Flighthub usually has the lowest prices! Really appreciate that they send notifications as to when prices drop for the trips you're looking at. Jumped on it and was really happy! (You can opt out of the emails whenever you want).
Was charged approximately 12 times for the same flight booked online. Took several weeks to have charges removed and rectified.
Long term slight hub customer: airline changed connection flight. Multiple phone calls, multiple delays over 3 weeks trying to resolve connecting flight. It may not have been flight hubs fault, but it took more than 14 hours of my time to resolve.

I asked for 4 tickets online and didn't notice when selecting the flights that it somehow reverted to only 1 passenger. When I called to add the remaining 3 passengers, they told me they could not add passengers to a ticketed fare, which I understood and that I would have to pay for cancellation fee if I wanted to book a new booking for 4. Seriously? I was going to leave it and book for 3 but by the time I asked to rebook the other 3, the fare had come down, which made it cheaper to pay for the cancellation fee (which they lowered from $75 to $25) and book for 4. It was a site glitch, not my mistake, and they would not waive the fee all together no matter what. Rigid and not particularly empathetic. I went from being excited to book a trip to being very aggravated with the lack of logic in their policies. Only reason I rebooked with them is that their fares were the cheapest I could find from all other sites...

I have used flighthub a few times before without problems; however now I'm very frustrated. Flighthub changed my itinerary to Delta rather than our Klm. I was able to make changes to return to KLM however seeing the changes now it appears I have lost one flight entirely and have a 770 hour layover on another. I have spent at least 3 hours since with your contractor with no success, including not returning phonecalls. What now?
I had booked flights to New Zealand. I also bought cancellation insurance. I called back the following day to cancel due to a death in the family and was told by the agent that they do not do cancellations and it's a non refundable ticket. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they said that they will also tell me the same thing and that management cannot do anything for me. They also hung up "disconnected the call". I called back again and asked to speak to a supervisor. After waiting half hour on the phone the supervisor came on the line. He told me that I would need to send the death certificate and proof of relationship. He also told me that he will send me a form to fill and send back with all this info. Still waiting 10 days later. Called again today and same thing over again. Only this time it would take 30-40 days for the file to get approved and then 6-8 WEEKS for the payment to be refunded. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!

I am travelling to China in December 2017 and I had a flight booked from Halifax to Guangzhou with Flighthub through Hainan Airlines. On 12 October I changed my return flight because of an airline change. They misunderstood me and changed my departure flight from 7:00 am on 2nd December to the 12:00 noon 1st December with a 26 hour wait in Toronto airport. I phoned them and asked them to change it back as I have to work on 1st December. The said "no we cannot change your flight as you agreed to fly on 1st December" I would obviously not agree as I have to work that day and I definitely would not agree to stay in an airport 26 hours waiting for a flight. They are a terrible company, very sad.

Thank you for good prices and best customer service ever. But one thing you have to improve is a match prices. Sometimes prices are change and is a huge difference. Thank you.
Unfortunately, my 20-year-old daughter used Flighthub to book a flight because it offered the best price. When she needed to cancel and reschedule, she was told it would cost $75.00 but she would get a credit that could be applied to future bookings. The only thing Flighthub fails to explain is that when you try to book a flight with a credit on your account, the cost of the flight almost doubles. There are also charges to use the credit. It would have been less costly to simply not have canceled her original booking: she would not have incurred the $75.00 cancellation fee then she could have just booked another flight! I told my daughter to just walk away; it was a $320.00 life lesson.

The worst flight agent. They charge $275 if you want to change the date even though the airlines charge $75 only. The don't refund anything if you want to cancel your flight even though the airline charge 25% and refund 75% in case of cancellation.
The agents in their help center are not experienced, very regid and they have the worst service.
Their supervisors are even worse than the other employees in case you want to escalate. If you call them and have a supervisor name Erin ID# 3724FR, try to end the call and don't waste your time with him.

Please note that depending on the airline and their fare rules, not all tickets are refundable. In many cases, fare rules are non-refundable as per the airline.

This company will scam you out of your money and blantently lie about policies regarding cancellations and rebooking. It was only when I called Air Canada directly and spoke to them that I found out flighthub was being dishonest about rebooking my flight. I'm disgusted by their conduction of business and would NEVER use them again to book a flight. HORRIBE EXPERIENCE.

My opinion - avoid FlightHub any way possible.
Good luck trying to speak with someone that has a decent grasp of English.
They lied about the fee to change flights and charged our credit card double what was said. We sent an email as they requested for them to listen to the call then promised to respond in 24 hours. Two weeks later still no contact from them and they claim they never received the email.
After sending a second request and a promise to respond in 24 hours we still have not received any contact over 24 hours later.
My opinion is that FLIGHTHUB ENGAGES IN DUPLICITIOUS AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHTHUB!
Never having flown before, but needing to get to Florida and back to WI in limited days, driving wasn't an option. My husband is disabled and I was worried how booking on line would play out for us. Happy to say, everything went off without a hitch (and it was a complicated trip to book)!

I was absolutely satisfied altough there was a delay of 45minutes.
I think it was also my first flight without a safetycheck. A new but good experience an an advantage to save time. Thank you for that flight and that experience.
The important thing is we all landed save and sound.
There is an insurance they sell to you at 20$ so you can change your flight. The only thing they don't tell you obviously when you buy this insurance is that it's good for only 24hr after purchasing your ticket. It's not an insurance for your travel date.
As well, The agent was lost into my reservation and kept changing the details of my possibilities regarding my tickets. After 30minutes she changes her response 3 times and I didn't get any ending result. Back to square one!
And in the end, When speaking with them, they don't let you speak with a higher responsable if you need to, saying just sorry you can't speak with my manager and the agent hang up.
Will never book with them again!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
