I booked 3 flights for me and my husband so total of 6 tickets last May 10. When they send me all the confirmation email and itinerary, 6 emails. Everything looks good so I'm confident that everything is ok until today aug3 because we need to apply for visa. I recognize that one of the ticket was spelled wrong. Just 1 letter, instead of N they put M. I called them and ask how does it happens if all tickets are correct spelling and 1 is incorrect. I can't believe with their resolution to cancel that flight and rebook. Take note, with cancellation fee and penalty for total of $268. Don't ever deal with this kind of people.
I booked roundtrip flights from Calgary to Philadelphia about 7 months in advance. As the airline made schedule changes, we were required to re-ticket. Going through the re-ticketing process was a nightmare. Every time I called I never spent any less than 20 minutes on hold. Every time I called I was assured the re-ticketing would be complete within 24 hours. When it wasn't completed within 72 hours, I re-contacted them and was assured it would be done within another 24 hours. After another 48 hours, I contacted flighthub again and got the same story. Over the course of 2 minor schedule changes, I logged 4 hours on hold. Just prior to our return flight home, I discovered at the last minute that they had double booked us on a connecting flight home. I'm not sure how a business can survive with this kind of customer service.
Flight Hub is the most discriminatory, rude and impolite travel booking agency I've used or witnessed, proving to disobey their own policies, including not allowing to speak to a manager, not allowing refunds already paid to be allowed, and untrustworthy. I have nothing else to say...
Rate at the start was $846.00 per passenger from Toronto to Delhi. At the end the final amount charged to my visa was1090. 00 per passenger.
That looked sheer cheating.It was a biter experience.
2 of us flew with flights in January to Florida and had a great experience. They were by far the lowest price compRed yo other services znd everything went perfectly. The seat reservations etc. My sons flew to different place also and everything was perfect and the price was great.
Booking was easy, however, talking to the call center to make changes was difficult. I had to contact the airline and they called flighthub to make the change. Poor knowledge and poor customer service from the flighthub call center.

This is big SCAM!. I got charged just to change the name on ticket with in 15 mins.

If I can help somebody from loossing money, i will advise do not ever book a flight with this company.

I have been waiting for a refund from flighthub for over 18 days. I Cancelled a few minutes after the purchase with their cancellation guarantee policy. I was told that the refund would be available withing 2 - 10 days. After a few calls, I was told that it was given 13 days later. I checked with the bank, and the bank said there has been no refund. Today it would be 18 days later. Flighthub asked for my BANK Statements & has NOT refunded. Please help.
I have been highly satisfied with the service I was able to receive in past! No service fees for alterations which is a very big advantage!
All in all great service as always. I needed to cancel the final evening of my hotel stay there was no problem doing so.
Once, I experienced a website issue not responding despite several clicks, I call and representatives have always been very efficient, and kind. I recommend Flighthub to everyone I know.

I'd like to be able to buy priority boarding tickets whenever I make a reservation. This isn't possible at this time. Also, I noticed that the seats available to reserve are only at the back area of the plane, but that's just me nitpicking. Still a good online booking service
We bought the tickets on the phone because some visa and passport issues, The travel agent said that there is no any problems, that he checked all requirements with Lufthansa and we can fly. We bought the tickets. My wife and 6 years old son were in the Montreal Airport on time 3 hrs prior the flight. And... They were rejected to be boarded because of the "Visa problems". When my wife called to Flighthub she been told that it her problem and they don't care, and she even can't get a refund. After 2 hrs of conversations Flighthub promised to refund with $300 penalty for each ticket. I was 2.5 hrs on the phone with the Flighthub to resolve the issue today. It is WORTH Travel company. Keep away. Keep away your money from Flighthub!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
