I was hoping to only get charged the standard $200 penalty for trying to change flights. In my case, I wanted to reschedule my return flight. However, the resulting quoted price was the standard $200 penalty fee PLUS a substantial fare difference when trying to reschedule my return flight. The lowest fare difference was in the amount of $2,386 if I remember correctly. THAT is a substantial amount for just rescheduling my flight to a possible one month extension. Granted, I do not know the logistics of how this website came up with those numbers, BUT like I said, I was really hoping to only get charged the standard penalty fee!
For potential passengers seeking to make online bookings, I would suggest to just book directly from the airline itself or through a flight agency/agent. I would gather that the latter could look for more economical (cheaper) air fares.
Reasonable rate with quick connecting flights. Thanks for your help me getting home for the holidays. Ill look to yall again for future flights and will let my friends know of your service
I think that flighthub is fast on their Visa payments and on the phone service but I would have to say that some of the prices do very on different days but I love using your guys to services I have used you guys plenty of times and will continue to do so

Honestly folks, there are simply too many issues to articulate on this site ranging from total confusion, hours on calls with their supposed 'support', to out right lies all to enhance their own revenue stream. They will not follow through on anything they may agree to do and you will spend hours following up, be passed from person to person, have to recant the issue time and time again, all leading to no resolution. We gave up and ate the financial loss rather than continue to pursue a solution. Our time is more valuable. Clearly this is a business strategy they have... delay and avoid until the customer stops calling. Their leadership and ownership should be embarrassed but perhaps the company and staff reflect their values which is shameful.

Such a rip off! I will never use them again. I had to change a ticket they charged me $100 to do that but said I had a $360 credit... then the guy said I had a year to re book but didnt tell me they would charge me $350 to do that and the ticket was only worth $366! And they read from a script dont listen to what you and say and keep saying thank you for choosing flight hub... AUGHHH WORST SCAM EVER!

BEWARE: Never book at FLIGHTHUB! We book a one-way ticket to the Philippines and THEY cancelled it 24hrs afterwards saying that AiRCanada did not confirm. I used my debit card amd was charged CAD1700. Been calling them for 3days straight, even AiRCanada and my bank until now I still haven't got my refund! It's a Canadian company for &@@*'s sake! They keep on saying wait until 10days!

I had to cancel reservations which they said is ok just pay another $75 to cancel and get a credit to use within a year... which I did. I tried 4 times to use my credit throughout the year, I couldnt get the price that was online, I had to call customer service to use my credit which they would quote me a price 2xs more expensive than the price online and that was including my credit off!... how is that possible? They are a bunch of crooks! I missed a wedding and a funeral because I couldnt use my credit, instead of a $500 flight, they wanted to charge me $1200 WITH my credit! Also I sat on hold for 5hs to get through to customer service to even try to use my credit! I will never use flighthub again and HIGHLY recommend anyone to NOT use them, they will change your flight date and time also, with no consideration to the customer! Its happened to 2 people I know! Also good luck understanding them! My advice, pay the extra $10 and USE A DIFFERENT BOOKING COMPANY,!

IF I COULD GIVE IT LESS I WOULD! My family and I wanted to travel to Guatemala so we started looking for tickets of course I found a good deal on Flight Hub, I went through and booked online and I was trying to process my payment and the processing was giving me trouble so I called and of course you cant understand anyone so its a 45 minute call and names being spelled over and over again. Final the guy I was speaking to spelled the names right (At least I thought he did) email came through confirming the booking and low and behold 2 of the 3 people traveling had miss spelled last names. I called the next day and they said I had to email pictures of passports to change them. This was done and of course nothing was change the next step was call the airline and they told me you booked through flight hub they need to fix it, call flight hub and nothing was done. Flight hub has to be the worst to book through they made the mistake not me and they didnt help me fix anything, Customer service stinks and nobody speaks great english which makes it worse! If you find cheap tickets on Flight hub ask yourself before booking is it really worth the headache to book through this terrible company that has $#*! service. I will never use this site again!

