Well lets start out with the price as seen in there site of $1396. 87. Seems fair for a flight from Calgary / Philippines round trip one person. Once you start there is no return for as you get closer to the end the price goes up and up and up wow. I was down to the final payment and it had ballooned to $2002. 58 per person. I agreed to this I then read an online popup that states one of the flights is not available and it gives you the option to search you go through the hole processes again this time it started out at $1544. 38 yes I went through it. Final was $2858. 89 and yet again no passing go. I go at it one more time and it starts at $1986. 82 it ends at over $3.000 dollars FXXX THAT. You can book through a travel agent cheaper $2227. 00 all in per person. There has to be a lot of people out there getting jacked by these clowns don't be one of them do a little work and get a better price.
My Mother flight was so delayed, her original flight Is 4:10 am vancouver and arrived 9:15 on Philippines but they have changes 4:10-12:15 then that is find but there another changes 7:30am -2pm but my Mom is from Edmonton the flight from Edmonton was 10 pm on time then she arrived to vancouver at 11pm then she's waiting until 7:30 for her next flight, it was not fair, she is Old she said to me she felt she was dying, so pls dont book me again to that agent... She only having a vacation and they will come back with my whole family! How Sad i have 10 relatives Coming back with my mom... and i dont want to recomend flighthub to them, i dont want to share the experience of my Mom to them... but they received 15$ for the meals. They need your good service, trusted one.

I hate flighthub, my worst day that i booked through this stupid company. I wanted to change the return date and in 3 days i am calling and no one able to change or do anything... i challange that no one at flighthub have balls to come come forward and take responsibility... I WONDER HOW THEY ARE OPERATING IN CANADA..

The following was my initial reaction. However, I was ultimately proved wrong. The FlightHub came up with the solution and solved my problem on their own. I am totally surprised and sorry for the wrong conception about the FlightHub

I have been a regular customer of Flighthub and I booked a ticket from Toronto to Dhaka.
Flight hub agent made the mistake but they are asking for the penalty to me. I incurred 30 dollars on phone bill to correct the name though they made the mistake

Had to go back to Iowa for my grandfathers funeral and used Flighthub. The price was ok for having to go at 5 am and having a 11 hr layover but the customer service was by far one of the worse I have work with. Couldn't check in online like the email told me too. When I called them the agent just brushed me off to the airline itself. When I asked for a sup. She questioned me and then asked me again to call the airline. I just asked again for a sup. And was left on hold for 10 came back on and tried to tell me they would call me back in 4 hrs and to use the airlines site. Why is it hard for them to understand.

While it was easy to navigate through the website, the prices were not much different than the other hundreds of search engines and the coupon code I received did NOT work in it's entirety. The Traveler was NOT the purchaser and emails keep coming in her name.
Had no issues booking with FlightHub.
Friends who I booked the trip with had to cancel but thankfully purchased the proper insurance and everything they needed was covered. So on my behalf and theirs, it was an easy experience!
It is just a sign of the times. Less of the basics taken like getting a seat assignment. I felt that I was a sub class flyer on United. United was not very pleasant to deal with. Delta did a great job as always.

My experience was one of dishonesty and I left feeling cheated. I have booked two tickets for my mother and father in low, and airport cancel the ticket because no one in this agency told me they should have a visa to Europ to make a transit in Amsterdam. For that, I lost the price of the tickets, as they told me no refundable.
This the fault of the travel agency as they should sure about the necessary visa they need to complete your flight.

As per our Terms and Conditions (https://www.flighthub.com/terms-and-conditions) "You are responsible for obtaining all passport, visa, health information and other requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit." We do also provide links to government and visa website to verify information needed to travel as it is always passengers responsibility to do so.
As per the airline fare rules, the ticket is non-refundable which is why we would not be able to refund the flight. As per checking, we do see Manulife insurance was purchased. We would at this point suggest contacting them directly to see if they would be able to refund the ticket based on necessary travel documents were not obtained before the flight.

Good prices, easy to use. I was able to be on the site while on the phone with my friend so we could book our seats together!
I made a mistake and switched the cities around when i was booking for my ticket. I called flighthub and AirCanada to try and work things out. I told them i could not afford to pay an extra $260 for fare changes and $360 in fare differences on top of the $501 i had initially paid them. I called them and tried to explain things are hard and what their asking for is almost my salary and they still wouldn't work with me. I called twice and both times was told to either pay more or lose everything. Its all about money with them and nothing to do about customers.

I have no complaints and found using Flighthub quick and easy. I booked online and all the information was correct.
Everything was ok. Although there was a slight delay regarding the flight from Vancouver to Whitehorse, it wasnt a delay that caused problema in my tour.
No hassles in finding cheap flights, No hassles in booking, No hassles in travel. All taken care of. I was happy to find FlightHub reference from Kayak.
Flight hub tends to be one of the most competitive travel sites and I have consistently found prices to be low or at the lowest end. It was recommended by a friend who travels frequently and I have been satisfied with the service each time.
Quick and easy prices were perfect and found flights with NO CONNECTIONS! Love it! Will be using for all flights in the future.

Unscrupulous business practice
My experience was one of dishonesty and I left feeling cheated. The initial flights prices are as advertised, but you have to be very, very careful where you click because additional charges add up and are non-refundable. In my case, I avoided costs like the exorbitant travel insurance but when looking at seat selection- that was NOT seat selection, just a charge of $13.95 to put in aisle or window preference. As I was flying on an airline I have a frequent flyer card with and they already have my preferences, I selected cancel. I was charged anyway. After a telephone call to FlightHub, immediately after my booking to correct it, I was informed about there NO cancellation policy. I persisted and the agent agreed to make an exception for me - indicated that my card would be credited in 2-10 days but refused to give me a written acknowledgement. The amount is minor but the experience is one of unscrupulous business practice. I won't deal with them again.

Thank you for taking the time to review our services. Seat selection is an optional service and travellers are free to skip this step if desired. When selecting your seats, the price is indicated right below the interactive seat map.
Depending on the airline, they do not open the whole seat map to us prior to departure which is why you only had the option to select aisle seat. At this point, we would suggest contacting the airline directly for confirmed seating since you have mentioned you are a frequent flyer with that airline.

The most aweful experience of my life and extremely costly! They refused to return my money after they selected different days without my knowledge.

Because we are a budget travel agency, we constantly work to provide travellers with the lowest fares. This means that, if there are cheaper flights available for alternate dates, we will post these at the top of our search results for travellers who are flexible which is the reason why the wrong date could have been booked. We do provide a recap of the itinerary on the customer information page before proceeding with the payment.
Unfortunately, by the time a call was made to us, the ticket was already passed dated and as per airline fare rules, we can no longer refund a flight that has already passed.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
