Really good, but it would have been perfect if I could have received an electronic boarding pass for smartphone which really help at the airport!

Find the cheapest flight available, was with the best number of hours of the journey. One can fond what they are looking for.

The staff, service and the snacks are amazing. I would fly any day, nothing bad to say this was an amazing flight, amazing experience.
Good price on ticket I paid. But two weeks before trip I tried to extend my vacation but I was told it would be 450$ +(!) difference in fare. This would have been equivalent to buying a whole new ticket! I couldn't justify that much money which sucks for me and for company, as they could have made profit by reselling my ticket at a higher price then what I paid for, plus the money they would have made in change fees. Instead they made no extra money and I am not a satisfied customer.
I booked the wrong date and called right away and I had to pay penalties, I and told them I just booked a minute ago and realized that got booked for wrong date, I even talked to the manager and he also said that I will have to pay penalties. Do I was very disappointed and would not recommend it to anybody
The prices jump all over the place.on minute the flight is 300.00 then you look hour later there 500.00. Besides that all good
Listen to this - I was looking for a flight from San Diego to Latvia, and got booked on a TRAIN trip from SAN DIEGO to LATVIA via Barcelona. My friend saw the mistake a day ago, and I had to rush to buy another ticket. We spent 9 hours on the phone altogether with these idiots that were trying to convince me that the train actually goes from SD over the ocean into Europe ( they must be on magic mushrooms or something), then when I got transferred to the manager he kept repeating the same thing like a freaking robot, that it was my fault. When they finally agreed to reimburse, I never got any checks or emails confirming that, so I have to start the whole process all over again. I'm wondering whether there is a way to punish them for this lack of business ethics?!

I found it to be confusing as I thought I was on main site and the rules are not the same for cancelling
Our flight was cancelled due to hurricane, we suffered in Miami for 4 days. After back to Toronto I called the customer service several several times, waiting for long time, and got nothing.

Is easy to use Flighthup and the informations Is complet. Tthe rate of the low-cost Is very good. At the airport it Is easy to.
Tickets to travel to Mexico for a festival. The festival was canceled due to the THREE DEVASTATING EARTHQUAKES. Tried to get credit on the flights (as the festival is delayed) after seeing that a refund would result in a $200 a ticket airline fee and a $150 ticket modification fee.
The website submitted my credit application as a REFUND ANYWAY! I called up customer service who said there was nothing they could do (moments after this occurred) and when I asked for a supervisor, put me on hold for TEN MINUTES, then when I was still there said there was nothing I could do. I asked for a supervisor and she HUNG UP ON ME.
I called back and the customer rep with a loose hold of English tried to repeat herself over and over and would not put on a supervisor.
Devastated at how needlessly cruel and bad this service is. I will do everything I can to make sure people never use this service.

I booked 2 flights which were displayed as $533.02 CAD each. I went forward and purchased them for a total of $1066. 04 CAD
A few days later, I saw the charge on my visa statement for $1066. 04 USD!
Let me offer context - when searching from a Canadian city, the FlightHub site automatically defaults to dislaying in CAD. Further, I ensured this was the case by checking that the prices were in CAD - as a Canadian this is an important check when online shopping.
Even further, I checked AGAIN before making the purchase that the costing, summary prior to entering my Visa info, was displayed in CAD... and I was still charged in USD. Smh. Unless an oversight, this is a very dishonest practice and either way has offered a poor experience for a first time user. In a market where online flight resellers are a dime a dozen, this is NOT the way to win a loyal customer base.
The kicker - I sent FH customer service an email 2 weeks ago and up to now, Oct 1, have received no response.
Back to Travelocity and Expedia.

Flighthub is always the cheapest flight price I can find for multi-city trips. I've used it to fly multiple places in South America and Europe.
IIt is very unfortunate that these sites do not allow for choice of meals/seat and when you talk to them they say they can not help you.
During and just after the hurricane Irma I was planning on traveling from Orlando, FL to Newark, NJ. After getting two flights rescheduled and for the third flight no one knew for certain will it fly out or no, I wasnt able to proceed with my traveling plans. The hurricane hit so hard I was unable to even get out of the Lake county to come close to Orlando airport, roads were flooded and blocked with debris and trees pulled out of ground. I understand the ticket was non refundable but this was something that should be completely understandable..

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