I managed to talk with FlighHub but I'm still without a solution. It's really frustating that for a flight I booked two months ago, I now don't have a return ticket, because FlightHub doens't seem to be able to communicate with the airline.
Dont believe what they tell you when you book or especially when you cancel a flight. Surprise - I saw a $150 charge on my cc statement today, so I called Flighthub right away and was told its an admin fee for canceling a $400 flight that I already only got $193 back for. So I got $43 dollars back in the end. The person I spoke to at Flighthub last week, the day I canceled my flights, told me something complete different... told me I would only recieve $193 back... that the balance of the other $200 would be taken in fees related to canceling. Made sense to me. Being told two different things is what makes me crazy. Not fair or respectful to the customer. I will NEVER no matter how good a deal it looks like, I will never again make the mistake of using Flighthub... never ever. I will tell my friends and post negative reviews to try and help others avoid the frustration of being dealt with so poorly. 0/5 Lousy customer service.
I booked my flight 5mos. Ago for our flight from Portland to Manila, there's a change on my Itenarary, they gave me a return flight and I'm not ammenable witn 16 hrs layover, what the hell you gonna do with that 16hrs layover and who the hell who wants that, so I called them again and search a flight for me and I agreed with that flight and told me to wait for the updated itenerary, then after 48hrs I check my email and it say's airline control, they want me to call the airline for the updated Itenerary, so i called the airline, and airline told me that agent will be the one fixing the problem, so I called flighthub again for the 4th times, and rep told me that they send already the new fligth sched and I just have to wait 48 hrs for the confirm ticket untill now I didn't receive the updated itenerary yet, my flight will be in 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. My first time to book on this site, my first time to fly with korean air, worst experience ever...
I booked a flight for my husband for Jan. 7th to return Jan 15th. When Flighthub.com emailed me the receipt, it showed the flight for Jan. 2nd to return Jan 9th. I called to explain that the receipt showed the wrong dates and was told to call Frontier Airlines to get it all cancelled, which I did. Flighthub.com then sends a new receipt showing that I now owe them $75 for "the change" to my itinerary! WHAT? The changes/cancellations were made through Frontier! Not a company I will use again!
I will never ever buy a flight with stupid hub am so disappointed am so mad I already pay a lot money just to go Chicago and top of $75 just correct and error
I am extremely frustrated with the service I received from Flight Hub. My original flights were cancelled by the airline, and as such I had to change the flights. I made the change with Flight Hub on Nov 13 and was told that I would receive new e-tickets within 24 hours. It did not happen. Since then, I have called them back 8 times, and every time I got the same reply Our ticketing department is processing it. You should be receiving your new ticket within next 24 hours. Now theres only three weeks left before my departure date and I still dont have the e-ticket. Would definitely not recommend this service to anyone.
Customer support team has no experience in what they are doing. Had to cancel two flights due to financial situation, purchased the cancellation policy, and yet they insisted they had to charge for the airline penalty of 200 per ticket PLUS 150 per ticket for the cancellation fee. That's almost more than HALF the price of the tickets! Then they agreed to reduce the cancellation fee to 75, told me they would call me back with a confirmation, and never did. Called back, waited for the "support team's" approval, finally got it, and said it was processed. Next thing you know I hang up, see the email, and they CHARGED ME 150 per ticket! Tried calling back and all they kept saying is I have to email back to retrieve the call recording and then they can investigate the call, and then process it as it was promised. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Wasted almost 4 hours on the line with them, like who has time for this! If you promise a customer something, it shouldn't take more than 1 call to have it resolved. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER! Never again will I use this company!

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. As per checking your reservation, we do see you have purchased our Extended Cancellation Policy. As mentioned on our website prior to purchase, this policy is only valid until 11:59pm EST of the day of purchase to cancel your ticket and receive a full refund. The first contact to us was 4 days after the purchase which means we fall into standard airline fare rules.
Each airline has their own fare rules when it comes to tickets. Most tickets are non-refundable and in the case where ticket is refundable, there could be an airline fee. In your case, there was $200 per passenger off the ticket price that is non-refundable by the airline. As a travel agency, we do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. There is a brief description of these fees at the bottom of your confirmation email as well as in our Terms & Conditions (https://www.flighthub.com/terms-and-conditions) For international flight, the FlightHub modification fee is $150 per passenger. We ate able to see on the reservation that there could have been a miscommunication with that fee as you understood it would be $150 total. Since then, one of those fees have been refunded therefore you will be receiving an extra refund of $150 in the next 2-10 business days.

I booked a flight for a meeting in Colorado. That meeting was cancelled. I bought the insurance just in case. It stated I would get full reimbursement in case of cancelation.
Well the call me and say one the the flights, with Frontier cannot be reimbursed because of the airline's policy.
I do not care what the airline policy is. I purchased the insurance to receive full reimbursement in case of cancelation, and I did not receive it.
I asked if I could get reimbursed for the insurance since it didn't do what I paid it for, and they said no.
This was my first experience with FlightHub. It will certainly be my last. I will recommend all my friends stay away from this deceptive company.

LIke many others on this site, I received an email telling me the airline has made changes to my itinerary. Also like many others I have called multiple times trying to get them to change my flights to no avail. It's always the same answer: call back in 24-72 hours, we're waiting on the airlines to approve, etc. I could call the airline myself and change a flight in a matter of minutes but for some reason it's been a month and there is still no resolution. Just horrendous service. I can't even count all the wasted time spent on the phone whether on hold or talking to various unhelpful agents, not to mention recently being hung up on after an hour talking to 4 different people. Do yourself a favor and just book directly with the airline, I know I will next time.
My flight was from chicago to india and one of the flight got cancelled. When i call them they always tell me to wait 72 hours and told me that it will be done. But I called them for like 1.5 months. Then I talked to airlines ane they told me your flight is confirmed, ur agent just need to reissue the ticket and they also told me agents refuse to reissue the ticket for getting more money. And flighthub is doing same. They dont reissue my ticket and asking me to get refund. Now the flight is 2X price of what i booked. So. Its better never book from them.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
