I have always gotten good seat prices from flight hub but if I need any help after the ticket has been purchased I find there really isnt any to be had. They dont have upto date information in cancellations and cant (or maybe wont, not sure which) help in an emergency such as missed flight.

I liked it, but had a issue with my child's age. Ladt tried to help but couldn't help. I list the reservation and had to start again.

Slept in and missed my flight. Found an affordable replacement with another carrier and made it cross country within 3 hrs of my original itinerary.

The offers over several days were the same, suggest that you start high and work down... and if the offer isn't accepted it goes back up for x number of days to really entice people to purchase.
