Online interaction... easy data entry for ticket purchase. Have used Flighthub in the past maybe for 3 flights. This is now the fourth purchase.

1st I entered my credit card info to purchase the C$1240 fare that was tagged with (only one seat remained) but after that the website answered (sorry that seat was taken) then I continued to find another fare, I chose a C$1285 and finally the website answere (Congratulations you purchased our best fare) and I saved all the booking information for that flight and I arranged everything.
But few days later when I checked my credit card I found that the charged me for both fares and after long discussion with them they said only half of the fees are refundable after another payment of $75 cancellation fee!
I had the worst experience with flighthub.com
Booking was easy and covinient. The price was also better than on other websites. Will use again in the future.

Booking was very easy and cheap. However, they say they have 24 hr cancellation and there is no where to contact them. I wanted to change my flight because i found a nonstop for the same price that wasnt previously shown to me before and couldnt find anywhere on site to contact them or cancel so i could rebook. Now i am stuck with a layover in newark.
I have booked my flight very easily, without any problems on internet. Normaly it takes a lot of time to do that, because you always have to go back to see if it is right, but this time I did not have to do that. And on top of everything I got a super good price, very competitive. I was looking for an easyjet flight, but at the end Air Canada is okay too. Also I could reserve the seat, well not really the seat itself but it was possible to say that I wanted a seat by a window!
I have no complaints regarding my recent booking with flighthub, it went smoothly, my response was prompt and efficient! Very happy customer!
Had a hard time last evening trying to get my phone call answered l was on the line for 1 hour. L hung up and tried the next morning l got my call answered.

Pretty decent site with little difficulty using for a none internet user. Wishing I would have had more choices on flights and times but made it work.
Has straight booking, never had an issue with the site or recieving my tickets. Has decent prices and decent timings which I could make do with.

The worst site to book your ticket and the customer service is the worst. I just booked my ticket 15 minutes ago and mistakely choosed wrong time. I called them immediately and asked them to change time, as ticket price and everything was same but they just wanted to charge me $75 more for no reason.
Flight Hub consistently provides updates, good fares, and reliable airlines.
I appreciate the ease of booking and the email confirmation.
Only thing I was unsatisfied with was the flight times that were available to choose from. The fact that you get charged to pick seats or change flight times. I agree with charging cancellation fee unless it's something personal that someone can't help.
