A long unforgettable story and stress brought here in brief. Two weeks before the flight, I booked with FlightHub on line a flight; It looked all ok, got conformation number, reference number, Flight Hub phone number in a case is a problem and Flight Hub email address too. I never had any transaction with Flight Hub before. Paid over $700.00. When arrived at the airport and tried to get the boarding pass the Authority of the Airline refused to give me boarding pass telling me the ticket is wrong. My name is ok on it but. Ticket is wrong. A what? Excuse me!. Stranded in Drama,, outside of Canada in another country truly it was all I felt totally shocked. Thanks to flighthub. There was no way to contact the flighthub to do anything about it so I had to buy another ticket. Now you, whoever you are and say supporting the flighthub, you are all wrong... how you would like that happen to you?

Very disappointed

Called within my 24 hours and was on hold for an hour so I had to go to work then next time I had a chance was after my 24 hours and by then they wanted to charge me 400 dollars to change my flight to the morning. Brutal customer service. Didn't work with me at all.

Flight changes!

I will never go with this agency ever again, agents seems so clueless with the information they provide.It took me 2 hours talking to the agent, had to call me back wasted my time only to find out that she needed to charge me extra again. Worst customer service! You should hire people who knows exactly what they are talking about!

Tried to change flight next day

I accidentally booked the wrong flight on the second leg
From Seattle to Vegas.
I booked the first one from Victoria/seattle OK but did not notice
There was an earlier flight from Seattle which my friends are all taking.
Now I have to sit in airport for 3 hours and fly alone.
I tried to change it next day and Delta said I could but Virgil, the
Supervisor would not change it for me.

Flighthub charged for $15 dollars for something and I have no idea how to email them and ask about it. Why don't they have an email address so that their customers can address with them their concenrs? This is not a good customer service for me. I will not use this agency in the future.

Not the best price guaranteed

Purchased a return ticket Vancouver to Kelowna for $199
The next morning... the same flight numbers for $135.50
Tried getting the "guaranteed" lowest price, but was refused. Not impressed!

I have Never been more stressed booking a SIMPLE flight. They offered tickets in my price range and that coincided with the times I had to be in my destination and back. I booked them and they sent me an email that it was confirmed. They then proceeded to removed the money from my account. Piece of cake right? NO! A few hours later they sent me an email THAT IT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO THEM NOT BEING ABLE CONTACT THE AIRLINES FOR 7 HOURS! How is that my fault? Anyways after hours of having to argue to get my money refunded I tried to book those tickets again, but then tell me I cannot due to them canceling it I was not able to buy those tickets anymore! I ended up having to go threw another site and pay way more out of my price range! The customer services people sucked and couldn't help to fix anything. Never again I might as well just book directly thru the airlines and pay the higher price then having to deal with 1 hour of calling the agency, my bank, and airlines back and forth to see where the hell my money was if it was "cancelled".

I absolutely cannot stress enough that it is not worth your time or money to book through Flighthub. I have a lengthy story about my experience with them, but here it goes... I tried to book a seat sale flight through Flighthub earlier this morning because the flight prices online were only available if you phoned in to book. So I phoned in, sorted out the details with my representative, re-confirmed spelling of names, email addresses, payment etc. and it seemed like everything was good to go. We were booked! After not receiving the confirmation (or any sort of email) from them for 8 hours, I phoned in again to see what the status was. The new representative told me that my credit card was declined, which is why it didn't go through, but that they had sent me an email letting me know. I asked her to confirm the spelling of my email address on-file because I didn't see their email in my Inbox or Junk folder. My email address was spelt so incorrectly, it was shocking. And so was every other name on the reservation. Literally first, middle, and last name of both myself and my +1 were spelt incredibly incorrectly. My representative told me that she was happy my credit card had been declined, because if the payment had gone through with the incorrect names, it would have been a charge to change them. Sorry, but what? I was shocked, but needless to say, relieved the initial payment didn't go through. So I after reconfirming the correct spelling of each name, address etc. in the military alphabet (because that is what they use at Flighthub), I'm told I can't get the same price I was originally quoted, and that the price has gone up $400 because the session had timed out and that price was no longer available. At this point, I had completely lost it, and decided to search other providers... turns out I could get an even cheaper price with the airline directly, so I hung up with Flighthub and booked directly on the flight providers website in under 5 minutes. I just wasted a total of 3 hours dealing with scammers. Don't fall for what I almost fell for...
