The worst customer service ever! I can't tell enough how awful experience that I had with them even before the Covid-19. They of course have to get bankrupt with their awful customer service. It's a shame for such a Canadian agency. They took a money from your credit for doing nothing and saying for handling fee without providing any receipts. The airline has cancelled the flight and they are charging me as a customer for a handling fee! Are you kidding! It's such a stealing! Again shame shame...! I've never ever book any flights with them even it's free.
Very quick and easy to access. The price I got was unbelievable.
Please avoid this site! Their online flight cancellation platform is misleading, making you think that you don't have to pay cancellation fee. Then, first thing you see after submitting your online cancellation is a $50 charge on your credit card. If you cancel directly through the airline, it costs you nothing.
Was able to search flights quickly and easily and the program is intuitive enough to make suggestions regarding alternate dates or other airports nearby. I searched and booked and had confirmation in minutes!

The airline changed my flight and had me arriving after the event I was going to attend. I had no choice but to cancel the flight. The airline refunded me what I paid for the flight, however Flighthub punished me for cancelling by charging my credit card to the tune of $200.00. I asked them if they would apply that $200.00 to the purchase of another ticket from another airline. No way, they said. I'm a senior on a fixed income and this really hurts. I had to cancel my trip because they took my money and I can't afford to go now. I will never use this company and I don't recommend them.

I bought the ticket back in the winter through Flighthub to fly on may 27 with Alitalia. Then because of the covid 19 the flight was cancelled. It took me a few attempts to get information from Flighthub about this. They told me that I am getting a credit, which was less then a ticket price. I requested a refund, but they said that they can't do it. Later in august of 2020 I checked with Alitalia and they told me that I am eligible for a full refund. I called to Flighthub customer care again. I heard the same lie again that they can't refund it because Alitalia doesn't let them, and I had to contact Alitalia about refund. I called Alitalia third time and another representative told me again that I am eligible for full refund, but Flighthub suppose to contact them, not me. It took me 3 more days to get real person from customer care of Flighthub. This time they said that they would process my request, then I got information that it was processed, but Alitalia didn't allow them refund. That was another lie. I contacted Alitalia one more time and they said that never got request form Fighthub about refund, because otherwise they would issue it. So I still didn't get a refund and still waiting for response from costumer care of Fighthub.
