Everything went as per itineary sent to us. The only issue was we had a 5 hour stop over from Nassau to Freeport Bahamas. Air port was very small with not much to do there

Called flight hub to change my name (dual citizen=2 passports-changing all to one name); changing name was not a problem but they advised me part of my flight had been cancelled by delta, two weeks later(time urgent passport business to do) rang flight hub again, spoke to 5 consultants, two hung up when I mentioned I now wanted to cancel my flight due to their lack of service(Delta said they could change it the same day)and was told they still have to wait for their 'travel associate' to organize and email them, they don't 'own' the flight so they can't even cancel it nor get the last leg. Today I abandoned the whole passport name changed will be taking all my documentation so as to prove both names and I checked my flight! I now have TWO DIFFERENT DAYS booked for my missing leg of the flight and the other HALF OF MY FLIGHT is now MISSING! Delta is being very helpful but cannot touch the flight as FLIGHT HUB say they DON'T OWN THE FIGHT so CAN'T make any DESCISIONS
I booked my return ticket through Flight hub. A week prior to departure I needed rescheduling for personal reasons and believe me when I say it, it is the worst possible travel agency to book tickets with.
Not only were they not able to reschedule my flight after 2+ hours of back and forth call, they could not book me on a weekend flight because of some silly policy and with no intent of going to airlines to make an exception.
So, I end up paying 500 bucks extra for a ticket on a date that does not suits my need at all.
Never ever booking ticket through flight hub again.
