Hello everyone I am not good at making reviews so please bear with me.

My son and I had planned to go to Las Vegas to celebrate his 21st birthday. I wanted to save cash so I asked my friends about cheap airplane tickets and they told me about this site called flighthub. Their prices are low and I was also able to reserve a hotel room for two using their site. I highly recommend that you use this website because one - they offer cheap flights, two - its very easy to use.

I don't see what other people are complaining about because after I booked with FlightHub (Göteborg to Dublin), not only was I able to find super cheap flights -- by cheap I mean $200+ tickets! -- I was also able to talk to their customer service agents without any trouble.

FlightHub is a must-use for those people like me who'd rather spend cash on the tour instead of the flight,

My husband and I went to Prague to celebrate our 5th anniversary last month. Prague is such a romantic country and I can't wait to visit again! Lol okay I got a little sidetracked.

Anyway, i chose flighthub because it's got literally the cheapest ticket I found among other flight booking and airline websites. Booking process was fast, the website was easy to use. Overall I've got no complaints about their services.

I had the chance to visit Japan last February. I booked a flight from MNL to HND using flighthub because most flights I found on airlines' like Asiana and PAL were too much for my budget. So you can imagine how surprised I was to find a flight worth 350 Euros only!

Will definitely book with them again.

P.S. Haneda airport is awesome!

If you're in need of a flight, avoid booking directly from an airline because most of the tickets are too inflated. Instead, go to a third party website such as FlightHub. It helped me compare ticket prices easily.

Booking is very easy and I didn't even have to contact their customer service hotlines. Payment process and confirmation are systematic and very efficient.

Hi everyone, I don't usually post reviews but thanks to the positive experience I had, this time would be an exception.

I was booking a flight to IAH from DEN the other day using their website. Because of my carelessness I selected two passengers instead of just one. Unfortunately, I only found out about this after looking at my e-receipt, so I immediately contacted their call center hotline.

After a few minutes, I was finally able to get a hold of one of their agent and told her of my case. Thankfully, she was extremely thoughtful and even said that this was a common issue and would be resolved right away. After several more minutes of giving them all the information and allowing them to process it, I was told that my booking was already updated, for no additional cost!

I booked a flight from NY to London last January. I was supposed to fly on January 18 but had to cancel due to influenza. I worried about the fees being too expensive but was surprised to find that my cancellation fee was super low.

The agent who assisted me was friendly and knew exactly what to do. Thumbs up for FlightHub!

So a quick background: my daughter had to undergo a knee surgery while trekking somewhere in Colorado. She called me after her accident and asked if I could go see her.

Unfortunately, my husband was away and I had no idea how to use most of these sites. Fortunately my friend suggested that I use FlightHub and everything went surprisingly smooth, no problems experienced during and after booking.

Prices were competitive and I was able to fly from Ontario to Colorado without any sort of hiccups.

Overall this website is highly recommended for those last-minute emergency flights. I would be using this again in the future!

DO NOT USE FLIGHT HUB

Do NOT book flights through Flight Hub. Their customer service is absolutely abominable. I have been charged an erroneous, (possibly fraudulent) charge of $373 Canadian Dollars by Flight Hub. At this point I have spent countless hours on the phone with Flight Hub, United Airlines and Skylink, all of whom deny responsibility for the charge. Skylink claims to actually not have any record or knowledge of collecting this fee and has deferred to Flight Hub who claims the same. Needless to say this has been an extremely frustrating experience and I would recommend that anyone considering purchasing a flight with Flight Hub find another avenue for purchasing their flight. Alternatives include: Booking directly with the airline, Kayak.com, Expedia, or contacting a travel agent directly. Please don't waste your time and money with Flight Hub. Potential discounts that may be provided on ticket price is NOT worth the amount of time that I have had to spend TRYING to reclaim this totally erroneous charge for which there was zero notification. Repeat, they have charged me nearly $400 dollars and are refusing to refund it. At the moment I'm currently sitting on hold waiting for a supervisor and they are claiming that they cannot transfer me because there is a note that I have already spoken to a supervisor (I have not). I have never written a negative review about any vendor in my life, I honestly don't have the time typically, but this has been such a shocking abuse of power that I've simply felt compelled to share this others.

WORST BOOKING EVER

Unbelievable! Never ever again I'll book a flight via flighthub! I just had a 6 hour fight on the phone with the incompetent employees of this company because they were not able to charge my credit card! They kept saying it wasn't authorized which was not true at all they just didn't charge the amount for the ticket! Furthermore they didn't even let me know that my ticket that I already got was canceled! I just noticed it because I wanted to check my baggage allowance! Don't try to book via this company they promise things they can't keep! And when I called and they said the flight I wanted was no longer available they offered me another flight and did the same thing again! I'll never book flights with these idiots again!

After booking our flights took over an hour because the agent was VERY hard to understand, we were informed of a schedule change that would not work for us, so requested a refund. What a run around! Was told to go to the airport for a refund, which did not happen. And after spending a copious amount of time being put on hold after asking not to be put on hold, and calling back 5 times, still no supervisor to talk to. Finally told my refund would have to come from American Airlines, which is another total lie as Flight Hub has an endorsement on their tickets that reads REFUND ONLY TO ISSUING AGENCY which means Flight Hub has to refund the customer. GOOD LUCK GETTING MY $5000. 00 Back

Not happy and would not recommend using this company. Booked a flight through them for my wife, was told we had 24 hours to change the flight for a fee. When we called back to change the flight agreed to pay the fee, they cancelled our flight then they said it wasn't available and we couldn't get our original reservation back and fee charged. Called back three times to talk with the supervisor and everytime was on hold for 10 minutes and then the call dropped. Look elsewhere if you want reliable help and customer service. Company is a joke, and just give you the go around and play it off as a dropped call.

Booked my flight for three people and it was declined.The forth time it said excepted to find out later the first set of three went through.if I was not fast I would of been charged 12 tickets. They won't refund me the extra tickets. Total criminals

Had to rebook my flight to move my flight by one day. They were going to charge me 1500 (YES 1500 dollars) to change our flights for two people and argued this was Air Canada policy and not their policy. Outrageous. I ended up buying a new return ticket for 300 for both of us. Will never use them again. Worst experience I have every had rebooking a flight.
