barrier
Only giving one star because 0 is unavailable. FlightHub is a straight rip off. When British Airways cancelled our flight--not only did FH charge us like we initiated the cancellation, it charged us twice: once for a future credit ($70) and then, when we couldn't find another flight, for a refund ($100).
When I tried to reach someone by phone, I realized there are no humans there. When I disputed the $70 charge for cancel for credit, they responded to my credit card holder with made up charges that totaled $170, rather just refund me for the service I did not receive.
If they think this is over, they are sadly mistaken. I have e-mails that confirm my account, and not only will I get my $70 back--I will do everything I can to tell everyone my story.
It was absolutely quick and easy experience, I never booked a flight before and it was as easy as 123. Five star rating and I will be using this for all my flights for now on!
I've never not used flighthub to book a trip. It's so easy to search multiple airlines and get the best results.
I found good price for my flight. Hopefully will get more good deals with my next flights too in coming week
We have always flown with flighthub and had no problems until this time. They left us stranded with no flight on the first leg of our trip and did not respond to phone calls, messages or self serve functions on their call service. We had to buy a whole new flight and now they won't reimburse us for anything saying we shouldn't have got ourselves a new flight, we needed to go through them... which we tried to do for over a week prior to our trip! With only a couple days left, we had no choice but to rebook ourselves. Suppo far, nothing is being done, so we will continue to use social media to speak our case until there is accountability and reimbursement!

Easy to navigate. Are usually dislike these sites because it's hard to change your dates and move back-and-forth without starting all over again from different cities. This one was very easy. And I double check the price is against other sites and it was as cheap or cheaper than any of them.
Amazing deal! Had a little accident entering a birthday but quickly got it rectified. If anyone is reading this. Please be patient and understanding and flight hub will take care of the rest.
Had to book a last minute flight and was able to get one easily with no crazy layovers or costing an arm and a leg.
I got my flights cheaper on here and I'm very happy, looking forward to traveling
Any time I fly, I do the circuit of checking all the sites multiple times but in the end I always book with Flighthub. They have the best deals with the max options of flight times available. And I trust that the price is the price when I confirm my purchase.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
